BAdI BBP_PGRP_FIND missing import data

Hi all,
I want to change the purch group and the purch org within shopping carts.
I implemented BAdI Definition BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BADI for external requirements --> working fine!
But BAdI Definition BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BADI does not fit to "normal" shopping carts (created local within SRM).
Question:
How can I change the responsible purch group and purch org for shopping carts?
I have found BAdI BBP_PGRP_FIND but there is missing a lot of data, for example
item_guid, company_code...
Any idea how to change the purch data within SC?
Note:
CHANGE BAdI does not seem to be a solution because I just want to make a proposal, user should be able to change the data afterwards.
Thanks for any suggests!
Best regards
Andreas

Hi Andreas,
If user needs to be changed the purchasing group and purchasing org while creating SC then you can define in Org Struture.
For example User X needs profile should be configured to PurchOrg1 PurchOrg2 then depend upon the product cateogry In org structure under "Responsiblity" tab you need to give the list of product categories under product responsiblity and Org id under Organization responsibility.
Kind Regards

  • Chrome missing in Import data from another browser

I use both chrome and firefox portable from site portableapps because mozilla doesn´t have a portable version.
    My dilemma today is this:
I always had on firefox on menu "import and backup" > > "import data from another browser" listing chrome like this
    https://support.mozilla.org/media/uploads/gallery/images/2012-02-24-10-35-53-97ff60.png
today i want to import chrome bookmarks to firefox but chrome is missing on the list, in the past i always had it there listed now is just pointing to IE
Do i need chrome installed on machine to grab something from registry?
By what i can remember always had that option on portable versions, i am importating this with a fresh pc machine because i installed now windows where i previously wiped the disk from manufacturer erasing tool.
i digged the net and on questions here but cant find why its missing, can you guys tell me why?
P.S- i would like to say that this site, Mozilla and Mozilla support, forums and community are the best service i´ve seen in years over the whole web i believe its really the best one and am not writing this because of this question, only thing missing is having Mozilla apps portable, a online chat would be cool too for the community
Oh god i hope today the "fox" saves me cause i can´t find solution on this
    You guys take it easy.....

Do you mean the portable version of Google Chrome as well?
Which that version you probably need to export the bookmarks to an HTML file and import that file in Firefox.
You can open the Bookmarks Manager in Google Chrome (wrench icon > Bookmarks > Bookmarks Manager) and select "Tools > Export Bookmarks"<br />
This will export the Chrome bookmarks to a file bookmarks.html.<br />
You can import that file in Firefox: Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import HTML : "From File"

  • The import data is incomplete or missing

    Hi,
I have created a contract with a foreign (european) vendor. When doing the call-off from the contract I get this message "The import data is incomplete or missing" because the import procedure is'nt copied to the PO.
The foreign trade data (<b>Commodity code</b> and <b>Export/import material group</b> is maintained in the Material master.
In the Purchasing Info Record I can specify the Import Procedure and that's copied to the PO.
How am I able to copy the Import Procedure to my PO, when calling off from a contract.
    /AH

    Hi,
If you want to get that message eleminated then you need to fill in all the data in the header and item level import data tab in PO(call Off)
Make use of the small button Incomplete analysis which you would find on import tab page in PO.
It will tell you which dayta is not maintained.
Mostly you will have to enter data in the sub tab Origin/Destination/Countries Involved tab for Import procedure and BusinessTrans Types fields.
If you do not find any values then maintan it.To do so press F1 on the field then it would take you to Performance assistance screen. From there you click the key icon which will take you to the correct IMG node.
Like this maintain every field the analysis suggests you both for item level and also Header level.
By the way even if you do not maintain this data, system should allow you to save the PO.

  • ORA-00926: missing VALUES keyword | when importing data

    Hello,
I get the missing VALUES keyword error when importing data from an Excel spreadsheet. Until yesterday everything worked fine. Today I'm having this problem because OSD does not build the DML correctly. See:
    insert into WFT_GROEPEN (CODE,OMSCHRIJVING,NIVEAU,INDIC_LAAGSTE_NIVEAU) VALUES('1.1.1.1','- Value of business acquired',4,'N');
Working with OSD 1.2.1 on Windows XP.
    Anyone got a clue?
    Kind regards,
    Dennis

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I found the problem myself. I got 2 columns in the Excel sheet with the same name. Then OSD creates an insert statement like following which gives the 'missing VALUES keyword' error.
    insert into WFT_GROEPEN (CODE,OMSCHRIJVING,NIVEAU,INDIC_LAAGSTE_NIVEAU)NIVEAU) VALUES('3','Toelichting balans beleggingen',NULL,'N',NULL);

  • Missing Reader, can't import data...

I'm relatively new to Oracle SQL Developer and this answer is probably obvious but it's managed to elude me. I have an Excel spreadsheet containing data I want to import to an existing table. When I select Import Data, no matter which type of data type I select I get a message saying "There is no reader registered for the <type name> type. I tried TXT, CSV, etc... to no avail. Is there an update pack that needs to be installed to add these Readers?

