B1BC - Dashboard de Consolidação

Prezados Boa tarde,
Iniciei a utilização do B1BC e cheguei até o ponto de consolidar Lançamentos Contábeis, consegui exportar e importar o plano de de contas e associar as contas, porém no momento de exportar lançamentos já tem 10 dias que "está processando" e não termina. O problema maior é que não aparecere mensagem de erro, não consigo iniciar novo processo e nem parar o atual.

No Exportar pre-lancamento do setor, dar inicio a exportacao mais no fim dar erro  *Failure: Account Mapping is not complete; map all accounts*. O que devo fazer, pois estou tentando terminar a consolitacao das empresas e em todas dar o mesmo erro,
Na parte de Importar consolidação plano de contas, foi todas com sucesso, e outro coisa estranha é que em duas filiais no mapeamento dentro da filia lnao mapeou o ATIVO, só o passivo e recietas.

  • Yosemite consolidating multiple desktops on dual monitors,

    I have a Mac mini (mid 2010) - 2.4 GHz - 350 GB - Yosemite 10.10.2 - with dual LG monitors. Instead of using Mission Control I prefer to have multiple desktops on each monitor. I dedicate a single app to each desktop, e.g., Safari, iTunes & iPhoto on Mon1 facing Mail, Messages & Calendar on Mon2, and swipe between apps, which I find more convenient. Six numbered desktops plus Dashboard.
    In Mavericks this arrangement was preserved on restart. However, in Yosemite, all apps on Mon2 are consolidated in a single desktop, the remaining 2 desktops - 4 & 5 - have migrated blank to Mon1, PLUS an additional blank desktop - 6 - is generated on Mon1. The single desktop on Mon2 is now 7. On subsequent restarts there become eight, then nine, then ten desktops, etc.
    I've been up and down the settings options, tried System Help, outside searches, and even mentioned the issue in passing during an unrelated Apple Tech Support call. To no avail. I had hoped that one of the updates would resolve this. It is easily but inconveniently resolved manually, but as I mentioned this was a non issue in Mavericks.
    I mentioned this problem in an earlier post, but in less detail. Has anyone else experienced or heard of this?

    I did find a workaround........ that works so far....... If I put FCPX into full screen mode.  Then my events dissapear!!!!  But if I toggle on and off the "Window/Show Events in a separate window" menu then the Events reappear and I can swipe between desktops and all the windows behave as they should.  That's a relief.  The old method doesn't work but at least this one does.  I hope this helps someone who is swiping like a mad man like I was.

  • Ideas for Dynamic Dashboard creation based on exchange rates

    Hi,
    There is a query to create dahboard for revenue details from various accounts (various sales companies with various currancies). The C-level executive would also like to view a consolidated graph (dashboard) for all comapnies with the options to select display currency as per his choice (USD/EUR/GBP etc) and the data would change according to the day's exchange rates (maintained in SAP C4C).
    Now while a report can be made in which we give selection parameter based absolute parameter & exchange rate pick up date, the same is required at dashboard level to reduce the number of clicks & for ease of executive.
    Can the experts guide me on creating such a dashboard...

    hi Rahul,
    With the current capabilities in the dashboard, you cannot pass a selection criteria. This is something on our list as a planned future capability.
    In the meanwhile, if you can arrive at the main two or three currencies that the C-level user is interested in using for monitoring analytics, then you can create multiple variants for each of the reports for each currency and create multiple dashboards enabling the respective variants for each dashboard. Its not the most optimal, but you could have one dashboard per currency and the user can just switch via the dropdown to view the dashboard in the next currency of interest.

  • Dashboard prompt in Obiee 11g

    Hi,
    I have a requirement to hide dashboard prompt, and display it only if the previous prompt has a user input. For example, first I need to display a prompt for Country, if the user selects a value, the show a prompt for State, and if a user selects a value for this then show the prompt for city. I need to implement this in 11g. I read previous posts where they say make use of guided navigation, however I do not find this inn 11g.
    Any help on this will be great,

    Ya can be done. let say you have two dashboard pages. like
    1 consolidated country wise sales report
    2 detailed report . ok
    if want to use the 1st page prompt value display in 2nd page with out keeping prompt
    use --> dashboard edit option -- dashboard objects --> section --> section properties--> permisions available --> so that you can hide the prompt file here it won't display in the dasboard page.

