B2B webshop is showing wrong catalog

Hello SAP gurus,
B2B webshop is showing wrong catalog.
When Contact persons logon to web shop, system determining catalog view
based on PRP's and picking wrong view and catalog.
Contact person is not listed in those PRP's and Views.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

That's odd. When you have the Search Catalog enabled, the only two options the user 'should' see is no catalog available or the one you've chosen.
Perhaps the catalog needs to be replicated and/or cache needs to be cleared?
Maybe the user has a relationship to another BP that has the view you're seeing or a different Sales Org?

Hello Experts,
We have done all the required configuration to view the LIST PRICE in B2B Webshop product catalog.
We have done following settings:
1. Pricing Procedure assignment to the PRODUCT CATALOG VARIANT
2. Initial Replication of the product catalog
3. Shopadmin setting for List Price (radio button selection on the GENERAL Informaiton Tab)
4. XCM Setting - No IPC
5. For the defined variant, we have maintain an entry in the Parameter for List Prices - ZPR0 and table as CUS506 and Catalog Price type as List Price.
6 Downloaded the required condition record from ECC to CRM with correct validity period
But still we are not able to see the LIST PRICE. Any other change (say addition/removal of product from CATALOG areas)in the CATALOG is getting dispayed correctly in the WEBSHOP product catalog except LIST PRICE. That means we feel there is no issue from TREX perspective.
Any other pointers will be really helpful.

What are the fields for CUS506? During replication if the list price is replicated from this table then all the key fields mentioned in this table should be available during replication for this table.
What my wild guess is that maybe this CUS506 has a field e.g say SHIP_TO or SOLD_TO etc.. Now at the time of replication.. there are no shipto or soldto hence no values/price will replicate to TREX.. hence u will see nothing in catalog.

.SWF files usage in Catalog for B2B Webshop Display

Hi All,
We are on CRM 5.0, We have a requirement to upload .swf or flash file in catalog and to display on the Webshop Home page.
so far we are using .jpg file,we have not used .swf in E-commerce, does anyone has an idea if we can use .swf file in catalog to display on the B2B Webshop.
Is it supported or not?
Please provide your valid Inputs on this, are there any prerequisites for this functionality to work like if additional configuration is required and what are those steps? .

Using the OBJECT or EMBED tags in the JSP you should be able to embed the shockwave or flash files in any JSP. The content being a static file residing in the mime server defined in XCM and can be relatively addressed using ISA tags like MimeURL. Example: <isa:mimeURL name=u2018welcomeMovie.swfu2019 />
Catalog
Pretty same technique to render, but need to be indexed for the right target object - catalog area / subarea or the catalog item.
(1) You maintain the document classes / types that can be assigned to a catalog area and/or item in the Customizing
(2) CRM IMG: SAP NetWeaver -> Application Server -> Basis Services -> ArchiveLink -> Basic Customizing -> Edit Document Classes).
(3) Insert SWF document class of Mime type application/x-shockwave-flash if not defined already.
(4)CRM IMG: SAP NetWeaver -> Application Server -> Basis Services -> ArchiveLink -> Basic Customizing -> Edit Document Types)
(5) Insert new Document types like ECO_SWF for SWF mime type.
(6) Web shop templates must be adapted to visualize new documents within the Web shop.
(7) Define templates for folders: SPRO: CRM -> Basic Functions -> Content Management -> Define Templates for Folders. Select the area you defined in your Catalog type and add the Document type you have defined above.
(8) Add a new folder ECO_SWF. Select properties and assign the new document type ECO_SWF to
the attribute document type.
In the JSP for product details, you can use isa:imageAttribute tag with its key value used in the above configuration for document types (ECO_SWFA) and embed them as you would do for a flash movie in HTML.

