I paid for this service - why do I get messages about this being a trial period?

I have paid $20 for the online PDF conversion service and can't get in, get error message that my trial period is over. Please explain this to me. Thank you. Jeannette

Hi.
I see that you have a paid subscription to ExportPDF assigned to the same Adobe ID you used to post to this forum <<[email protected]>>.
If you log into ExportPDF with this same Adobe ID, you should see that your service has unlimited conversions.
(The error you describe usually occurs when you log into the service with an Adobe ID which is different than the Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription.)
Let us know if you continue to have issues.

    You may be able to download the purchases from the Past Purchases section of the iTunes Store. Take a look at the article below for more information.

    We are sorry for the trouble that this has caused you. Can you please suggest if you did the migration from a previous version of MAC OS to Yosemite(10.10.1)? If yes, are you having trouble while Launching the Desktop Application? If yes, there are two steps available for us.
    1) First , please check the permission on /Library folder and see if you have full read & write access. If you don't, I would request you to have a conversation with Apple support.
    2) If the permissions are all fine on this folder, please check the same on ~/Library folder as well.
    If all is fine, i would request you to please reinstall the product and try again.

    Which service did you subscribe to?  Adobe PDF Pack?

    OK, so no Acrobat 8 after all (so sorry about that hard drive failure, that's no fun at all!). But all hope is not lost.
    I think this what needs to happen:
    Go to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html and click Try It Now.
    Click Download Now.
    After the file has downloaded, double-click the installer file that you downloaded to install Acrobat XI.
    Open your PDF your newly installed copy of Acrobat XI.
    Follow the steps in the video that I linked to in a previous post.
    Note that Acrobat and Reader offer different functionally, so the copy of Reader that you have won't do what you're after.

    I paid for and downloaded elements 12 and never had an issue with it until yesterday when I opened it. It instructed me to sign in with my adobe id, then it said I can use this product for 32767 days and that I can continue to use elements 12 after the trial period if I pay.  I already paid for this product on 2/1/14.

    If you bought GargeBand already, you bought a different program, GarageBand 1.3 and not GarageBand 2.0. This is not an update, it is an upgrade, a completely new version for compatibility with the new MacOS Mavericks and GarageBand on the Mac. I'd be grateful, that this time we do not have to buy all new apps  again, only the additional content. Usually the upgrades to completely new versions have been paid upgrades.

    The "None" option is not available. Presumably because I have already purchased on that Apple ID with a credit card.
    That is not likely the case. As you can see in my account in the US  store I have a bank card in place and I have the None option.

    Click "Account" under Quick Links at the top right of the iTunes store. Next to payment information click "Edit" and then select "None" under payment method.
    On an iOS device go to Settings>Store>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Payment Information>None.

    You can disable that feature if you want.
    Safari > Preferences > AutoFill
    AutoFill web forms
    Uncheck the box for "User names and passwords".
