Auto Populating List with Dates

I'd like to create a SharePoint list wherein each row/item has a Start Date and End Date along with some other fields. Each item will correspond with a week and I'd like to pre-populate the list with a good number of "weeks".
Not too hard (if tedious) to do manually, but is there a clever way to get this done without doing some scripting?

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to auto populate list with Dates.
I recommend that you can use caculated column.
You can use the formual as: =Created+7. Then return date type as Date and Time.

Can I set the order of images in a folder to the creation date order prior to place them (i.e. their names) in a list, in the order of the creation date? Or can I create a list with creation dates in the correct order, right away?
2.

How to auto save output with date added to file name, and email the results?

Hi,
We found a script to capture disk space usage, that automatically places the results into an Excel file. We would like the script to autosave this file to a specific directroy with the date ran as part of teh file name. We would then like these results to
be emailed to us if possible. (also if possible to highlight cell in red that is 5% OR less available disk space would be great)

i am trying to send invoice idoc to destination . Can anyone please tell me how to populate the basic idoc type invoice02 with data ? Is there an sap standard program i need to use ?? I am using ALE to send my idoc .

where are you trying to trigger the idoc from?if you are triggering it from a transaction,you should define a output type for that transaction.
there are various other things you need to take care of while sending an idoc from origin to destination.
1.RFC Destination of receiver-define in SM58
2.port definition-attaching the rfc destination to the outgoing R/3 port in WE21
3.partner profiles-outbound parameters for the idoc like the port,type,message type etc. in WE20
here under the message control u have to specify parameters like application,msg type and process code.this process code will link to a FM..IDOC_OUTPUT_INVOIC which consists of the code to populate the idoc.
4.attaching the basic idoc type to a message type in WE82
so as soon as u save the txn...the output control will trigger the FM and the idoc will be generated.if the control data like partner profiles,port definitions are set correctly the idoc will reach the destination as desired.

Populate a drop down list with data from Excel and fill in a text field, based on drop down selectio

Hi!
I have a problem with a PDF form: There's a drop down list that I populate with Excel data that I've put in an XML file through an XSD file -- no problem here. The drop down list has a data binding to the XML file, so that a choice in the drop down list can be associated with an object in the XML file. So, when I make a choice in the drop down list, a corresponding object value is fetched from the XML file and put in a text field on the form.

There's a snag, though, and to describe it more clearly:
The XML file contains three types of objects: role, role number, and role cost center. Of these I use the first and the third, i.e. the role and the role cost center. The drop down list contains the roles, and when I select a role, the corresponding cost center is filled out in the text field. So far, so good!
But -- if the cost center has the same value for two or more roles, all of these roles "bounce back" into the drop down list, that is, they are all selected in the drop down list. How many of these you can see depend on the height of the drop down list -- if it's low you'll only see the first one.
If I modify Stefan Cameron's data in his example I get the same behavior, so the problem seems to have to do with how XML data are fetched.
I'm sure there's a workaround, but I can't find it! I've spent many hours browsing the web without finding anyone with a similar problem.

I need to create a drop down list of names which I wish to somehow link to an Excel spreadsheet.

Cascading Pick List with date range as first, second pick list is dynamic

Specifically, how is this accomplished?
It does not seem possible to make first pick list static. If allowed this would be perfect.
The system seems to only allow the first parameter to be dynamic if the second parameter is dynamic. No range seems to be available for date when second parameter is dynamic.

Consider a 3rd-party tool as a solution (for a list of such tools, see http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html).
There is at least one Crystal report viewer with its own special implementation of dynamic & cascading parameters. It would allow you to use any type of parameter within the cascade. However, you will need to create a separate rpt to implement each dynamic parameter. So in your case, you will have one main report, using a dynamic parameter that's implemented as a separate rpt, which has a date range parameter.

Can you post the code for the ContactId class? I suspect you have forgotten to implement one of the PortableObject, Serializable, Externalizable, or ExternalizableLite interfaces. If that isn't it are you telling Coherence to use POF?

Populating table with data from another table with fewer columns

Hi,
I have 2 tables:
Table 1:
Column 1
Column 2
Column 3
Table 2:
Column 1
Column 2
I want to populate Table 1 with all the data from Table 2, and populate Column 3 of Table 1 with numbers from a sequence. Is there a SQL stmt to do this? If not, what is the best way to do it in PL/SQL?

Populating list with connected GPIB interfaces

I'm working on the setup section of an APP in Delphi5.0 using the GPIB-32.DLL and am a little baffled. Ni supplied this little gizmo that searches for GPIB interfaces (not devices). I would like to emulate this functionality for my application in a setup wizard sort of way so the end user can simply select from a list of 'detected' interfaces. In looking at the DLL calls they all seem to require previous knowledge of the device location. So I'm wondering if there is a set range of possible Primary and Secondary addresses I can use to just loop through searching for an interface. I'm assuming here that anything that wouldn't toss a failure when sent a Pri/Sec Address would be a set of valid device ports. On that note...
are there some specific commands to issue that will return a string telling me exactly what it found on that Pri/Sec address?

Ok.. I made some progress. Using SendIFC and ibfind, etc, watching NiSpy I have determined this is coming back as an Integer and other Ni applications use the Init_DA_Brds to obtain a translation of the integer to descriptive title. However I don't have access to that and the only reference I found of the device list codes is from 1999 which does not include some of the newest hardware including the USB based devices.
Is there a newer list of product codes available?

Issue with populating documents with data connections

I have two issues one we have set up an infopath document for browser enabled. But when I upload it, it doesnt work in IE.
Also how do you get the data connections working to the form?

If you are using same site collection data connection then it should work without UDCX file but if there is cross site collection data connection then create UDCX for your data connection.

AUTO POPULATING HEADERS WITH A MACRO IN PDF FILES?

My company recently bought me Adobe Professional. We have certain paperwork on PDF files. What I want to do is be able to update the headers much like the program I developed in Excel where you put the info in a form and it automatical updates everything else. I have the info linked to other pages in the workbook. Currently we print the pdf file and then use the Excel program to print the header on the printed pdf files by putting them back into the printer. I want to eliminate the printing and putting back into the printer part by updating the header in the PDF file and printing the items directly. Any ideas? It would make my day and streamline a process. Thanks!