Error when accessing b2b webshop

CRM 2007 - windows 2003 server x64; SQL Server 2005
TREX 7.0 - windows 2003 server x64
I followed C14 Best Practices document to setup e-commerce. I successfully generated the Initial Product Catalog from transaction COMM_PCAT_IMS_INIT. After successful login to my b2b webshop I am getting the following error:
The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable; try again later
I implemented the note Note 980678 - Catalog is currently not available. Everything looks fine as per the note. My TREX server is running in another server within the same domain. Couple of things I noticed:
1) In transaction SRMO under The "Display Data Path" in the transaction SRMO in CRM system showing the TREX server local path. Is this the way it should be? Or do i need to map a network drive to TREX. I tried to update the data path by selecting "Replace Data Path" just to try. But got an error "The function could not be executed. RCODE from search engine:2981"
2) In transaction SRMO under "RFC Destionations" tab, the column "CP Initialization" is red for both rows.
3) In transaction SRMO under table "Index Category (Index)" no values are returned when I try "F4" in "Index Category"
We have same implementation in CRM 5.0 and it is working fine. But the TREX server and the CRM 5.0 is on the same host. Do both of these need to be in the same host?
Any help with this is highly appreciated.

Hi,
How are you replicating your catalog? SAP recommends to replicate catalogs in CRM 2007 from Web UI which you can also get by default from the E-Commerce Manager's role. Check the number of versions of the catalog on the Web UI. If there are multiple versions, make a copy of the original catalog and make sure that you replicate only once the new catalog and set that in the shopadmin.
The application will give an error if there are multiple versions and if you are replicating from the Web Ui this problem of multiple active versions won't occur.

LR 5.3 showing wrong thumbnails

I have been running LR 5.3 smoothly for a while but a couple of minutes ago LR started to show wrong thumbnails, it shows thumbnails from a delete Snapshot. I have tried purging my cache but nothing happens. I have upgraded from LR 3 to LR 3.5 Ideas ? This is my system:

I have had this problem also ever since I updated to 5.3, I think it is a major bug!
At random the preview window on the left doesnt show the preview of the presets anymore when I hover them, and when I click back and forth to other images it suddenly starts working again, its a very annoying problem and I cannot believe that Adobe isnt aware of it yet!

Do we need IPC in CRM B2B Webshop for creation of ERP Sales order

Hi Experts,
can you pls guide in following scenario in CRM 7.0
We are using CRM B2B WEBSHOP, We are creating ERP SALES ORDER .
We have requirement to display price break up like base price, different discounts, taxes, freights while creation of Sales order on the webshop.
I would like to understand,
1) whether we need IPC to show price breakup in SALES ORDER in CRM WEBSHOP.
2) if yes, do we need enhancement at IPC to display complex discount types on webshop ?
3) do we need to download entire pricing ( customizing +condition records ) from backend ECC to CRM.
If anybody has worked on similer scenario ,requesting to help.
Any points , documents ,step by step guide will be highly appreciated.

B2B Webshop - Login not recorded in CRM system

Hi,
We are using CRM E Commerce with ERP Sales Order. This is the latest offering from SAP and has come only from CRM 7.0 onwards. In this solution u201CERP sales orderu201D is embedded into the CRM Web Channel Web shops for order creation.
When use our ERP logon to get in to the B2B webshop. The problem we have right now is the login only goes to ERP backend while not in CRM. We check the ERP last logon date & time in SE16->USR02 table and it's correct while for CRM USR02 table is it not updated. I just want to know if this is standard that only ERP login is updated knowing that B2B webshop is connecting both in ERP & CRM.

Hi Joe,
In CRM 7.0 with ERP Back end LORD scenario, the logon user is an ECC user always. You will find the relationship between the logon id (T ID) as a contact person and the sold-to party in ECC table - USAPPLREF.
You use CRM system only to maintain your PRODUCT CATALOG, Target Group etc. and make use of them in your SHOPADMIN settings. In this scenario, even you use TRANSACTION TYPE - Z001 directly (without creating it in CRM) in shopadmin.
All these is been controlled through XCM settings where your XCM application is erpcrmstandard and you configure your appplication on erpcrmstandard where your PRIMARY JCO is ECC JCO user.
In this scenario in CRM the user data will not be updated.

After I run this report i see in the last of this report there is difference between the supplier total
USD (Currency ) and the open Balance USD , it is decreased the open balance

Iphone 4 showing wrong IP address for home wireless

2 days ago we reset our home wireless password and updated our devices (ipad, laptop, and two cell phones). Now my iphone 4 will no longer connet to the wireless. It accepts the new password to join the network but it never connects. It is showing wrong IP address. How can I change it to the correct IP ? Tried hard rest, forget network, and renew lease all trying to get it to automatically update the info. Out of ideas. Any suggestions?

