Authorization for Intercompany Sales

Hi,
I have an intercompany situation, company A and company B. UserA can perform sales transaction for company A only. Now with intercompany sales, i want UserA to view sales order for company B but cannot see the pricing condition for company B.
May I know how to perform authorization for this?
UserA have authorization for sales org A. How to restrict pricing condition to sales org A only, but still can view sales order for sales org B?
regards,
zl

Hi,

UserA can VA03 for all Sales Order for Sales Org A. For Sales OrgB, UserA can view using VA03 but the pricing condition tab should not be accessible.
How to do this?
Thank you.

  • How to avoid special stock indicator for intercompany sales transitions.

    Hi Friends
I have an issue Intercompany sales .if I  enter intercompany plant(Delivering plant) in the sales order system is taking special stock indicator and looking for sales order stock.
If I enter company code plant for sales from unrestricted stock, system is not taking special stock indicator.
Please advice how to avoid special stock indicator for intercompany sales transitions.
    Thanks in advance.
    SRK

    Ravi,
Special stock is generally determined by the MRP strategy group in the material master of the plant against which you place your order.  The strateg(ies) contained in the strategy group will determine the SO requirements type, which will in turn determine whether or not the order is 'account assigned' (special stock).
It is normal to only have one strategy contained in a strategy group.  However (and I seldom recommend this) SAP will support multiple strategies within one strategy group.  In this case, you could have both MTS and MTO orders against the same plant/material, by manually altering the requirements type in the sales order.  This scenario is usually difficult for a planner, and involves additional manual attention to make everything work.
I suggest that your first avenue is to change the Strategy group in the material master of the delivering plant to one that supports MTS.  This has a big impact in Controlling and in Production Planning, so ensure that all affected functional groups are aware of what you are doing, and of the resulting changes that they will experience.  The transition from MTO to MTS must be carefully controlled.
If you are not a PP expert, I suggest you consult with your local PP expert before embarking on this change.

  • Credit Memo Request for intercompany sales process

    Hi Experts
I try to find SAP notes regardsing the credit memo request for intercompany related issue but I can
not find any nates. The customer return the goods with 2 different
    scenario :-
    -Return with credit
    -Return with replacement.
Can anybody explain how this 2 scenario perform in the SAP
intercompany sales process. Appreciate for your help. Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Jennie Tan

    Already answered
Enter IG (internal credit memo) as the billing type for intercompany
    billing for order type RE.
    Cust-Sales/distrib-Transactions-Billing-Intercompany billing-Order types
Intercompany billing always refers to a delivery
    Processing flow will be:
    1. Create returns request invoice receipt (with or w/out reference)
    2. Create returns delivery and goods receipt
    3. Create credit memo invoice receipt for customer for 1.
    4. Create internal credit memo for 2.
Therefore you must make the following entries in the document flow
    for billing documents:
      Target BillType        DlvType              ItemCat
    a)    IG                  LR
    b)    IG                  LR                    REN
    Parameters for entries:
    For a) Copying requirement:  14  Dlv.-rel.header IV
Copy item no.: x  (Check and decide yourself)
    For b)Copying requirement: 15 Dlv.rel. item IV
          Data VBRK/VBRP      : 1  Inv.split (sample)
          Billing quantity    : B
          Qty/itm val.pos/neg : +

  • No authorization for a sales document

    Hello,
We are facing a strange issue. We have some sales orders. When user is trying to Access VA02 and modify a contract, We are getting an error as "No authorization to change this sales document". We could change some sales orders. We have observed two things here,
    A) if a sales order has items in it,--> "No authorization to changes this sales document"
    B) if a sales orders has no items in it --> "No problem with the authorization, we can modify the order".
Document type used for this sales order is ZC02. We have given ZC02 in role and 01,02,03,43,C1 and C2 activities in the roles along with proper Org values. still we are not able to open the sales order with change mode.
Could you please  help me resolve this issue??

That is a custom authorization object and not a standard SAP one, right? My guess, in that case, is that the code that implements that auth object, presumably in a user exit or BAdI in VA02, is incorrect. That must be your code - time to speak to the person that wrote it?