  • HT4967 Is there a way to import data to an iCloud calendar if you don't have a Mac?

What options exist for moving data INTO an iCloud calendar?  The only options I can find for importing data involve using iCal calendars on the Mac.
I have an iPhone and an iPad and would like to manage my calendars via iCloud.  I have event data (most sports team schedules and the like for my kids) which I would like to "load" rather than typing in.  In the past, I always used CSV files (most of the data is distributed in Excel), ICS files, etc. and imported into Outlook.  Please don't tell me to sync with Outlook as I am trying to eliminate Outlook out of the equation.
I just don't see any way to get data into an iCloud calendar other than typing it in or sync'ing with another calendar program.  Am I missing something?

Typing it in or Synchronizing are the only ways, but if you don't want to use Outlook (a stance I agree with) try eMClient. It's free for one user and 2 machines, Vista and Win7 are supported.

  • Import data of business partner with elm

    Hi,
when I create a business partner, I have to fill out some mandatory fields.
Mandatory fields (SAP CRM standard fields):
name, street, house no, postal code, city
Mandatory field (field which created by us):
    searchterm
I want to import data of business partner with elm. In the first step I want create a mapping format only with the mandatory fields. At this point, I get a problem. I can select all mandatory fields in the mapping field, but not the self created mandatory field u201Csearchtermu201D.
Do somebody know, what I have to do that the self created field stands in the mapping format for selection?
    Thank you in advance!
    Best regards
    Jasmin Hauser

    Hi Jasmin,
The following is the procedure to use the ELM functionality in CRM 2007:
    a) Store .csv file on local machine or SAP directory (Line1 will be your field name to map for the first time)
    b) Activate Work Flows in tcode: OOCU (check building block c22)
    c) Enhance BADI - CRM_MKTLIST_BADI, structure CRM_MKTLIST_PER_EXT with "Z" custom fields (note this BADI is filter dependent, which means - the mapping formats created needs to be added in this BADI to function)
    d) Define List type and Origin in customizing (SPRO-CRM-MKT-ELM)
    e) Create Mapping Format (WEBUI -> MKT_Professional business role)
    f) Add Mapping Format to BADI (CRM_MKTLIST_BADI)(tcode-se19. Note: Deactivate the BADI before adding Mapping Format and Activate BADI again)
    g) Implement SAP Note: 915015 to create the ELM Members in business partner role "Prospect"
    h) Create the External List (WEBUI->MKT_Professional business role). Use the mapping format created, make sure that your .csv file don't not have the fields name, data to upload should be in the same order as mapping format fields)
    Cheers,
    Peter J.

  • How to determine the purchasing group using BADI BBP_PGRP_FIND

    Hello Friends
We use SRM Server 5.5 (Classic scenario).
As you know that, purchasing group has the responsible product categories in PPOMA_BBP, when user creates the shopping cart to determine the purchasing group.
In our case, we should determine the purchasing group using other criteria.
MM side is OK to determine the purchasing group using specific criteria.
Because Material Master has the purch. Group information.
In case of SRM, we should develop the logic using BBP_PGRP_FIND BADI.
But I’m not sure how to use this badi.
We want to determine the purchasing group based on the following logic.
If described shopping cart without product ID
Do Standard purchasing group determination logic.
    Else
Assign the purch group from MARC- EKGRP (Purchasing Group)
Is it possible to determine above the logic?
If yes, Could you give me some information?
    Thank you,
    Best regards,

    Thank you for your answer.
I found the way to develop the our logic using BADI: bbp_pgrp_find.
But I’m not sure the following logic is correct.
To differentiate described req. or product id req, We check the E_ITEM – PRODUCT using BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL.
IF E_ITEM – PRODUCT is blank, Read the category ID to find the purchasing group.
To find the purch. Group, we can use FM:  BBP_OM_DETERMINE_RESP_PGRP.
Import parameter: IS_RESP_ITEM_DATA – Category _ID
    Export parameter: ES_PURCH_DATA
    ELSE
CALL the customer function to read the R/3 purchasing group from MARC- EKGRP
Search the HRT5500-TABNR using purchasing group from R/3.
    Search the HRP5500 – OBJID using HRT5500-TABNR
    Call the FM:  BBP_OM_DETERMINE_RESP_PGRP
    Import parameter: IS_RESP_ITEM_DATA – PROC_GROUP – OBJID
    Export parameter: ES_PURCH_DATA
    Thank you

  • Import data from a Reporting Services Webpage?

