Auto GR posting of IBD

Hi,
I need to configure system for auto GR as soon as TO is confirmed.
Storage location is HU managed.
Thanks
R

I got the solution.
SPRO -> Log exec -> WM -> Interfaces -> Shipping -> Define shipping control -> Define shipping control at the movement type level
For Warehouse/Movement 101 Set Copy WM qty as 2 (Copy WM quantity as delivery quantity and post GR/GI).
This setting will enable the system for auto GR with the confirmation of Transfer order.
Thanks.

  • Auto stock posting based on Calculation

    Hello to all,
    Client receive a raw material, Quality checks impurity level. 2% is acceptable impurity. If impurity is within 2% stock posting is done for total GRN qty.
    If impurity is more than 12%, lot is rejected and entire qty send back to vendor.
    Now my scenario is if QC records impurity as example 7% the they
    calculate 7-2=5% here 2 is earlier mentioned allowable/acceptable impurity.
    Then they have to deduct 5% from total qty and post it to
    Unrestricted stock. Client is asking for this automatic calculation and auto stock posting to Unrestricted stock based on deduction calculation.
    Can any one suggest a solution for this.
    Here I am giving an example.
    Impurity= 7%
    Impurity above allowance= 7-2=5%
    GRN qty=1000 kg
    Calculation for deduction = [1000- (1000*(5/100) )]= 950 kg = qty needs to be posted to unrestricted stock.
    Client needs this calculation to happen automatic and this qty
    should be automatically posted to unrestricted stock. He is not willing to calculate this and put qty manaully.
    Is there any solution available.
    Thx in advance

    Did you read the help on the enhancement?  This is from 6.0.
    If you use this, you must do the posting via posting line VMENGE08 and only the posting from this line will be affected by the User exit.
    Description
         The customer exit enables the control of a separate quantity posting in the usage decision.
         A prerequisite for activating the exit function is that you use the quantity postings to other stock on the stock overview screen of the usage decision transactions.
         To do this, you must activate the fields for quantity bookings to other stock for the inspection type field using the transaction SFAC (Customer field selection). After they are activated, a new quantity appears in the stock overview for the usage decision.
         In addition, in view TQ07M  you need to maintain the movement types for field RQEVA_VMENGE08 .
         The exit permits you to influence the quantity posting using structure QBEFU. Here, additional data can be determined and returned.
         The posting is then carried out according to the changed data as part of the normal usage decision postings.

  • Auto change Posting date to current date in Service Entry on approval day

    Hi Guru
    The scenario is:
    User is creating a Service Entry (SE) ML81n
    The Posting date X is taken automatically as today's / sys date in SE
    The SE goes for approval in Approver's inbox.
    Approver is taken to SE when presses approval button on X+1 date i.e. the next day.
    In SE the posting date is still the same as X
    Posting Date automatically change to X+1 in SE.
    (I found that this issue does not have link to workflow,  i ts only in ML81n we need to look in. or there may be other opinion)
    Pl help in understanding to get this change automatically done.
    Best Regards

    There are two date fields in the accept data tab.
    1> Document date: The date at which the service entry sheet was created
    2> Posting date: When the entry sheet is created but not approved then
    document date and posting date are the same.The document date is updated only when the entry sheet is approved.
    If there are multiple levels of approval, the posting date will reflect the date last approval and will be updated with the date of final approval when the sheet is finally approved.
    Hope this has helped you !

    Aviator

  • Auto transfer posting in MIGO

    Dear experts,
           Requirement is like, whenever we do goods receipt and save in MIGO(tcode), the transfer posting should happen after the commit work of MB_POST_GOODS_MOVEMENT. Could anyone suggest which is the correct enhancement-point to implement the code?
    Thanks,
    Adithan

    Hi,
    did you try to use this BADI: BADI_DIAD_GOODMVT_1. This is from BADI documentation
    This BAdI enables you to initiate follow-up actions after a goods
    movement. Using the number and year of the material document, the system
    reads the goods movement data in the customer-specific coding and
    triggers the relevant actions.
    It has also sample code.
    Cheers

  • EBS Auto Subledger posting - Search String

    Hi
    Can any one give some detail on how. EBS - Search string config work.
    requirement is that on customer is paying in a single payment for different invoices.
    all the invoice numbers are quoted in the FINSTA, can we make FINSTA work to automatch all the invoice numbers coming in Bank statement through Search string or in some other way.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards,
    Kalyan

    Kalyan,
    For your scenario, the search string configuration won't work. Search string is usually meant to change the assignment of transaction code, cost center, profit center, etc a bit different than the configuration.
    For your situation, you need to make use of user-exits, wherein you can search for open items which can be cleared based on your specified criteria.
    Enhancement FEB00001 available in standard SAP can be made use of for your purposes.

