Auto forwarding option

Hi experts how can we forward the work item to another user automatically when the present user is out of station.please give me the suggestions regarding this.As i have done some settings and they r not working

if you want to perform substitue for your inbox....
Then you can go to SBWP->Settings->Workflow Settings ->Maintain Substitute.
If you want to perfoem substitute on behalf of another user
Then you can enter the user id in the below program and you can maintain substitute..

Auto forwarding option for a substitute

Hi ,
Can somebody help me the workflow automatic forwarding option works with substitutes.
USER A is a substitute for for USER B and both users are setup for automatic forwarding
to external outlook e-mail address.
When a workitem sent to USER B , it showed up in USER A inbox.
But the external e-mail sent to only main user ( USER B ) , but not the substitution.
Anybody has a clue about auto forwarding works with substitute ?

Outlook/ Substitute setup is working fine ..
both main user and substitute are maintained with external e-mail address and autoforwarding option.
Only main user is receiving e-mail. Substitute is receiving the work item in his inbox..but not outlook mail..
If Is end a work item directly to substitute , he gets the outlook e-mail.

Disabling Auto Forward Option in Outlook 2007

Hello All,
i have Exchange Server 2007 and a client running MS Outlook 2007.
this client is a member of a ditribution group. when she sends and e-mail to this distribution group, Exchange sends her back the email she sent(as it should), but also two more emails which have on the top a message "This message was AutoForwarded".
in the "From" field it has her name and in the "To" field it has again her name.
there were some Rules in Outlook related to these Distribution Groups, which the client messed up with them yesterday and after that this issue occurs.
i have disabled and deleted all the Rules in Outlook, but with no effect.
Also i used her OWA to see if the Rules are there, or if there is any Rule in Out Of Office, but no Rules appear.
Also i started Outlook as: Run - Outlook.exe /cleanrules and Run - Outlook.exe /cleanclientrules. Same issue...
Strange is that it doesn't happen with all Distribution Groups, but only with the ones that had Rules applied to them by the client.
From the Exchange side now, the option for Forwarding emails to another account is disabled.
Also there are no Transport Rules in Hub Transport related to this client or to affected Distribution Groups.
Any help would be appreciated

Please try to use the MFCMAPI tool to check if there are corrupted and hidden rules in the user's mailbox. To do this, please refer:

In addition, we can also try to create a new mail profile in Control Panel to test the issue. See:

Auto forward My Boss Messages if I am not to or CC

My Boss sends me messages on arrival where I'm not there in TO or CC, is there any auto forward option/script available, which can automate my Boss Job.

As per the information and details provided by you, to set an auto-forward in Outlook, please follow these steps: -
In Outlook,
File > Rules and Alerts.
From
Email-Rules > New Rules.
Under
Start from a template or from a blank rule, select Check messages when they arrive and click
Next.
You will get a message that says
“This rule will be applied to every message you receive. Is this correct? Select Yes.
Check
forward it to people or distribution list. In the lower pane, click the
people or distribution list or people or public group link.
This will open the
Rule Address windows. You can also just type the full email address in the
“To” field. Select OK and Next when done.
The box to setup exceptions appears. Select any exceptions you would like to apply to this rule and select
Next.
Under
Specify a name for this rule, give your rule a name. Check the box for
Turn on this rule if you would like Outlook to start forwarding messages now. Check
Run this rule now on messages already in Inbox if you would like Outlook to forward everything that is already in your Inbox. Click
Finish and you are done.

IMS 5.2 Auto forwarding

Hi,
We are an ISP,usinng IMS 5.2 patch 1.We are using the Auto-forwarding option for some Users.Whats happening is our domain is abc.com
If external mails(yahoo or rediff) are sent to particular uid say [email protected], forwarding works for that ID within abc.com
rediff/yahoo account ------->[email protected] ----->forwards mail to [email protected]
If the forwarded address is [email protected] or [email protected] and if any mail is sent to that forwarded address from yahoo/Rediff, mail is not getting delivered.
Kindly throw some light on this

Use a special feature for "designating an alternate processing channel". It does not use rewrite rules, it gets activated via the CONVERSIONS mapping table in your msg-instance/imta/config/mappings file. The table entry looks like:

MF Toolbox wont give auto feed option for scanner

We've sucessfully used our MF4350d for months. No problems with MF toolbox until randomly the auto feed option for scanning disappeared and the only option on drop down from toolbox when selecting source is platen glass.
When contacting canon for assistance to resolve this, I was told support for something so clearly a canan software issue and not a printer issue would cost $99.99. Beyod the cost of going out and buying a new scanner from a different company. I hope canon can show some customer care and help resolve this issue.

Auto forwarding texts to email

Can I set my Note 3 up to auto forward a copy of all my texts, sent and received, to my email?

Excellent question hezzz! While this is not part of your phone's features, a third party application might be able to do this for you! I recommend doing a search online for Forward SMS to email, or Forward text to email. I'm sure you will find plenty of options. However, you can forward each message individually/manually, the same way you would forward it to another contact in your address book.