  • Authorization for Accounts(Sales district) and Sold-to parties

    Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where I wanted to restrict Sales districts(Accounts) & Sold-to's depending on the employee responsible for.
    The requirement goes like this.
There are Sales districts. Each Sales district has around 4 to 5 Sold-to parties.
For each Sales district a sales manager is responsible, and for each sold-to party a sales group is responsible.
Now when a manager logs in using his logon credentials then he should be able to see only the sales districts(Accounts), he is responsible for and the sold-to parties for that particular Sales district(Account).
But when a sales group logs in , he should be able to view only his sold-to parties, which he is responsible for.
Any clue on how to achieve this requirement.
I have used CRM_ORD_LP, CRM_ORD_OP & CRM_ORD_OE but they are related to actvities, leads & opportunities authorization objects.
How about Sales districts (Accounts)? How can I restrict it to Sales districts(Accounts) for managers and sales representatives?
    Thanks in advance.
    Rohan

If you don't need to restrict access to all customers but only to propose customers assigned to certain salesman you could probably do it via partner determination rule where you would say when the employee responsible is entered in sales document that customers belonging to this salesman are proposed on selection screen.
If you need to restrict it then I think you have 2 choices:
    - use ace to restrict by sales district
    - create Authorization Groups, assigned them to customers and then create pfcg roles for salesman providing in pfcg access to certain Authorization Group. in pfcg you use B_BUPA_GRP object. But the problem using pfcg is that you will have to create as many pfcg roles as many salesman you have and this can be a huge thing.
So ace will probably be more appropriate.

    Hi
Can you let me know the configuration steps for Configure Intercompany Stock Transport Order.

Assign its Sales area to the delivering plant
Assign the document type and Delivery type NB and NLCC

  • Authorization for printing sales documents

    Hi all,
I have created a role having a series of transactions and I created the authorisations automatically for these transactions.
The role operates fine, allowing users to use only the transactions in the role and no other.
The problem is that the users are not able to print messages, I mean they are not able to print sales documents and purchase documents, such as sales orders or purchase orders.
Any ideas??? what objects should I add in authorisation sequence in order for them to be able to print all documents

Have users attempt to print, then immediately do transaction SU53.  That should give you the clue on what needs update.  Good luck.

  • Intercompany sales - IV billing for NLCC delivery

Can anyone advise how we setup pricing for IV billing for intercompany sales generated from PO?  Seems like the std setup does not contain any pricing in the IV billing.
Also how's the pricing being calculated from intercom perspective?
    Thanks
    Peter

    Hi,
delivery type NLCC is used for STO between two company codes and delivery type NL is used for STO within one company code.if u use NLCC, ZIVU001 STO pricing procedure should be there and u should have ZIVU condition type..please check whether u r having this type of pricing procedure and if yes, u assign it to ur sales area. u may get the solution..

  • Transfer of Intercompany sales orders using LSMW

    Hi
I have to Transfer the open intercompany sales orders using LSMW. Consider a scenario where customer places an order on sales org A with plant A. sales org A raises purchase order on Sales org B with plant B. The material moves from Plant B ie supplying plant to delivering plant A. THen it is delivered to custome from plant A. Can u please tell me whether i have to pass the suppying plant or it will be determined automatically. Similarly what about the purchase requisition no. Is it created automatically.
    Thanks
    regards
    Tushar

    Hi,
The purchase requisition is going to automatically created incase of a intercompany order  (ie nothing but the third party order).  In this case of orders the line item category in the sales order would be TAS. The intercompany sales order nothing different from a normal order during the creation of the order, after that the operations will be different from the normal standard order.  You can use the same LSMW which you have used for transfering normal standard orders.
The configs are going to be different in the system for intercompany sales orders compared to the standard sales orders. That is the problem of the functional consultant to take care.
    Thanks,
    Mahesh.

