I need to trigger edi output whenever i make changes to sales order and save.

Hi,
Using change pointers you can create an IDOC when ever a specific field in the sales order line item is changed. activate the change pointer for message type ORDERS. Also maintained the entries in BD52
After this when you change this field at the sales order line item, it inserts entries into change pointer table.
Use Change Pointers properly so that idoc will trigger automatically.

-The application is V1.
-You should enter in the Messagetype the Outputtype as used in NACE and the Sales Order Output creation. That can be BA00.
Make sure you make 2 entries in the partner profile: one where in the messagecontrol tab the change message Tab is ticked (in case the order changes) and one where it is not ticked (initial change).
-Message functionion can be used optionally, to differentiate to make it unique.
-The Processcode can be SD10 (or ME02 for PO change). You can use the dropdownbox if there is something configred yet. -
Automatically Trigger a Idoc when a sale order Document is changed
Hi Experts,
Currently Idoc is pushed manually through sale order change transaction " VA02 " menu path
" extras - > output - > header - > edit "
I have done the nace settings for output types & condition records . Now that the Idoc gets triggered automatically
when a document is created in VA01 transaction. Is there any other settings required such that the IDoc can be sent automatically once the document is changed and saved through VA02 transaction also.
Or do I need to process the IDoc through user exit of VA02. Kindly advice how to proceed with it.

After making entry in WE20, you can change sales order and save the application.It may work. -
Automatic creation of Purchase req form sales order
What are all the settings required for automatic creation of purchase requisition from sales order( from master data and spro)
Can any one please help me out. Iam new to this topicMaterial master data: purchasing view must be updated with puchasing group and so on.
sales data: the item categotu group is BANC
Sales order: the standard customizing determine the TAB item category, in the related schedule line type there is the purchase requisition document.

Automatic PR generation during third party sales order
When I am create third party Sales order , systems automatically tries to creates the PR . Ok its fine and as expected . But system asks for Account assignment. Where I can give that account assignment during the auto PR at Sales order

In Automatic PR generation during 3rd party sales order,the account category determination depends on following configuration:
Step 1:
Sales & Distribution-->Sales->Sales Documents->Sales Document Item->Define Item Categories--
Check this configuration
Step 2:
Sales & Distribution-->Sales->Sales Documents->Sales Document Item->Define Schedule line CategoriesUnder this configuration ,for your scheduline item category ,check following entries ,Order type-NB ,Item Category---5 & Acct.Assingment category (3rd Party).
Step3:
Sales & Distribution-->Sales->Sales Documents->Sales Document Item--->Assign Schedule line Categories
Then Assign the schedule line category to 3rd Party Item category defined .
From this when PR get generated then acct.assingment category get populated automatically .

You have to create the PRINT PROGRAM & SMARTFORM as per your requirement.
Program can be created in the SE38 transaction code
Smartform can be created in the transaction code SMARTFORMS
This will be done be ABAPERS, just you have to give the functional specifications to the ABAPERs to fetch the data.

Though there is a program, there is no output for sales order similar to VL71 for delivery. Sales order is the only transaction for which there is no tcode for this purpose.
You can do the following.
Go to SE38 give program name SD70AV1A and execute
Now give ur selection criteria and save this as a variant.
Now you can schedule a job at regular intervals using this variant.
This will enable that if you maintain the output record as 3(using own transaction), the output will be created in mass for multiple sales orders. -
Billing Block removal not updated in the sales order change log
Hi Gurus,
A specific Billing Block is automatically assigned to the sales document header (VBAK-FAKSK) when the net value of the sales order is negative. This is an order related billing.
Sometimes the Billing block is getting released automatically and the Negative Invoice is getting created in the Background job run for creating the invoices. When we check the sales order, the Billing block is not existing and the removal of the billing block is not recorded in the Change Log of the sales order.In the CDHDR table also there are no details about the release of the billing block.
This is happening only occassionally. When I tried to replicate the issue, the system is not allowing me to create the invoice as long as the billing block is there in the sales order and if I remove the block, it is recorded in the sales order change log.
My doubt is.,
1. How the billing block is getting released automatically?
2. Even if the block is released, why it is not recorded in the Change Log of the sales order?

Have to provide a popup when there is a Sales order change(VA02)
Hello,
I would like to know how to capture Sales order changes(VA02) through an enhancement. Based upon users changes which can be either a addition or deletion in sales order then I have to provide a popup. I am unable to find out whether Sales order has undergone a change or not. Field r185d-dataloss is alway having 'X' whether data has changed or not. System field SY-DATAR is not capturing any deletion is sales order.
I am using USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE but unable to check sales order is changed or not.
I need to provide popup after user clicks on Save. Tables CDPOS & CDHDR won't have current sales order change.