No text message forwarding option in my iphone 5 ios 8.1

I have downloaded the latest ios 8.1 on my iphone 5, and osx yosemite in my macbook. But i still dont have a "TEXT MESSAGE FORWARDING" option in my iphone 5.
I have already included my icloud email in the send and receive options. but i still dont see any text message forwarding

Batch handle with 'Auto Select' option

Hello Everyone!
We are trying to find out how the 'Auto Select' button works with batch handle.
Our customer wants to handle batches by FIFO.
We need to try if it is possible to 'Auto Select' batches by 'Admission Date'. Even when we found out that it is possible SBO does not do it rightly, because not always get well organized by 'Admission Date'.
Somebody knows which logic uses the 'Auto Select' option to select batches?
There is some configuration at SBO to handle batches by 'Admission Date'?

The batch auto selection selects the batches according to the ascending alphanumeric order. To issue based on FIFO method, user has to identify the admission date/ manufacturing date of the batch and issue.
There is No configuration at SBO to handle batches by 'Admission Date'.
As a workaround you can use the batches to startwith 'Admission Date'.

I have lost my back/forward option along with my bookmarking and have lost my complete list of bookmarks. I am unable to import them back. How can I correct this?

I erased some games and lost the back/forward option. I then upgrades firefox and lost all of my bookmarks and the bookmark option won't let me add on new bookmarks. I have gone to several troubleshooting pgs and still unable to resolve the problem. When I start firefox, it tells me I can't bookmark because of security blocking it.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

HT1430 Call forwarding option is off, but whenever I switch on my iphone, the icon appears on top of the screen. I have restarted, reset my iphone but I have still the same problem.

Anybody has an idea about call forwarding icon appears on screen whenever I switch on my iphone? (I did restart it, reset it but none of them works. just have to go through setting----> phone-----> and by the time that I clik on call forwarding option the icon disappear)

Auto complete option in CRM 2007 Web Client

Dear Experts,
Like how we open certain web pages and find the user name automatically apprearing (auto complete option) when you enter the first letter. This option can be enabled by doing the settings in Internet explorer tools - content - autocomplete option.
Similarly the client requires autocomplete option to be enabled for CRM 2007 Webclient. Though we have enabled autocomplete settings briefed above, its not working in webclient.
Can you please let me know the procedure to get the autocomplete option of previous entries as a drop down while trying to create /reenter the data.

Auto GR option

In the production scheduling profile - OPKP, Automatic goods receipt option is availalbe, but in process order scheduling profile - CORY auto GR option is not available, may i know the reason?

Auto Goods receipt (Control Key with auto GR - PP03/PI03) will not support in case of Co-Product Scenario.
You have to do manual GR for both Header Material and Co- Product using MB31 or MIGO.

About notification and auto forward

i'm new on nw-bpm
1. (send a message to let the requester know if the task has finished successfully in the end)
Could BPM use u201CNotification" tab in UWL?
if yes, which element should i choose in process composer of NWDS?
or i have to do some coding to send one "Notification"?
2. Could i set auto forward to make my SMTP mailbox receive the Notification at the same time?

1. BPM doesn't support UWL Notifications so far. What you could do is implementing a Web Service which creates UWL Notifications via UWL API ([Link|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/802bfda2-8a85-2b10-9290-d67da32d0c01?quicklink=index&overridelayout=true]).

Purchase requisition forward option

I am working on 11 version
created requisition hierarchy, which has lets say 5 level of approval, first 4 level does not have any approval limit assigned, so document should go to the top level(who has approval limit as unlimited) and so can approve the document.
Now at some mid level, lets say 3rd user, want to forward requisition document to someone outside this assigned hierarchy to UserX.
so User3 selects UserX in forward to field and forward it, but no notification goes to UserX here.
there are two cases now, If i set UserX approval limit as less than the document price, then notification comes as "No Approver found"
if I set UserX approval limit as Unlimited, he gets notification and as soon as he approves it, status of requisition becomes Approved.
what i want is
Approval Hierarchy: User1>User2>User3>User4>User5
if user3 sends it to UserX then once approved by UserX it shud come back to User3 and then should follow the hierarchy.

to answer why i need this, consider this business scenerio
Lets say requestor raises PR and sends it to his manager to verify the details, manager then sends it to budget team to verify budget, they send it to HOD for final approval.
this was default hierarchy.
Now lets say budget team wants to discuss the case with HR for some requisition(Exception) here comes forward option handy, and budget team forwards it to HR team(who is not in default hierarchy) gets the feedback, and then decides whether to approve or reject and then it follows again the same hierarchy i.e. goes to HOD
In case if i use approval limit, it is destined to end at the point i send it to HR,
coz case1: they have approval limit less than the PR amount, it ends with "No approver found"
Case2: They have approval limit more than the PR amount, it ends with Approved status.
So how do i go with AME in this case? just install AME and use "Purchase_req" seeded "Approval transaction type"