  • CUIC 9.0 Custom Reporting/Dashboards

    Good Afternoon,
    I am relatively new to CUIC as a whole so any feedback to the following question is appreciated. I am a manager at a contact center who recently made the jump from Avaya to Cisco this month. I am looking for a way to create a customized dashboard for each Supervisor in our center. I would like to include a report that shows all of the Supervisor's agents and their call statistics for that current day (since the start of shift until present moment, AHT, Calls taken, Abandoned calls, hold time avg, short call % etc.) I was using "Historical Agent All Fields Daily" Stock Report. Ideally I would like to have this report be a part of their dashboard so that each time they open the Dashboard it automatically begins running the report from 8am until present, and refreshes every 30 seconds (if you can input a refresh interval). Any and all assistance is appreciated, as I stated I am relatively new to the software and I am looking forward to learning as much as possible. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Unfortunately, some of the stock reports don't have a built-in option for "relative" dates (i.e., being able to choose "Today", "Yesterday", etc). If you have the "peragt26_Agent Consolidated Daily Report" available to you, you should be able to select "Today" in that, it should have most of the data you're looking for. If you don't have this report, it is available from the CDN under "WebView reports". http://developer.cisco.com/web/ccr/documentation
    In order to have a report in a dashboard automatically run with specific filter criteria, it needs to have a "default filter" set up. Each report can only have a single default filter. If you have multiple defaults you would like to set up, you will need to create copies of your report, each with its own default filter. You can set the default filter by right-clicking the report in the Reports tab and choosing Edit.
    Once you have your reports and dashboards set up, I would recommend potentially adjusting user permissions so supervisors can only see the reports/dashboards that pertain to them.

  • SAP BPC NW version with SAP Dashboard Design (No Local Connection)

    Dear ALL,
    I'm working on SAP BPC NW version 10.0 and I'm trying to build some dashboards on it using SAP Dashboard Design.
    So, I follow some links online and I failed to proceed at the very beginning stage:
    To create a "Local" connection in Excel EPM Add-in.
    From the drop down box for the available connection types, I can just see Planning and Consolidation versions for both MS and NW, but nothing called "Local" as referred in those web.
    Any ideas?

  • Consolidation Of Video

    I have a large iTunes file on an external drive (I choose "Option" and click on iTunes to choose between folders). I added 3 video files to the external drive in no particular order/place - just on the drive.
    To get those video files into iTunes is the proper course to take "Consolidation"? Just want to make sure it's not going to copy to my Mac HD, but keep it on the external.
    Seems as long as iTunes is pointing to the external I should be ok, but just want to check with "you" first.

    The B1BC can only be installed in a "clean" database. If you have ay transactions it will not install. In case of you have already implemented SAP B1 "standalone" you will have to reimplement to work with B1BC add-on.
    Please note as stated in the B1BC Installation Guide:
    "The SAP Business One Branch Consolidation (B1BC) solution can be deployed only in fresh implementations of SAP Business One.

  • How to connect Already created WebI reports with Xcelsius Dashboards

    HI Experts,
    My requirement it to bring data from already in use WebI reports to a consolidated Dashboard. I am aware of connecting universe with Dashboard with the help of QaaWS.
    Is there is any other way that we can connect our dashboard?
    We are thinking to publish those dashboards on the SAP Enterprise BI Portal.

    Hi,
    One can connect WebI reports with Xcelsius dashboards in 3 ways:
    1. Using QaaWS : connects universe with Dashboard. Dashboard uses the WSDL link to get data that works on SOAP (that works on exchanging web structures).
    2. Using Live Office Connection: With the help of Live Office one can connect the WebI reports directly. One can take advantage of the scheduled instances of the WebI reports. So it is good for time consuming reports.
    3. Using BI Web Services: Here custom web services are created of intended report instances. Publication is done from CMS side.
    after that WSDL is used as any other web services.