  • Intercompany sales condition pi01

    hi
how to Maintain Pricing Condition type PI01? for intercompany sales.please reply me.
    thanks

    Hi,
In inter company sales we have got two condition types one is IV01 ,PI01.
IV01 in contrast to PI01 is not marked as statically value.
Here condition type PI01  stands for  FOR COST OF THE ORDERING COMPANY
IV01 is the revenue of the delivering company.
Here we maintain condition records for only for the PI01.
I hope it solve ur problem.

  • Reference Co.Code (COBK-REFBK) - Intercompany sales within the same CO Area

    Hi gurus,
    this is the scenario:
    - One Controlling Area, eg CO01
    - Two Company Codes, eg FI01 and FI02
    - An intercompany sales flow
    - A service order (CS order) as controlling object
All costs and revenues generated by both company codes are accounted on the unique service order created from the very beginning of the intercompany flow.
    Eg:
    - Cost of goods sold (booked by Company FI02)
    - Revenues for intercompany sales (booked by Company FI02)
    - Costs for intercompany purchases (booked by Company FI01)
    - Revenues for sales (booked by Company FI01)
In CO standard report, eg KOB1 or S_ALR_87012993, all costs and revenues are shown. Checking deeper each single document you see that Company Code in CO documents is always FI01, while in FI documents the Company Code is recorded as the example above.
Checking deeper, you see that in CO documents you have (in COBK and in COVP) the detail of the Reference Company Code (that means the Co.Code of the reference FI document).
I'd like to use that information in order to segregate costs and revenues to have a view of the margin under a company code perspective.
Does anybody know if i can use in some way that field (REFBK), maybe through painters?
    Thanks,
    Enrico

    Hi Enrico
I did some research... Fileld REFBK is not part of any reporting structure in GRCT
GRCT is the house of all report painter structures...
If you refer structures CCSS and RWCOOM in GRCT - It does not have table COBK (REFBK is part of table COBK)
May be you can try to add table COBK in the structure.. I dnt know whats the process of doing that..
If you use line item reports, you should be OK as REFBK will be available there...

  • How to configure intercompany sales

    hi gurus,
can you please tell me how to setup an intercompany sales?  i have 2 plants from diff company codes and they would like to have orders from each other. what are the things that i need to setup to be able to do this? and what are the recommended business process for this transactions? im thinking scheduling agreement would fit this setup?
    thanks,

    hi,
Inter company sales and business processing
An Intercompany sale transaction takes place when a sale occurs & the selling sales orgn belongs to a different company code than that of the delivery plant.
Intercompany business processing describes business transactions, which take place between two companies (company codes) belonging to one organization. The ordering company orders goods from a plant, which is assigned to another company code.

    • Invoice Intercompany billing
    Processing an Intercompany sale
To create an Intercompany sales transaction proceed with creating the standard sales order. In the sales order, change the delivering plant at the line item level & create a delivery for the new shipping point represented for the delivering plant. Proceed with the delivery functions of selecting the packing & posting the goods issue. Then create an external invoice that will be sent to the customer & create an Intercompany invoice. That will represent the billing doc between the delivering plant & the selling sales orgn.
An internal Intercompany invoice can be created by entering the delivery no again for processing when using the transaction VF01. One can also select the doc due for Intercompany billing by using the billing due list VF04. When using the billing due list be sure to select the Intercompany-billing doc as the documents to be used, by checking Intercompany billing.
A Check List for Intercompany sales processing can be the following:
The enterprise structure must be maintained correctly, i.e., the plants must be assigned to the correct company codes as well as to the correct combination of sales orgn’s & distbn channels.
The Intercompany customer must be assigned to relevant
    sales orgn’s
The delivering plant must be assigned to the sales orgn.
The material to be sold must exist in the original & delivering plant.
The sales order must be relevant for Intercompany sales & have an assigned billing doc type
The copy control rules must be defined between the standard invoice, such as F2, & the inter company invoice, such as IV.
The pricing proc may have a special cond type assigned to it.
This special cond type may represent the price to
Intercompany sales orgn or it may represent a special discount offered to the Intercompany sales orgn for the material sold
The standard system has the following cond types:
To represent the Intercompany price as quantity-dependent.
To represent the Intercompany condition as percentage.
