Back light of my daughter's iPhone 3 does not work anymore, I have tried all settings and even did a hard reset, nothing helps.

You usually copy the screenshot to the clipboard and paste that image in an image editor program like Paint. Then you can save the image as a .jpg or .png file.

Hey rbrylawski, just wanted to let you know that my ipad email problems have been solved. Called Apple Sup in OZ, I'm in NZ. Daniel Barber was the support tech from heaven!! I was about to return the ipad but solving this issue reset my faith in phone support.....perhaps until I call a differnet companys phone support eh? Anyhow, for reference the fix is below. My accounts are all POP not IMAP, and the primary smtp server setting had defaulted to have SSL switched on and the port was set to 5XX (something, cant remember). Anyhow, SSL was switched off and the port was swithced to 25. VOILÀ!! Settings/Mail, contacts, calendars/My POP mail account/smtp/primary server/ >>> server on, no username and password, use SSL off, no authentication, Server Port 25 Thanks for having a crack at it. My iPad does not find the printer. I have tried the HP app and it works, but in any other app the printer is not seen. How do I get this printer visible to the iPad. All my other network computers find and print with out a problem.

I had a very similar problem. Eventually I figured out it was related to Quicktime. I installed the latest Quicktime and Itunes suddenly worked.

I had that happen with a MacBook. It turned out that the metal case above the slot was slightly bent down.
Putting a flat blade screwdriver in the slot and gently twisting it to move the metal case up allowed it to eject. Don't put it in too far you only want to bend the case not the drive.
The case can get bent down by picking it up with your thumb pressing down on the case above the slot. -
My Itunes will not launch after downloading and I have tried all the troubleshooting for itunes for Windows 7 64-bit. Do I need to system reboot my computer than try to download it again?
I'm having a very similar issue, paired with iTunes not being able to get online.
iTunes shows up in processes and then hangs at 17,000 K or so -- sometimes it will start up, but that (if it occurs) is a delay of literal hours.
Pretty meticulously went through all the 'cannot connect' trouble shooting, and have uninstalled, restarted, and then reinstalled every piece of apple software; issue is just as firm. Starting in safe mode or admin mode don't fix it; signing in as a different user doesn't fix it. -
When I go to sync my iphone 3gs itunes alerts me that an update is available. I check to download an update. I then receive an error message stating that I am not connected to the internet. I am 100% positive that I am connected and before this download I was instructed to update itunes which I did without any problems and restarted my computer. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions. I have no problem syncing or using the itunes store. I just can't get the update. I also have no problems with my iphone connecting to a wireless internet connection. Please Help!!!!!!

I have tried all the steps as suggested by the community partners i.e. uninstall/reinstall itunes (number of times). If I plug my ipad 2 on my office PC which has itunes, it is recognised immediately. My lap top does not show 'NEW HARDWARE FOUND" as iPad. It just says new hardware found and shows scanner and camera hardware recognised. In my opinion there could be programme file which is having conflict with ipad 2 recognisation. I am surprised to find that APPLE has not yet come out with straightforward steps for stting up procedures to avoid this recognition issue. It is waste of time and causing lot of aggravation among iPad 2 purchasers.
Sounds like it could be your computer and not Apple. Sounds like some registry issues and/or other underlying problems.
What are your computer specs? Year? Manufacturer? RAM? Processor (type & speed, # of cores), OS (32 bit? 64 bit? Professional? Standard?) -

Our computer is REALLY low on memory...we will get a new one at some point but can't at the moment.
Upgraded to the new iphone 4s and bought an external hardrive so I could move my Itunes library to that, so I could update iphone/itunes (isn't enough memeory on PC to do this)
I read that I need to consolidate my itunes first but again when I tried to do this it said not enough computer memory.
Anyway I tried to move the itunes folder over to hardrive and then it looked like it had worked. Clicked on itunes via the external and it opened ituens up..brilliant I thought!Backed my old iphone up and then clicked update...then a m,essage came up saying not enough memeory on comouter to update.
Is this because i need to delete itunes off the computer?
Am worried in case it isn't on the hard drive correctly and will lose everything!You would be better off to go through and uninstall programs you no longer need or use and move your data over to the external drive, at least temporarily. The iOS update file will be somewhere around 700MB. If your system has less than 20% free disk space, you're pushing the limits even without trying to download something that large and back up your phone so the update can process. If you're running less than 10% disk space you've entered dangerous waters no matter what you're doing.
This really isn't iPhone related and we can't advise you as to what data and applications you can move or delete. You will have to make that determination yourself or get a friend or family member to help.
If you do not have a current backup of your computer system, you need to make one. NOW!
