Automated Order Status Says "Shipped"

Online, my shipment date was bumped to 10/5 and the status says "sent for processing".    (I ordered at 2:00 a.m. CDT).   I dialed *611, went to option 4, and said "order status".  The automation asked if I was checking on my order ending in "XXXXXX".  It was my iPhone pre-order number.   I pressed 1.  The voice indicated that my order had "shipped" and I could expect it in 2 business days.  I was prompted to get the tracking number.   When I did so, no tracking number was provided.  Think it actually has shipped??

This is just too funny. I just called *611, went to option 4, asked for my order status and was also told that my order had shipped. However, when I punched for the tracking number, I was told that the order was shown as received and the phone activated. Needless to say, I haven't received a phone and it is surely not activated. So I'm not putting much credence into these *611 messages. Maybe Verizon is just testing the system or getting it ready for Wednesday or Thursday notifications.

    You need to contact the developer of the game, or, the iTunes store support.  iTunes store "MIGHT" issue a 1 time refund.  If you want the credits for the game, talk to the game creator.

    Hi, I pre ordered the New Nintendo 3ds xl + Majoras Mask 3d. I got an email saying my order was recieved and Best
    Buy would send me tracking information on the products. However, when I check my order status it reads cancelled for both products.
    I didn't get an email saying it was cancelled or anything. So why is my order saying canceled? I hope it's not, because that would be dissapointing.
    I also ordered this internationally don't know if that has anything to do with the status of the products?

  • My order status says " We received your order and it is in process". No ship time listed.

    I have been checking my order page for the past 2 days and it doesn't show any specific info on the page.
    The only thing it shows is We received your order and it is in process , Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.
    My email said 10/7 but this site is pretty vague.
    What's the deal?
    Also, if I don't receive my phone until 10/7, does that mean that my plan change won't take effect until that time as well?

    It's so easy to click "order prints" but so difficult to locate anyone to email or talk to about a problem. I ordered a fairly large print order on June 27, 2006 that has still not arrived. Anyone else had this problem and know how to get your print order delivered? I'm sure my credit card has been charged.

    It has been working for me ever since Thursday. It hasn't said anything but We Received Your Order and We Are Processing it or whatever, but at least it came up. Is it down for everyone else?

  • IPhone 6+ 128gb Gold now says ship date unavailable

    I am getting frustrated along with the rest of you.  I ordered an iPhone 6+ 128GB Gold within 30 minutes after orders opened online.  My email confirmation listed Sept 19th as ship date.  The order status page said the same thing until late yesterday afternoon.  Now it says "not available at this time"  The availability for my husband's iPhone 6 64GB which was on the same order says the same thing.  Within 15 minutes of placing that order I placed orders for my kids' iPhones.  Those confirmations listed Oct 7 as the ship date.  Now the order status says "not available at this time"
    What is going on?  I have called customer service last evening and a rep spent over 30 minutes telling me I will get my phones when Verizon gets the phones, how many orders they had, Apple is never prepared, I will get an email when it ships, and on and on she went.  It was like I was being lectured about "This is what happens when I try to order along with millions of other crazy people."
    It seems like no one at Verizon knows or can figure out what is going on with our orders.  I ordered from them 2 years ago at iPhone 5 launch.  It look less than 5 minutes.  Order status was always updated.  Phones arrived on schedule. 
    I just want an honest update on the status of my orders.  Customer Service, are you listening?

    ordered 6 plus 128gb space gray on 10/13/2014. (10-31-2014 ship by) Have not heard anything but the e-mail of it now being by 11/21/2014 ship by, which I received after 7:00pm on 10/31/2014. (order status still shows 10/31/2014 ship by)

    I would like to know the date on which the production order has got the status 'Confimed' (no more confirmations are possible on this order). In which table the final confirmation (last confirmation for this order) date is stored?
    Also i would like to know for a given production order, weather goods movement is allowed or not? In which table this info is stored?