    Yes. Installing notes using Tx SNOTE is very easy. If you find a note that is relevant for your system, just install it.

  • No Acc. Doc generated after Post Good Issue - please help!

    Hi All,
    I have problem when I try to post good issue, the accounting doc doesn't generated.
    I have created SO, (Order type - OR, item category - TAB, Schedule Line cat - CB), created PO after the purchase requisition was generated in the SO. processed good receipt and created outbound delivery, everything is fine until post good issue, there is no Acc. Doc created automatically after PGI.
    I have check the following setting
    material type attribute setting - ok (standard price control, val.update, qty update)
    valuation level - ok (valuation area is plant)
    valuation grouping code - ok (activated)
    valuation areas assigned to the valuation grouping code - ok
    valuation class(s) is linked to material type(s) vis acc. cat. ref. - ok
    accout grouping for movement type - ok (leave it as default)
    configure auto posting - ok (I have run the simulation test, and created the missing G/L acc in the company code which under testing)
    The WL Acc Doc type is defined and assigned with number range.
    material and accounting period are open
    In Purchase order, the purchase item assigned with Acc Assignment Category E, Special Stock is E, Consumption Posting set in Acc Assignment Category is E, Acc Modification is VAY, GR non-valuated and GR non-val. binding checkboxes are deselected.
    I know the Acc Assignment Cate will affect the auto acc posting in GR, but I am not sure it will affect PGI in the same way.
    Could anyone tell me which value string will be using for this auto acc posting for PGI? My best guess is
    MvT S val. update, qty update Mvt Cns
    601 E YES YES L ?
    Could anyone tell me what cause the Acc Doc not be generated after PGI?
    Thanks for your time
    Alvin

    thanks for reply.
    Regard to the point 2 suggested by Cathy, the account determination for billing is set, the accouting doc is created after billing.
    my problem is no acc. doc generated after PGI.
    meanwhile I have searched a similar problem in other forums, I found some similar reply as Prasanth did, so I think I may try to run VA88 to see the result.
    Prasanth, could you please explain the pinciple behind of why this happen if what you say is correct.
    Thanks for your time!!!

    Hi,
    Thanks for your fast input. The input helped me a lot, modifying it a bit helped me post the
    confirmation successfully in SRM System(Inputs detailed below).
    IS_USER_INFO
    USER_GUID    - GUIDS of the Goods Receipent
    *Input in IT_SELECTION Table:- *
    H_OBJECT_TYPE  =  BUS2012
    H_GUID = PO_GUID
    I_OBJECT_TYPE = BUS2012001
    I_GUID =  Item GUIDOBJECT_ID = XXXXXXXXXX
    NUMBER_INT = 00000000XX    (Item Number you want to confirm)
    LOGSYS  = XXXXXXXXXX350  (ECC/R3 Backend System where confirmation is to be posted)
    Input in   IT_CONFIRM Table:-  using BBP_PD
    GUID                         =  Item GUID
    PARENT                    =  Parent GUID
    NUMBER_INT           =   PO Line Item number to be confirmed
    CATEGORY             =    Category GUID
    CATEGORY_ID        =   Product Category
    QUANTITY               =   1,000 (Quantity to be confirmed)
    UNIT                         =  Unit(EA/UN etc)
    BE_REFOBJ_TYPE               =  BUS2012
    BE_REFOBJ                          =  PO Number
    BE_REFOBJ_ITEM              =  PO Line Item number to be confirmed
    BE_REFOBJ_TYPE2           =   BUS2012
    BE_REFOBJ2                       =   PO Number
    BE_REFOBJ_ITEM2          =    PO Line Item number to be confirmed
    It has worked for me for Material POs, confirmation number generated in SRM System but it's not transferred to ECC.

  • Video Poster Frames

    Hi Everyone,
    Can someone assist me please.  I'm trying to automatically auto-generate poster frames for videos.  Currently I have videos that's embeded into our site, before pressing play a blank screen is displayed.  I would like to have someway of going into the video for say 30 seconds and display that as the poster frame prior to pressing play.

