Auto PO by Fax/ Mail

Question

Hi All,
We have a requirement to Fax/Email the Purchase order to vendors upon creation.
The requirement is such that suppose there are 4 vendors A,B, C and D
For vendor A we have a Fax no and email id maintained in the vendor Master
For vendor B we have only a Fax No maintained and no email id is maintained in the vendor Master
For Vendor C only Email id is maintained and no Fax No. is maintained in the vendor Master.
For Vendor D we have nothing maintained. ie neither the Fax no nor the Vendor Master No.
We have configured 3 output types ie NEUP , NEU and ZEML for Print ,Fax and Email respectively
As per the above vendor combination, the requirement is such that
1) When vendor A creates a PO we should be able to have 3 output types in the PO (Message Output in PO)ie NEU for Fax, NEUP for Print and ZMEL for Email
2) When vendor B creates a PO we should be able to have 2 output types in the PO (Message Output in PO)ie NEU for Fax, NEUP for Print. ZMEL should not come in as no email is maintained
3) When vendor C creates a PO we should be able to have 2 output types in the PO (Message Output in PO)ie NEUP for Print and ZMEL for Email. NEU should not come in as no Fax No. is maintained.
4) When vendor C creates a PO we should be able to have only one output types in the PO (Message Output in PO)ie NEUP for Print. ZMEL and NEU should not come in as Email and  Fax No.  is not maintained maintained.
Can you please let me know as to how do we maintain the condition records so that only that particular output type is trigerred when the specific vendor is used in the PO.

Hi,
We have configured 3 output types ie NEUP , NEU and ZEML for Print ,Fax and Email respectively
ABAP People will help on this issue. They can write the code specifying
If Fax number is not maintained  in Vendor master  then no need to trigger NEU and
If Email Id is not maintained in Vendor master no need to trigger ZMEL.
you will get address number from LFA1 table and fax number  from ADRC table.
Please check and confirm.