  • NULL and Unspecified in Dashboard prompts after upgrading 10g to 11g OBIEE

    Hi All,
    We are working on OBI upgradation project from 10g to 11.1.1.6.5. We are facing one issue in Dashboard prompt level. If we can create Dashboard prompt on a column, its giving "NULL", "Unspecified" additionally. But, in 10g there are no extra values.
    And the 10g, 11g instances are pointing to the same database and there are no NULL, Unspecified values in Database level.
    Through some blogs and articles we found some solutions n are below.
    To remove NULL:
    -->Go to the Physical Column properties in Physical Layer and Disable the Nullable option by uncheck the box.
    -->Go to the Database Features in Physical Layer and disable value to NULL_SUPPORTED.
    -->Go to Edit Dashboard Prompt, in Choice List Values drop-down list select SQL Results.
    To remove Unspecified:
    -->Go to Edit Dashboard Prompt, in Choice List Values drop-down list select SQL Results, then write the SQL statements as columnname is not equals to "Unspecfied" ( In this way we can able to remove Null's also.)
    -->Go to Content tab of LTS, in Where clause write an SQL query to restrict Unspecified values.
    Note: CHeck with ETL, because if they maintains the Default value is Null when the Datatype is Character and they can maintain 9999 or #### if the datatype is Numeric. And check the Physical query and debug it carefully.
    But, we have very big Repository and we have huge no.of Dashboard prompts. So, its not an easy thing to manage by using above solutions. Correct me if there are any mistakes in above.
    Any ideas on this...?

    As of now, i found the only solution for the above mentioned issue that how to avoid NULL in dashboard prompt level:
    Go to the Physical Column properties in Physical Layer and Disable the Nullable option by uncheck the box.
    We have done this manually for all tables.

  • I am trying to connect Dashboard shared variables to a server on a different subnet. Any ideas?

    My goal is to control a device that is connected to our wired network using an Android tablet via Dashboard.  I have created a vi with shared variables that controls the device as expected when it runs on a computer that is connected to the same wired network.  The problem is that my Android tablet running the Dashboard app cannot connect to the shared variables on the PC running the vi on the wired network.
    Our wireless network is on a separate subnet from our wired network.  I am able to ping my Android tablet from the PC on the wired network but when I try to connect a variable in Dashboard, the PC running the SVE cannot be found.  I tried listing it in the alternative server settings window and it still did not work.  The only way I have been able to get around this is to run the vi which launches the server on a laptop that is connected to the wireless network and the wired network at the same time.  My tablet can then find the server and my VI can connect to the instrument that is connected to the wired network.  The laptop is somehow acting as a bridge between the subnets.  I need to find a way for the Dashboard app to connect directly to the PC on the wired network.  My PC IP address is 192.168.0.105.  My Android IP address is 192.168.10.93.

    Data Dashboard doesn't care about subnets, but it has to be able to access the server using the right ports. There is probably a firewall blocking the shared variable ports. This document explains how to configure a firewall to allow shared variables to be accessed. Your challenge will probably be to figure out where the firewall is and how to configure it.
    It is also possible that the router that your Android device is connected to doesn't know how to route to the other network. Again, that is an issue with your router that you need to resolve.

  • 500 Internal Server error for a single report in a dashboard

    Hi All,
    I had an issue with a report in a dashboard i.e.., In a dashboard a report is prepared by using the opaque view. When I ran the report in a dashboard it ran for about 15 to 20 mins and the report is excuted with the data. Now I tried to downlaod the data for that particular report into the excel sheet by using the option Download to Excel. At this stage after 5 mins I am facing the Internal serevr error. But strange behaviour is that it downloads sometimes and sometimes it does'nt. One more important thing is that I tested the query in backend and it took around 6 to 7 mins to fetch the data. The total no of rows for the query is only 166. So can anyone please give me some suggestions or we can have a discussion as this report is behaving strangely. One more thing I forgot to mention is that they used session variables as parameters in the query for two fields which they used in the opaque view to build that report.

    I have been going through the guidelines and procedures to create a presentation variable to use it in the dashboard prompt ( mentioned in the previous blogs ) .I followed the below link :

    But i have one more doubt i.e if have created the Presentation variable in the dashboard prompt and I want to use it in a report
    i.e the scenario is If I have created a new column i.e " Revised Salary " in the Presentation Services and want the values to be entered there dynamically upon end users choice. For ex the end user selecrts value of 1 then the report would display an increament of 500 to all the employees in the " Revised Salary " column and if the end user select value of 2 .. the report would display a decrement of 500 in the " Revised salary column".
