Automatically sending forms to a specific email

Hi,
I am assuming there is already a way to do this. If i have created a form for online PDF. When a user has filled it in and they need to email it to me. Can i have specified automatically to recognise the form should be sent to my email address?

When you create a form in FormsCentral you can set up the option to recieve email notifications (with the option to include the responses in the email). You can save/distribute the form as a PDF and when the user clicks the "Submit" button the data is collected in FormsCentral and the notification is sent to you.
If you wanted to have the actual PDF emailed to you that is not currently supported using the FormsCentral data collection PDF but you could create the form in FormsCentral and save a PDF that is not enabled to collect data (from the Design Tab clicking "File - Save as PDF form" will save a PDF without the Submit button) you could then modify the PDF in Acrobat adding your own Submit button that would email the PDF back to you.

Hello,
Is there any way/hack/trick/app to automatically send new images from my camera?
Ideally, I would take a photo, then the picture would automatically be sent to an email, without an additional click.
Right now, I have to click "send as email" and then start typing my email address. This takes too long, especially when I have to do it for every single photo.
Any thoughts?

On the Gmail mobile site, there appears to be no option to attach a file.
However! If you save your email as a draft before sending it, scroll to the bottom of the pane and you should see a link that takes you to the desktop version of Gmail.
Reopen your email and you can attach your file and send it.

when trying to share my form via email it shares the spreadsheet not the form?
How can i send the form?

Yes, when you set up the Submit Form action, specify a mailto type URL. Make sure mailto is lower case and there are no spaces, something like: mailto:[email protected]
If you want Reader users to be able to send the entire PDF, it must be Reader-enabled: Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader

VB Script required to automatically send form in MS Word as attachment using Office 365/OWA

I have created a Form in Word 2010 to be used by our company and have managed to find a VB script to send this form as an attachment through MS Outlook. However some of our users are using OWA. Need a VB script to integrate both OWA and Outlook
2010 to send my form as an attachment. If this is not possible, I can always separate my form to detect OWA only.

Sending form data to a specific email address

I have a form on an html page, and i would like to parse and process the information and send it to a specific email address.
So far i have the information from the html page sent to a jsp page to format it a certain way. But then, how can i send it as an email message? Is there any command in the JSP spec that will allow me to do this? If not, what are my options and can you please point me to the right directions?

There are a few ways to send an email in JSP. Some options are:
- Use the JavaMail library. Search Sun's site and you'll find a tutorial on how to program with JavaMail.
- Jakarta has a tag in its open source tag library for sending email (http://jakarta.apache.org).
- Use a commercial library such as dotJ (http://www.dotjonline.com).

Send form data via email after posting to MySQL database

I have created a form in DreamweaverMX 2004 and then tied it to mySQL database so that on submit the data posts to the database.
This works fine. It also goes to a "success" page just fine. I then added in some php code to also email a few of the fields from the form to a specific email address. This functions correctly using this code below (the email does go - the "from" email address has my login for MySQL database) EXCEPT that the data from the fields does not come through. The field labels are there as indicated below and the email is formatted correctly, but the data doesn't come through.

What am I doing wrong?
That's problem #1 - then problem #2 is that I actually also need to send the ID code in this email for the specific record which has been created in my database so the end recipient can associate the email with that specific ID later for other purposes. So even if I figure out problem #1, I'm not sure that I can use this code for problem #2 because the field isn't on the html form, but actually created by the database upon submission.

When we create a purchase order (ME21N), we had customized the automatic sending of the order by email to the supplier. But the same email is sent also to another address by error.
How can I removed the sending of this email?

Automatically send by email an adobe pdf form

Hi,
We developped custom adobe forms.
We have to plug them to SAP CRM customizing in action profiles, to attach them to the business object in SAP and send it by email.
We can do it with smartforms, but we didnt find the customizing point to do it with adobe forms (fill in the form and class method in action profile).
Any idea?

Hi,
FInally, I figured out how to make it work in the "proper" way.
We swhitched back to "external communication" for communication type in SPRO (action profile) instead of Smartform processing.
THen we choose Adobe Form, entered our specific adobe form and filled in the field "pattern" with a badi. This badi is a specific class inheriting of class doc_personalize_bcs.
Finally the PPF communication framework delivered along with ADS is working well.
I have some documentation about this point described above. I can send it to you by email (works only for CRM).

Time and sender specific email alerts

I am on call for a security comapny 24/7 and occasionally receive work at 2am. This comes in the form of an email but rarely wakes me. Is there a way to keep the phone on silent but get audible, sender specific email alerts.
By sender specific I mean i get these important emails from one person
Is there an app available that can monitor my emails and if one comes from the specific address, override the silenced phone and alert me till I respond
If it makes a difference, godaddy hosts my email which is forwarded to my apple mail on my phone

You could use email VIP which will group them together
But no there is nothing native other than changing the sound to all emails to something louder
Or if it's a separate email account manually disabling automatic retrieving of emails on the none security email
Address and leave them on manual retrieve
Depending on your email provider you might be able to automatically forward security emails to another email address
Which you could have on automatic retrieve every xx minutes or push if the mail service supports it
And any other email accounts on manual retrieve
You could suggests do not disturb email feature to Apple

Submit by Email Without Automatically Sending Email???

I'm trying to distribute a form that will "submit by email" when the user is finished filling it out. Then when our admin receives the form, have it automatically ask what dataset to add it to.
This works fine, EXCEPT when the user submits the form, it automatically sends the email right away - straight to the Outlook "Outbox" folder. I want it to create the email (with PDF attachment), but wait for the user to hit send. This is so they can attach additional files to the email or add comments to the body of the email.
Right now this doesn't seem possible. I can send it without using the "Distribute Form" option in the menus, but then the popup asking what dataset to add it to doesn't appear.
Any ideas?

Sure thing, Zoe. Thanks for asking. I've set it up a couple of ways, testing them, and they both seem to work the same way. I currently have it set up with a generic button, type "Button", control type "Submit" with "Submit to URL:" set to "mailto:<emailaddress>" and "Submit as" set to PDF in the Submit tab. I've also used a "Email Submit" button for this, with the email address and subject line set appropriately. Both of these methods seem to work the same way. I haven't tried an "HTTP Submit" button method yet, but I would presume it to work the same also. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Send form is different email to address than specified in submit button

I'm using Adobe Acrobat 9 PRO (CS5) and have a problem where the "wrong" mailto: address is displayed to the responder after a PDF form has been completed by the responder... it appears in the final "Send Form" pop up which details the email address the PDF is being submitted to (as well as 2 x fields for the responder to add their "From" info into: 1."email address" and 2."Full Name")
THE PROBLEM IS THIS: The "Send Form"email address shown at the top is not the same as the email address specified in the PDF Forms submit button (I've used "[email protected]" option) and though the submit button DOES send it to the correct specified email address it is showing my standard email address in the "Send Form" pop up box, which I don't want as I am sending a survey form so I would like my "[email protected]" email address to appear here and not my usual/main email address (I need it to display the same info as I've set my submit button to).
What can I do to change the info that seems to automatically appear here...? (Also to change the reply "Subject Header" while I'm at it?)
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Many thanks for your reply; it was really helpful - now my "Send Form" reply pop-up window shows the same email address as the email address I specified in my forms submit button: excellent! (it has caused a new problem now though, with my email server now barring the replies from reaching me for some reason, but I'll have to sort that out with our IP!)

I am manually distributing a "saved" form and will collate the data from my email inbox at a later date; did you have a solution to change the "Subject Header" in the reply email if use this manual send process?