Donot do any changes and hit save. check if this routine is triggered if you are not changing anything.
In program MV45AF0B_BELEG_SICHERN there is a condition
IF R185D-DATALOSS = SPACE FORCE_UPDATE = SPACE AND
UPD_VBUK IS INITIAL AND
UPD_VBUP IS INITIAL.
The else part will only tirgger if its changed. The routine USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE is called in the else part. -
Extending sales order change BAPI and updating custom fields

i added 3 new fields into VA01/02/03 screen.i added at the header level in the additional data tab B area and appended them in VBAK table.
i want to change these values using sales order change BAPI.i added the fields in the structure VBAKKOZ,VBAKKOZX,BAPE_VBAK,BAPE_VBAKX.
may i know what else i need to do?should i move them anywhere with in the code or does the bapi take those values automatically using EXTENSIONIN structure?
also can some one send me code to actually check if bapi is changing my values?
if poss tell me how should i populate values into BAPI.After adding field in structures VBAKKOZ,VBAKKOZX,BAPE_VBAK,BAPE_VBAKX, create pair of name-value pair extensiot structure and value.

Credit Check during Sales Order Change (VA02)
Hi,
We have implemented a credit management system, where the sales order will not get saved if the credit limit is exceeded. Now this check is working fine during sales order creation. But in VA02 during sales order change, the system is giving an information message that the credit limit is exceeded, but is allowing to save the order, which is not desirable. Could you all please help me in finding a solution to this problem..

Kindly check that you are using simple credit check or automatic credit check(Statis or Dynamaic) below settings
If Automatic credit check then go to OVA8 -automatic credit control area with combination of Credit control area/Risk category /credit group,Check in the reaction field you have mentioned the error or warning (B or A) .
Prerequisites for credit management to work in Sales and Distribution:
1.Assign credit control area to company code
2.Maintain the credit limit in FD32 with details of risk category and the credit limit value
3.Do the settings in OVA8 -automatic credit control area with combination of Credit control area/Risk category /credit group,Check in the reaction field you have mentioned the error or warning (B or A) .
4.Assign the credit groups to the sales and delivery document types.
5.Maintain the Subtotal 'A' in the pricing procedure against which value the sytem should check the credit limit.
If you have any further clarifications on above let me know

Credit status change through Sales order - change log
Hi Friends,
I'm currently facing a scenario were it was reported by the client that
credit release is happening automatically.
Brief details :
Order was created on 4th Of Oct and it was blocked (reaches the VKM1 bucket )
since the customer reaches the credit limit.The same order on 5th Oct was not in VKM1
bucket were the status of order in Sales document header states that it's released.
Initial check : (Sales order change log)
1, I've checked the change log on 5th Oct were the field VBUK - CMGST "Overall status of credit checks changed" from B to A.
(( Status and details below
A - Credit check was executed and document is OK.
B - Credit check was exectued and Document is not OK (credit block).
C - Credit check was executed document not OK, Partial release.
D- Document released by Sales representative. ))
2, I tried to replicate the order status for block and release, But when I release through VKM1 / VKM3
the change logs are getting updated with Status - D .(ie from B to D) .
I'm wondering that what could be the reason that causes the system to update in the table - VBUK - CMGST from A to B
or because of what change from the client in the sales document header level could impact this changes.
Note - There is no payment which received from customer on that day.
Please let me know in case if you are getting the clue...

A simple credit check, as the name suggests, is very simple in nature. The functionality is limited and considers only open A/R items and open items from special G/L and sales orders for performing the credit checks. When you create/change a sales order that is relevant for a simple credit check, SAP calculates the payer/customeru2019s credit exposure by adding the open A/R balance for the customer, open item balances from the special G/L, and the net sales order value. This credit exposure is then compared against the customer credit limit maintained in the customeru2019s credit master. If the credit exposure is greater than the credit limit, the system sets the credit check status as u201Cfailu201D and shows a warning, generates an error message, or performs a delivery block

How to take a report of the data for the Sales Order Change history for a particular period of time. It is required to take a report of all the Sales Orders for which the basic price has been changed. Please let me know the procedure. I could not get the data from the table CDPOS and CDHDR

Have you tried with VBAP where sale order details at item level would be stored.
Moreover, to my knowledge, there won't be any changes as for as pricing is concerned at sale order level but there is at billing level. Normally, any price increase / decrease would reflect in billing. So why dont you to table join through SQVI VBAP (for sale order details) and VBRP (for billing details) so that you can compare the selling price in sale order with billing.

Sales order changes can be seen in the report only if the changes are made by any user(userid). If your problem is with changes in pricing conditons...then before comparing the sales orders and invoices, I advise you to check the copy controls and the price type used in the copy controls. If the price type selected is to redetermine the pricing, then you should check the validity of the conditon records. Sometimes, the conditon records may be different during sales order creation and invoice creation.