    Hi all,
Is it possible to easily import data into SQL Server from a public facing Reporting Services webpage?
I'd like to automate the process so don't want to have to download the Excel / CSV files manually. There's an "atomsvc" file available but I can only find information on importing this into PowerPivot / Excel.
I'm on 2012 and have access to Integration Services if that would help, but have no real preference on how I solve this problem.
I'm guessing I could import the Atom feed referenced by the "atomsvc" file as XML data but this seems slightly cumbersome given that the source is also an SQL Server. I'm also a little unsure about how to use authentication in this case.
So is it a parse XML task or am I missing a much more obvious and simple way to import this data?
    Thanks

Thanks for your answer, it guided me towards URL
Access (SSRS) for SQL Server Reporting Services.
The .atomsvc file contains a link to the raw data feed. This can be easily tweaked quite extensively. In particular there is a "Format" specifier available which can be used to export as normal XML / CSV / whatever. For example:
    http://myrshost/ReportServer?/myreport&rs:Format=XML
    http://myrshost/ReportServer?/myreport&rs:Format=CSV
I hope this helps someone. I was as I suspected missing something "obvious" but it was knowing what to Google that tripped me up.
I still can't help thinking that there should be an easy way to just download the .atomsvc file and open it with SQL Management Studio or SSIS rather than PowerPivot but XML / CSV is fairly straight forward o deal with.

  • Issue in BADI  BBP_PGRP_FIND

    Hi SRM Gurus,
How can i get the Shopping Cart Item details,Company Code
and Product Category in the BADI 'BBP_PGRP_FIND'?.
I checked with the BADI Interfaces and i could find only Product
    Category.
My Exact Requirement is to get the Approvers(Maintained in a Customer Table) based on the Combination of Company Code,Product Category and Shopping Cart value and to change
    the Purchasing Group.
    Thank You.
    With Regards,
    P.Arunkumar

Hi. If you create a custom table that contains 2 fields, User Name and Either Cart Number of Cart GUID you can write the current cart deatils for SY-UNAME into the new table using the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI.
When you enter the current user name and cart number/GUID you should delete the old data for that user.
This BADI is called all the time, and so you can enter the current cart that the user is looking at in this custom table, then call function BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL from BBP_PGRP_FIND.
    Regards,
    Dave.

  • Obtaining Location in BADI BBP_PGRP_FIND

I've implemented BADI BBP_PGRP_FIND in order to pass back a custom list of purchasing groups.  We plan to use a Z table which links purchasing groups to locations.  The idea is that we will only show certain purchasing groups in the drop-down list, based on the location currently chosen.  However, I can't figure out how to determine the value of the 'Location' field on the shopping cart.  I'd like to make the list of purchasing groups context-sensitive based on the location.  Is there any way I can do this? I put a break-point in our implementation of BBP_SC_CHANGE, but I don't see the loccation value stored in any of the import parameters.  In any case, even if I was able to get the location value, I'm not sure it would matter, since the BBP_PGRP_FIND BADI only seems to run before the shopping cart screen is displayed.

I put a break-point in our implementation of BBP_SC_CHANGE, but I don't see the loccation value stored in any of the import parameters.
Location is a partner type (PARTNER_FCT=00000075) stored in the "IT_PARTNER" parameter.
In any case, even if I was able to get the location value, I'm not sure it would matter, since the BBP_PGRP_FIND BADI only seems to run before the shopping cart screen is displayed.
You can always invoke the BBP_PGRP_FIND BADI in your BBP_SC_CHANGE method logic by create an instance of it.

  • Missing/wrong data in XI from RFC in ECC 6

I'm having the following issue where I send data from an RFC in ECC6 to an imported RFC in XI.  Below is my structure in SAP ECC 6 and I see this in my testing of the RFC in SE37:

    TAXONOMY  ELECTRONIC.ORDER

      <PASS_WD>mc.Application.PaymentN</PASS_WD> (Incorrect)
      <TAXONOMY /> (Incorrect)
      </S_AUTH>
    Keep in mind the following:
    1) I've imported the RFC from the sender system into XI multiple times
    2) I've executed both ABAP and Full Cache refreshes
Thanks so much in advance for your help on this.
    Regards,
    John

    Carlos,
Thank you again for the follow up.  I have again checked the data in the RFC, and my problem remains that the data shows up in the wrong field.  Also - I'm missing some data that should be in certain fields.
Thanks as well for the information on the Queues.  The Queues look ok, and nothing is being held up there.  The "green" messages are those that are sent into the XI system from ECC.  There are subsequent messages after the initial inbound message, which indicate an additional web service error, of which we can resolve quite easily.
    Thanks so much!

  • Using  FDM Import Action script to import data from ERPI table "tdataseg_t"

    Hi Experts
I have extracted data from EBS using ERPI and loaded into the intermediate table "tdataseg_t"
I am trying to use Import Action script within FDM to extract data from "tdataseg_t" table (where ERPI extract data is stored) as i could not use the normal import script.
Requirement : I have to restrict the custom 2 dimension based on Account dimension.
    Dim Account
    Account = ???? ( i am struck here)
    If Account = 1000 to 5000 Then
    Custom2 = Right( product , 5)
    End If
but , I could not find the exact syntax to call the Account dimension from the "tdataseg_t" table.
    Please Advise
    Thanks

    Hello,
Importing data via a manual script defeats the purpose of ERPi. As it will not provide you an audit trail, drill-through/drill-back, etc.
Your best bet is to use the default settings by the software. Just because it returns more records than you want is not a bad thing. You can conditionally change/alter the information either in an EventScript inside of FDM or by mapping the un-needed information to IGNORE.
    Thank you,
