BADIs related to appointment calendar

Hi friends,
I want all the BADIs related to appointment calendar (Tcode - SSC1). I want to capture all the data when an appointment in the appointment calendar is created. There is one BADI 'APPOINTMENT', but i am not sure this BADI will work or not. This is not triggered when i am creatinh an appointment in SSC1. Are there any other BADI s??? Please help me out.

Appointment Calendar on Forms 6i

Hello Forms Experts:
I have an Health Care application with all the powerful functions availables.
But, I need to update the release of the software and for that I want, to create a forms module to works as a appointment calendar.
Let me explain a little more: I must develop a forms module with a layout similar to the MS Outlook.
I want something easy and simple: a calendar layout with month field, a year field, and the days of the current month. But it has to be able to store and show, the name of the patient scheduled on a specific date and time.
By example: April 22th, 2009 1500: Abdel Miranda
April 22th, 2009 1600: AE Miranda
The look and feel must have the same look and feel of the month view of the MS Outlook or could be also, the list of the appointments of the current day with the functinality to add a new appointment.
My question is: some one has an idea of where can I find [if exists] a demo with something like I need, or some one can tell which could be the best way to develop something like that?
Or Perhaps, some one has a Oracle Forms 8i Module already developed and I can buy it or maybe use it.

This is the closest thing I know of... It was in the recent java bean/pjc contest... It is a planning tool using a calendar.. You might be able to alter it...

Help with a appointment calendar

Hello all,
First let me start by saying I'm sorry if I'm posting this in
the wrong place.
I have what I believe is a small problem that can be easily
fixed, I hope.
I'm new to Dreamweaver cs3 and I really don't know how to use
the code design, I just use it the easy way design view.
I am making my first website and have purchased a app. from

Anyway, I have the calendar in my web page and have entered
information on some of the dates, the problem is that when I scroll
over any of the days with appointments in them, a window should pop
open with more information on that days events, and it does....
However, it opens under the calendar not on top of the calendar .

No you are not missing it. You switch to Day view and scroll sideway to the day. I too feel you should be able to go direct.

How can I make a photo appointment calendar?

I would like to use iphoto or some other software to make a photo appointment calendar. Does anyone know how to do this?

That will require a 3rd party calendar app (if there is one with that format). Can't be done with iPhoto.

Hello Pandu,
We have Basis calendarusing the transaction code
SSC1 and we can maintain recurring appointments where we can specify
the various recurring rules for the appointment like 1st week or on
next working day after a calendar.
We can also maintain mass appointment where in we can select multiple
participants for the appointment.
When we select the recurring or mass appointment, it does not create an
activity for the appointment created in the calendar, where as on the
contrary the CRM calendar (CRMD_BUS2000126_CAL) can create an activity
for the appointment created.

Can't delete email from appointment calendar from blackberry 8310?

I currently have a blackberry 8310 with at&t. I deleted an email that i don't use anymore, but it's still showing up in my appointment calendar, how do i get rid of this?

I was hoping that it would be a temporary issue but it is still continuing 24 hours later. I'm fairly certain that it is not an issue with the Mail client because I can delete email from my other accounts; still can't delete email from my .Mac account. I continue to receive the error message in my original post.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Leave recorded to be reflected in SAP's appointment calendar

Hi,
May I know whether it is easily do-able to reflect the absence taken (in IT2001) and attendances (in IT2002) in the staff SAP's appointment calendar as well ? We will then sync. the SAP's appointment calendar to Outlook, which is a feature provided by Microsoft. We are not using Duet. Thanks.

Hi if you book an employee for a trg prog. than its appears in the Appointment calendar the path is SPRO > training and event management> integration--> appointment calender.
i.e. the attendance for trg prog can be seen in Appointment calendar
it fetches the values from System table T77SO.. please look into this table ( all entires there are close to 900 entries in this table ) may be you will get your answer.