    The YouTube preview images are created during the upload/encoding process.
    It has nothing to do with the YouTube player.
    Strobe Media Playback is a video player.
    There is no encoding process which can create and save an image.
    You may be able to automate the create-poster-image process on your server using FFMPEG.
    Search for "FFMPEG poster image" and you will find some methods using PHP for example.
    There was (may still be) a plug-in for JW Player for creating preview images.
    It involves a SWF plug-in file and some PHP code.
    I could not get it to work as there was little to no documentation.
    Perhaps for commercial subscribers they provide help to get it working.
    It may be possible to create a Strobe plug-in to do something similar.
    But the Strobe project seems to have gone dormant so you are definitely on your own for that one.

    [18757] dbg: bayes: no dbs present, cannot tie DB R/O: /private/var/root/.spamassassin/bayes_toks
    [18757] dbg: bayes: not scoring message, returning undef

    I know that I have a failure with the IO::Socket::INET6 also.
    I am also not getting (never have gotten) the BAYES tag when I look at the Raw Source on Spam Emails. I am assuming that error above could be the issue.
    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I love this discussion group and it has helped me out of a bind more than once!
    Thanks in advance for your time.

    Latest news!
    I just looked at a spam email and I see that it is tagged here is the info
    X-Spam-Status: No, hits=-1.827 tagged_above=-999 required=2 tests=BAYES_00,

    Now I am still concerned about the error I listed above about the Bayes DB. Any help would be great.

    As referenced above select tab Create/bank/interest

  • Copying text in automatic line items created

    Dear Experts,
    When using tax code for calculatin tax we enter text for our reference which was automatically updated in sencond/GL line item but not updated in tax GL.
    I cannot enter it manually because third line item is not visible it only appers when we simulate document before posting.
    Any idea.
    Regards
    Aly

    Hi Ali,
    You can do this by the following steps:
    1) Transaction FS00 - TAB CREATE/BANK/INTEREST - Check on the SUPPLEMENT AUTO. POSTING.
    2) In entry transaction (E.G FB70) select EDIT OPTIONS and CHECK ON "COPY TEXT FOR G/L ACCOUNT ENTRY".
    3) In entry transaction after SIMULATE you double click on the TAX line and enter some data. If you click + in the text field it will copy the text from the previous line item.
    Alternatively you can use SUBSTITUTION to fill the text field for TAX line items.
    Hope this answer your question.
    Regards,
    Benni

  • Pyzor Not Running Question

    I am thinking this could be a permission issue.
    I have installed the pyzor files as listed at- http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/SpamAssassin_on_Mac_OS_X_Server
    There were no issues with the install but when I run spamassassin -D --lint I see the following
    [7661] dbg: pyzor: pyzor is not available: no pyzor executable found
    [7661] dbg: pyzor: no pyzor found, disabling Pyzor
    Again during the test it found the gdbm. The only thing I can think of is a permission issue. Not sure if anyone else has run across this.

    Hi,
    As you  mentioned that your computer shows activated successfully in Properties of computer but the error message still appeared to notify you.
    If the messages you see come and go, you have what's called a 'race condition' where the Software Protection Service and another process fight over resources - if the SPPSVC doesn't win the race in a given time, it will throw the notification until it manages
    to re-test.
    Please try to restore your system back to the point when it work fine. If the issue persists, please try to scan your system to see if there is any malwares or virus.
    Also, let try this fix to check Software Protection service:

  • Good tutorials for Automator

    Hi there,
    I was wondering if any of the Automator community could point me in the direction of some good tutorials..
    I have a couple of tasks that I want to automate, though I think they require some Apple script at some point too.
    1) I run a localhost. I would like to write a automator task that sets up new vHost (based on me entering some values ie: Name and root directory), updates my Hosts file and restarts Apache.
    2) I get a lot of deleted domains list sent to me each morning. Im wanting to forward that email to my Wordpress install and auto add posts.. Automator can be set to schedule hey?
    3) I would like to be able to publish my clients Analytics reports as they come into my mail box. The reports would need to be published to a different location on the server, so clients would only see their report. I know that Google does have a scheduled email sent, though Im want to set up a one-stop shop, for getting this information.
    Do these things sound too far fetched for Automator?
    Cheers,
    Phil
