BADI or User Exit required when a Task is created in a Transport

Hi Experts,
Could you please tell me is there any BAdi or User exit Triggered when a task is created in transport by any other users.
I need to track if some one simply adds task under others transport.

Hi venkatesh,
put a breakpoint into method GET_INSTANCE of class cl_exithandler.
Then do what you want to supervise. The method is called for all BADIs triggered. You will find out which one can be used.
Please excuse the generic nature of my answer. I didn't know what you already tried.

Why do you want to Enhance just before the Material document creation. ?
Why Cannot you do all your validations in USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE. so that this data is passed when MM document is created?
any way The PGI push button, uses the FM MB_CREATE_GOODS_ISSUE_ITEM internall.This FM has some space provided for the Customer enhancements ( EXIT_SAPLMBWL_400) iNCLUDE name is ( LXOIAU07) . I have not used this exit. So figure out if this can help you..
But Try to analyze why do we need to modify just before MM document creation. if you can tell the problem thats forcing you, then some one in the forum has a solution for it...

Dear Ganesh,
As campaign can be created and executed individually also, it will never check for higher level project ID.
Let me check the system if we can block creation of campaign individually, without having a higher level marketing plan.

Badi or User exit to modify MSEG data during Goods issue

I have a requirement to modify the field plant MSEG-WERKS while doing goods issue of outbound delivery via transactiona VL02N.
Can anybody suggest me which BADI or user exit should i use.I have searched the SDN and all the previous threads on this haven't yeild any solution for this.

I am facing a similar issue of updating the MSEG-DMBTR field when Post Goods reciept is done in VL02n.
I hav tried to update the value in LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT BADI and tried to modify the structure .
eg in this way

BADI or User Exit that executes after BADI ORDER_SAVE

Hi. I am trying to find a BADI or user-exit that occurs after the BADI ORDER_SAVE has executed completely and saved the values to database. This is because ORDER_SAVE only gives the item GUID not the header GUID and it appears the header data is only created when the save has taken place. I am trying to use the function CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN but I need the header data to manipulate it.

I will tell you four methods to find a BADI,
Method 1. If you think that it is a simple requirement then got SE18 and click on F4 and Iformation Systems. In the short description enter the short text and search.
Method2. Another simple method is to search with Package.
Method3. Put a break point in the FM SXV_GET_CLIF_BY_NAME and then run your transaction---> your requirement may satisfy here after when you press the SAVE Button. There are two more BADIs that will be triggered in general.
a) Before Update
b) In Update.
Method4. Put a break point in the class CL_EXITHANDLER for METHOD get_instance. and then run your transaction.

BADI OR USER EXIT AT THE TIME OF SAVING THE TCODE MIGO TO UPDAT FIELD LSMNG

Hello Guru,
I am using BAPI BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE for GRN creation it is working fine. But i want to update DELIVERY NOTE QUANTITY (LSMNG) at the time of GRN Creation . This field is not provided in the BAPI .
What i had done i had applied BADI MB_MIGO_BADI to update this field but this badi does not call at the time of saving ( THIS BADI ONLY CALL WHEN WE ARE USING MIGO TCODE AND ON THE SCREEN WE ARE PRESSING ENTER) . so i am not able to update the field (LSMNG).
So i need a badi of user exit which can updates this field at the time of saving.
there are exit which are updating other fields at the time of saving but not this one .
Why i need the badi or userexit which will update the field at the time of saving because when we are using bapi only those badi or user exit are called which are
used at the time of Saving.
Kindly suggest any solution.

we have checked above BADI;s but will not suffice the requirement;
The requiement is
While Creating PO(ME21N) and Changing PO(ME22N):
When the user tries to Save the PO:
All the line items should be accessible and can be editable.
If the validation fails, error message should be displayed on
the screen and user should be able to edit at that location.
Please let me know if there is any other way or enhancement point for the same...

CTS Badi or User Exit

Hello,
Does anyone know of a BADI of User Exit that exists for CTS within SE10 or SE01? We have a business need to email an interactive form to management when we release a transport request. I know that we could automate the process via the transport workflow however, the business users want to have a form emailed to them to approve and forward on to Basis. So, should this be done via workflow or is there a user exit/BADi that I can implement to accomplish this?

You will not have any userexit for se10 as this TCode does not belong to SD module. But you have BAdi's to impliment your functionaity for the transaction SE10.
CTS_EXPORT_FEEDBACK -> feedback after export of a transport request.
CTS_IMPORT_FEEDBACK -> feedback after import of a transport request.
CTS_INT_REQUEST_CHECK -> internal: request checks.
CTS_REQUEST_CHECK -> request checks.
CTS_TASKDOC_TEMPLATE -> determine template for the task documentation.

Badi under User Exit

In Badi there can be 'n' number of implementations but in User Exit it is only one implementation,can we do the user exit as 'n' number of implementation ?
For E.g: can we write Badi under User Exit? if so how is it possible can any one plz explain detaily?

There are two types of BADIs
1. single used BADI : we can have one implementation for single requirement. If we want to use the same implemetation for another requirement also, we can write our code in already existing implemetation, BUt we can't create seperate implementation for that requirement.
2. multiple used BADI: we can have N number of implemetations. We can implement the BADI per requirement seperately.I found it usefull when we are creating subscreen (Custom tabs) in standard screens.
USER EXITS: User exits are like ABAP Perform in standard SAP programs. We can write code directly in between FORM & ENFORM and activate it. We can use the same exit for N number of requirements by adding our code to already existing one!
If we create a new BADI (single or multiple) we can use the USER exit to write code to call our new BADI. BUT it rarely happens.
Note: As suggested by Keshav, please dont post Interview Qs in FORUM.

BADI or User exit for FB50 to update custom field in table COEP

Hi all,
i have added one custom field in table COEP through include CI_COBL .
when i do posting through sales order(VA02) or purchase order(ME22n) that custom fields in COEP get updated with controlling document
and through BADI AC_DOCUMENT i m updating that custom field in COEP.
but when i do manual posting through FB50 controlling document is generated in COEP but i m not able to update that custom field
because in this case BADI AC_DOCUMENT is not get triggered.
is there any BADI or User exit or enhancement spot for FB50 through which i can update that custom field in table COEP