How do I get the calendar for resources ('Appointment' tab under 'Resources' tab)?
This calendar enables me view the calendar of the selected resource (staffed to a project role). What all add on (if any) do I have to incorporated to get going on this?

this functionality is included when your are using the Work Force Management (WFM) as far as I know.
Please have a look at the cProjects configuration guide in the section "Configuration of Groupware Integration".
For getting the latest Config Guide please refer to Message "978997".

Go to Settings->Mail,Contacts,Calendars and scroll down to Calendar. For both iPhone and iPad, make sure that the default calendar is NOT "Calendar" but is the same one of those listed under iCloud, preferably "Home". (and of course follow the other advice on functions that are "on".

Relate Customer to Calendar

If you are using the print program RFKORD10 for print, then please note the following system behaviour when the selection parameter 'Clearing' is activated: For creating the open item list the customer is the 'leading' business partner, because the correspondence should be sent only once to the business partner.
For example:
Customer AB is vendor XY. In the master data AB is linked with XY and vice versa. If the indicator 'clearing' is set in the customer master data and in RFKORD10 the open item list for customer AB contains the open items of customer AB and for vendor XY. But unfortunately the other way around doesn't work for vendor XY. Due to the requirements of many other customer a correspondence should be send only once.
If a open item list is printed for customer AB with open items of XY and for vendor XY with open items of AB, the same business partners is getting two letters, which is confusing.
So as workaround you have the possibility to request the correspondence for the customer if clearing with a vendor should be taken into account.

Appointment calendar problems

I've built a CRM for an international company. We have users in every timezone. There's a field for next appointment day and time. Each user in each part of the world will see these appointment times as GMT now. What I'd like to do is detect the users time zone and run a conversion so that when a user says Nov 10, 2012 at 10AM the time is automatically converted to GMT then stored in the appointment field. I've found several slick Java appointment date and time widgets that will crate a pop up calendar and time to populate the field with data in the standard mySql date format, but I haven't been able how to use PHP date functions to read the local machine timezone, convert the data entered into the field, then calculate the diference and update the hours value to GMT.
If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it. Once the value is GMT I have no problem converting it back to local time for display in the CRM.

I don't know how to read the machine timezone but doubt that you really want to do that anyway because it is extremely likely to be wrong. You can easily determine the time zone of the ip address that is being used, but again, this may also not be the correct timezone for the task. And what happens when the employee is in China but scheduling a meeting for Australia?
So, if I understand your issue, the way I think I would handle it is to let the user select both a default timezone as well as apply a timezone to particular appointment entries, or to particular days. This solution may not seem as slick, but I suspect that juggling the timezones behind-the-scene might be a huge headache.
I would also use the PHP dateTime and DateTimeZone classes instead of the PHP date functions.

Which calendar is useful for an office? So that we can maintain one appointment calendar, yet anyone in the office who has an iphone can sync the info to their iphone.

I work at an office that has an office calendar for all of our client appointments. My boss is getting an iphone, he is terrible at using technology. Which calendar could we use that would allow him (or anyone in the office with an iphone) to sync the office calendar to his iphone? So, I'm looking for one calendar that multiple people could sync to. Any advice?

I am automating the process of sending appointment reminders to my clients. I started with an alert with an email in calendar using the clients email address as a custom entry in my me card in my contacts. this was resulting in three emails being sent with slightly different versions of the same address (see my previous post). Heating someone else's suggestion I created a workflow file to send an email and calling that file from an alert on my calendar. This is working and sends only one email to the client.
My calendar is on I cloud and I access it from three different computers so I can keep my appointment calendar current. The files that send the email only exist on one computer. My other computers show error messages when those emails get sent. It seems that each computer wants to send the email. It's a small problem but is there a way that I could not get those alerts.
But appreciate any thoughts about this. It seems like both problems might be related to the iCloud system.

Good work, catch so far Michael, does seem to be a "feature" of iCloud syncing, not sure what you could do to disable it.
