Backing up Oracle 11gR2 DB to AWS - Error

Hi All
Please can you assist with the error below. I have followed the Oracle White Paper and Readme (Oracle Secure Backup Cloud Module for Amazon S3)
I have the following setup:
Oracle DB 11g 11.2.0.1
Windows 7 64bit (The process is available for 64bit windows but not documented properly)
OTN Access Setup
Two AWS Keys from my Amazon Cloud Setup
Log File

AWS credentials are valid.

My error occurs here:

Thanks for your reply , yes the file exists. I made one correction to the run statement :
run {
allocate channel dev1 type sbt parms='SBT_LIBRARY=C:\orasoft\product\11.2.0\db_1\lib\oraosbws12.dll,
SBT_PARMS=(OSB_WS_PFILE=C:\orasoft\product\11.2.0\db_1\dbs\osbwsTEST.ora)';

OSB_WS_PFILE Should of been pointing to the correct file which exists, but still get same error above.
Not sure if its a problem on Amazon side.
