Autoresponder to send mails to the customers at periodic intervals
i am developing an auto responder application using jsp and mysql.i have designed the inteface to create a new autoresponder and put some messages into it.
I don't have an idea regarding how these messges will be transferred to the customers at frequent interval. When someone requests information from the website, web form, newsletter the autoresponder software should send out a preset reply instantly and then follow up with the new prospect with emails sent at timed intervals we set. Send messages out everyday, every two days, once a week etc as we decide.
Please,help me by giving me an idea about this should be done.

The sollution of your problem is user exit. I am using this way in my org. a Zreport will be scedule every night at 12:01 am which will check the record from IT 0041 or IT0019(its upto you) Like in IT41 where field DAR01=45(For expiry of probation) and field DAT01= system date then mail will send to that particular employee's admin you can also hard code the email ID.

I have recently purchased the iphone 5S and have two AOL email accounts set up on it. They could both receive and send mail on the first day, but from the second day only 1 can send mail (both still receive). I get an message saying "Unable to send mail. A copy has been placed in your Outbox. Sending the message content to the server failed." This has been the response now for 3 days and suddenly this morning, I was able to send an email from this account, but only the one and now it's back to that same message. I have deleted and added the account again, using various methods. I even reset my phone and set it all up again from beginning with no luck. It is very frustrating and I am unsure why I can't send from both accounts, especially being that they are the same provider. I have read forums and it appears many have this same problem and I wondered if anyone has had it recently on this phone and how they fixed it. Someone said just use the AOL app to send from this account, yes that can be done, but it's inconvenient having to sign in all the time when i have a mail app that should work automatically. Any suggestions would be welcomed!!
I am not sure if this issue is going to help you but lets give it a try.
I know that where im from, which is the Netherlands, I am not able to sent e-mails from my iPhone or any other mobile device by using 3G or a random WIFI acces point. The provider only allowes you to sent e-mails when you are connected to a network of there own. Which means if you have provider "101" and your email settings are set up for this provider in your iPhone but your using the network of a friend of yours which is provider "202" you cannot sent emails from his network. Though you can receive them you may not sent.
As I said, I am not aware if this issue is the same for you totaly depents on the country and provider your using. -
I have been using Thunderbird for a couple of years. On Friday 10 Apr my home email account stopped sending either new messages or replying to incoming emails. In addition I have Thunderbird get my work email and I can send and receive email just fine. I can also send email from my android phone and via the web.
The message that has started coming up is the following:
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 [P4] Message blocked due to spam content in the message.. Please check the message and try again.
I have tried reinstalling Thunderbird but nothing changed, I tried changing the port from 25 to 587 to 465 but nothing changed. I do not understand what is going on as on Wednesday Apr 8 everything was working just fine.I have just tried ringing RCN and they tell me that because I am not using an RCN email as such they can not help but he suggested that it was a filter in Thunderbird but I have not set any filters and can not see if there are any or how to change them. The only way sending my website url right now is to make it not look like a url. Where do I need to look to solve this as I first wrote last week everything was fine.

I have checked the SMTP server settings in tools, account settings and they are as they have always been. Is there something I have missed?Sending through web mail is totally irrelevant to using an SMTP server. The message even says it is from the server. Why do you think this is a Thunderbird problem.
The provider has put in place measures to keep people from spamming other email recipients using thier SMTP server. You have seen the result of those measures. -

When I send mail, I keep getting this message.

If you have a closer look at message you are receiving it already states the problem. The domain 71-12-190-31.dhcp.leds.al.charter.com is blacklisted by spamhaus.org (is in an RBL).
Your TB is (my guess) setup to send the message directly to the recipient.
As a rule of thumb the majority of mail sent from a dynamic dns address (the kind of address you are getting from your ISP) is blacklisted as a precaution against spam abuse due to virus/trojan infected PC's.
Nothing you can change there. Stop sending the message directly and use your ISP's account instead.

My previous request had an incorrect email. This error began yesterday and I can't reply or send new emails from my PC, but email is working on my iphone.
I have been doing that. Here is the complete message I get. It was cut off in my initial question. "An error occurred while sending mail. Occasionally the mail "sends", but it is unpredictable. Tech Support at Qwest (for q.com under Windows Live) does not find a problem at their end.

I have checked account setting and is correct. please helpThis message, which comes from the server, usually means that you are using an smtp server provided for use with one particular account to send messages "from" other accounts. The fact that it also happens with your phone does indicate that it is external to Thunderbird.
How many different email accounts do you have? How many different providers are involved? -

Somtimes it says it spam also......The error message is being generated by your email provider's server. Best to ask them what they do not like about your messages and how to solve the problem.

Our MRP job runs around midnight, then we kick off another job about 4am which checks to see if any of the jobs in question have abended, if so, then it sends an email to the email addresses specify in the report variant. Of course, this could be modified to check for successfully complete jobs, if that is your requirement.