    All confirmations of production orders are stored in table AFRU - details fields are - AUFNR- order no, BUDAT- posting date, RUECK- confirmation no & all activities etc.
    Goods movement allowed or not is controlled through order status ( say if the order is not released it wont be allowed) , further if the order is locked no goods movmt, then if the orders are TECO goods movment may be allowed or not depending on config setting. If order status is business completed no movment alloed

When I submitted my order is stated 9/19, but my confirmation email says 10/14, and now my Pre-Order Status says delivery date not acceptable. HELP!

  • Order status is still saying processing items

    I ordered my IPad 3 on the 16th of March, so it was after the pre-order thing and I was going to just buy it straight away from a apple store but dicided to order online with engraving and the apple smart cover. Both the items are still saying "processing items". I have recieved an order confirmation email but not the shipped confirmation email unless I didn't read it right but the email just said that they can get it deliverered eariler than expected. This is my first time ordering on the apple website although I have an IPhone 4S which i recieved as a christmas present and I think was brought from o2 so I have no idea how long this would take. Why is it still saying "Processing Items"? Surely it doesn't take apple this long to process the items.

    Further to my original post, I received my iPad on the 29th which was a day after the earliest possible delivery date. The order status did not change until the day before it arrived so don't worru about that. I realised that it had dead pixels, rang up on Thursday evening and arranged for it to be picked up, replacement arrived on the Wednesday after (4th). This one also had dead pixels and a new one arrived today which I hope is not going to have dead pixels! I am impressed by the speed in which they ship out replacements but annoyed at the quality control if I'm honest.

  • CTO shipping status says...?

    Could you guys do me a favor and tell me what your shipping status says on your CTO Mac Pro (if it hasn't shipped yet). The replacement for my stolen (off the FedEx truck) MP says "Not Yet Shipped" but I thought I remembered the original machine saying "Not Yet Complete" and then "Shipped". So, I'm wondering if something is wonky that I need to call in about as it's had the same status for days.

    I called the local Apple store here in SF - lotsa friendly guys. The response was "Country Kit" refers to the type and make of electrical devices needed for the hardware. "Country Kit-B" would be for Mac machines sold in Britain. Straight "Country Kit" means the plugs on the hardware are compatible with American Electrical standards.
    If you were visiting England and purchased a Mac Pro there for the intent of using it in the U.S. (and not in Britain) then you would request a standard "Country Kit" package instead of the "Country Kit-B" package which would be the default kit for the British.
    Now if you *are not* located in England and your package says you will be receiving a "Country Kit-B" then call them right away and set the order straight!

  • Order status shipped to store?

    Ok so last Saturday I ordered a canon dslr and as of last night the status has said "shipped to store" then around 12ish the status said ready for pick up so I got all ready then it changed back to shipped to store!!!
    I called the store it shipped to and they said it's there but on the truck and be basically said it will take two days to unload it off the truck and to call again on Saturday lol.
    The problem is, I need this camera for the meteor shower tomorrow, I mean if it wasn't for that I'd be fine with waiting.
    He said it's there at their store, on the truck, how is it possible that it will take two days to unload a camera off of a truck?

    Anticipation of a new device is fun, part of the whole experience and one that I really enjoy. But sometimes, as I've discovered, anticipation can overstay its welcome and become trying of one's patience. I regret it very much that this situation may have caused you to cross from a lot of thrill to a little bit of chill.
    While I'm at a loss to explain why your order status changed to indicate readiness for pickup and then back, you haven't been misinformed as the the time frame for your new camera to become available for pickup. Warehouse shipments almost always include hundreds -- if not thousands -- of pieces for a store's inventory. Depending on staffing and the size of the shipment, checking in the new items and getting them ready for our customers may take a day or two to accomplish.
    You should receive a proper notification when you camera is ready to be picked up. With sincere apologies for any inconvenience, we must impose upon your patience until the check-in process is completed. Please know that I'm grateful that you wrote to us with your concern.
