Auto_start_on_new_cluster and booting node

OS: Solaris 10 11/06
Soft: Sun Cluster 3.1u4 (120500-12, 120489-04)
1. i have a failover group. it works well.
2. i have false in "Auto_start_on_new_cluster"
# scrgadm -pvv | grep Auto
(myrg) Res Group Auto_start_on_new_cluster: False
3. make group offline
# scswitch -F -g myrg
4. reboot one node and group starts on rebooted node.
what did i miss? :/

I guess I don't understand the question. Because that is exactly what Auto_start_on_new_cluster is there for - see the manpage for rg_properties:
     Auto_start_on_new_cluster (boolean)
         This  property  controls  whether  the  Resource   Group
         Manager  (RGM)  starts  the resource group automatically
         when a new cluster is forming. The default is TRUE.
         If set to TRUE, the RGM attempts to start  the  resource
         group  automatically  to  achieve Desired_primaries when
         all  the  nodes  in  the  cluster   are   simultaneously
         rebooted.
         If set to FALSE,  the  resource  group  does  not  start
         automatically when the cluster is rebooted. The resource
         group remains offline until  the  first  time  that  the
         resource  group is manually switched online by using the
         clresourcegroup(1CL) command or the equivalent graphical
         user  interface  command. After that, the resource group
         resumes normal failover behavior.So if it never got turned on, why should rebooting a node turn it on?
