Balance forward billing not working on r12.1.3

Hi,
I am unable to work on the Balance forward billing, the bill date is not getting generated.
Can you please send me the solution for BFB for 12.1.3, also I need to customize the BFB to be based on Customer PO number and not date.

If you give correct db connection properties in db adaptor's wsdl , it will work. If jndi properties were not available in db adaptor's wsdl file, then bpel server will pick jndi properties from oc4j-ra.xml.
Give system name instead of IP address of database server in mcf.ConnectionString property. This will work.

Ii am working on Balance Forward Billing in R12. Most of us know that BFB is used to consolidate several bills into a single bill for customers. My question is:
When a Balance Forward BIlling is enabled at customer level, is it possible to print the invoices separately before the balance forward bill is generated ??
If its possible to print the invoices separately, is it possible to stop from doing that ??

Balance Forward Bills and Aging

Does anyone know if there is a way to stop AR from aging a transaction that has not yet been billed when using Balance Forward Billing?
Scenario
Customer purchases something on Nov 20. Order immediately flows from OM to AR, invoice transaction is created in AR, and revenue is recognized immediately. However, this customer is on a monthly billing cycle and will therefore not be billed using Balance Forward Billing until December 5th. The due date is bill date plus 15 days; therefore due date is Dec 20.
As far as I know, Oracle will age this invoice transaction as of Nov 20. It will of course show up in the "Current" bucket on the aging report until the due date (Dec 20), however it really shouldn't be aged at all considering the customer hasn't been billed.
Am I missing something here? Anyone know a way around this?

Thanks for your reply. Actually the thread you refering was almost similiar to my problem. In fact, mine problem was not able to bring down the Balance Forward amount in the grouping level.
Let me give you some example. I have 5 fields in my report which are:
Date - Field from database
User - Filed From database
Balance Forward (BF) - Calculation in formula (Previous date CF display as next date BF)
Current Amount (CA)- Field from database
Carry Forward (CF) - Calculation in formula (BF+CA=CF)
When drag out those fields from database into the CR without perform any group, it will shows something as below in the details section.
Date User BF CA CF
1/1   A      0 50 50
1/1   B      0 100 100
2/1   A      50 50 100
2/1   B      100 50 150
When i perform a group on date, it should shows in the design layout as below:
Date BF CA CF
1/1   0 150 150
2/1   150 100 250
On date 1/1, my BF will be 0 for the first day and CF will be 150 with the formula calculation as SUM(BF+CF). For date 2/1, i will required to carry down this 150 (previous date 1/1 CF) down to the date 2/1 BF and following by the next date 3/1.
I try to use the previous(group.fields) in the formula, but it will shows me "No any previous or next value to be retrieve". In fact, i could use the previous(table.fields) function and place on the details section.
Appreciated you could advise how to retrieve my SUM(CF) value and display on the next grouping date section in Crystal Report.

But the export funtionality is not working for these forms.
When we open the form, standard funtionality like Menu> Record> Last are not working in R12.

Call Forwarding Number Not Working

Hi I have just purchased a skype phone number in Australia for 3 months and have redirected my calls to a number in the Philippines whilst I am on holidays. When I ring this number (Australia Skype number) it isnt being diverted to my Philippine phone number. I have added the number and whenever I return to tab the details for Call Forwarding are being erased. Advice appreciated as I am not receiving calls on mobile.

I am also facing this same problem of Call forwarding no. not working , I am having a Hong Kong Phone skype no. and have diverted to my India no. however when some body calls me on my HK no. the no. is not connected. I am covered with all the subscriptions required for call transfer , Please suggest urgently as i am loosing on reciving calls from all my impotant no.

Discoverer report not working on R12 !

We have just migrated to R12 from 11i and some of the discoverer query is not working, but the same is working fine when we ran thru SQL Developer or TOAD.
Is there any context (mo_global.set_policy_context) needs to be set in Discoverer report to get the data?

There is no any specific error message, the strange thing is if I run the Discoverer report is not returning any data, but if I set the mo_global.set_policy_context ('S',111) in SQL Developer or TOAD and then run the discoverer report it return data...

I don't think there is a specific change required for R12. Have you bounced the Apache after replacing the custom.xss file?

Can you find any errors in the database/apache log files?

Forward button not working on last page of module with links

CP4 - When I have links on a page, I select the Pause until User clicks option on the click box for the link. This pauses the module until the user has an opportunity to look at the material when they click a link. The Forward button works fine when they come back to the module. However, it does not work on the last page of a module, Forward will not go to the next module -- the Play button must be pushed to Forward to the next module. I have the Preferences Start/End to open another project when they reach the end.
Can anyone tell me why the Forward button isn't working on the last page when there are links on that page?

I did a work around which is time consuming and inefficient. I duplicated the slide, removed the link click box and made the animations static. I also set the slide time length to 0.1, now the forward button on the previous slide works.

Forwarding document (not work item) from specific SAP workflow to Outlook

We are looking for ways to forward the email notification of leave approval from SAP inbox to MS Outlook.
One way I know of is to create Auto forwarding in SAP inbox, however this would forward all documents received regardless of the work flow.

Use program RSWUWFML2. You can get pretty fancy with it to setup wrapper text. I have used it a lot so feel free to ping me with any questions.
What is important to know is normal 'email' forwarding will not send workflow items. I use this every 15 minutes to forward to Outlook and get the users into the Portal to manage the workflow.

Balance Sheet Statements not working

I have deployed the standard scenario for the Balance Sheet statement, but unfortunately when I execute the query, the balance dependencies in the FS hierarchy are not working. They don't appear in the hierarchy nodes. I have a difference in my balance sheet due to these missing financial statements.
I have activated 0figl_vc1, 0figl_c01 and the flow before the cubes.
Any idea about what is happening?

In that program are you using in the "Financial statement version" parameter the same one that you're using in BW?
Be sure of that.
Also compare with others "Financial statement version" (but always comparing the same between systems) to see if the result is ok.
You should be comparing the totals and not the subtree. If the totals are ok, the hierarchy is constructed different between systems. Compare the hierarchy.
Also for the most detailed difference you'll find compare with the data in cube 0FIGL_C01 and not the 0FIGL_VC1 to see if there the data is ok.