I have the exact same router as you, I have Comcast, and I am having the exact same INFURIATING problem.
Comcast and Apple have no ideas. Linksys tells me I am having a router problem.
I even went so far as to buy a new router and modem from Linksys (as they claim they no longer make the router/modem combo because it doesn't work well). I still don't buy this... my PC, my PS3, my DS... all of them connect to the router perfectly.
I have the new modem and router here and planned to give that a whirl tonight but Comcast was being difficult and saying it could take 72 hours to activate my new modem. Totally unsat. I had them reconnect the WCG200 and I am still trouble shooting to no avail...
If anyone finds a fix (short of a new router and new modem)... please post!

Could you please tell the BADIs triggered in CRM when we create an order from B2B webshop. I have to keep a validation to ensure the delivery type 'Standard' should be applicables orders having gross weight less thatn 4 kg only.
I should also throw an alert in B2B webshop saying ' Please choose other type' as well. I dont know how to proceed for this.

I have a requirement where a new input field (discount) is to be added in 'order.jsp' page of B2B webshop in header level. when a user enters some discount in it and clicks 'update' button, the netprice in header should be reduced by given discount and also all the line items should get affected by the same discount. I have added input field using extension mechanism as stated in 'examples' document.Now i am stuck with the pricing.Can any one suggest some pointers on this.

You can call either function module CRM_PRICING_MAINTAIN_OW (header) or function module CRM_PRICING_I_MAINTAIN_OW (item) in your CRM BAdI method CHANGEHEAD_SET_DATA to update the pricing conditions in your transactions.
You are able to do this since the user is in the Basket / Cart page and clicking Update button.

How may I integrate a database with pictures in Muse (to show a catalog)?

As you may imagine, yes, this question has a hidden background (the e-commerce), of course. Muse is a gold window to all those designers that see it's possible to create a website without using code easily. But, websites need rich content, that change from time to time. I wouldn't deal right now with e-commerce, let's go step by step.
I am asking about integrating a database with muse, to show a catalog (for example an inventory of products). Let's imagine I want to show only the products I have (but for the moment) I don't want to sell them.
So I have an access file, with several fields: Product Name, Quantity, Description, Maker, and the last field is an image field showing a picture of the product.
I have already this database in access and I can open it in access, modify it, watch it, browse my products, etc.
Now, what I want is Muse show this database in a certain page, so I would like that Muse read my database file from access, and allow me to show the fields from access in the position I want (in Muse) and that include also the image field.
I want to add two buttons, left, right, to move backwards or forwards thru the registers of my database.
May I do that in Muse?

You can either use object >insert html or an ifame to show the products page that exists on your shopping (server) end.
For example , if you are using Business Catalyst then you can create products on BC end and then use products module in Muse page. Once the module is used , it would render the products designed.
Similarly with third party shops , you can use their html output for Muse page.

FBL5N t code and BSEG table is showing wrong contract number

The proces flow is contract number>sales order>DMR-->Invoice
Now when I am checking the VBFA table it's showing correct contract number against invoices but FBL5N t code and BSEG table are showing wrong contract numbers.
Why FBL5N and BSEG table is showing wrong contract number?
Currently we are using one enhancement and user exit is used to incorporate one customized field as identifier for bill type.
1. During the billing document release to accounting VFX3, The user exit triggering and it is update the customized fields and Net settlement indicator.
2. Using the Invoice number, get the fields VGBEL(Document number of the reference document) and VGPOS (Item number of the reference item) from VBRP and read table VBAP with VBELN and POSNR, to get DMR number (Sales Document) that created for the Invoice.
3. Use fields VGBEL and VGPOS on table VBAP to get the sale order number.
4. By using the Sales order number, get the Distribution channel to update Net indicator field
In accounting table BSEG-UZAWE = JF must be updated on the customer line.
5. Retrieve the sale order number and item level to get customized field from table VBAP
Any pointers.

Now in we have enhanced this user exit for contracts and included in this way.
