BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE: WBS default in multiple distribution

Hi,
I am trying to create SES using BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE for PO line having multiple account assignment distributed with percentage. For e.g.,
Following WBS are attached to PO line 6500010013 00010.
I-000262.01.02.01
I-000262.01.02.02
I-000262.01.02.03
I-000262.01.02.04
I-000262.01.02.05
I-000262.01.02.06
When I pass WBS element I-000262.01.02.03 to the BAPI during SES creation, the SES gets created for WBS I-000262.01.02.01.
Would anyone please help me to know why BAPI behaves in such a way. I see same behaviour when I generate a BDC recording for ML81N transaction.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Aparna Alashe.

Hi,
Check SAP Note 536835 and 986683.
The function module calls PSPNUM_EXTERN_TO_INTERN_CONV and external number has to be passed to this BAPI.
Hope it helps.

  • One shared mailbox with multiple distribution groups connected and the sent items folder - how to configure?

    Hi!
I have been struggling for a while now with the following issue.
    For starters:
We are using exchange 2010 in combination with outlook 2013 on client computers.
Cause of the limitations concerning the number of mailboxes in outlook im looking for a solution to receive and reply
to multiple aliasses. So i did the following:
    1. Configured one shared mailbox.
    2. Configured multiple distribution groups
    3.  made the shared mailbox a member of the distribution groups
    4. Configured full access and send as permissions for myself on the shared mailbox ( testing )
    5. Gave send as permissions to the shared mailbox in Active directory.
    6.  Logged in to OWA to setup rules for the shared mailbox.
I now receive emails from all connected distribution groups in the shared mailbox and also in the right folder.
I do however have to select the proper from address when i reply to an email.
the email sent by the main SMTP of the shared mailbox is placed into the sent folder of the shared mailbox.
I setup the senddelagate blabla in register.....
When i sent an email as one of the connected distribution groups it fails to put the sent item in the sent items folder of the shared mailbox. The email is sent using the proper address but placed in the sent folder of my main account.
I want this emails to end up in the sent items folder of the shared mailbox. Or even better, in a sent items folder for each of the addresses.
    Any suggestions ?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
    As what
Rajkumar says, sending as a shared mailbox(full access permission) will put the email in the sent item of shared mailbox. But it cannot be located in the “sent item” of a distribution group. Because
it is a distribution group instead of a enabled user mailbox.
According to your further description, I understand that the reason why you configure that is some users reached the
limitation about the number of Exchange accounts you can include in the same Outlook profile. Is it rights? If I misunderstand, please point it out.
By default, user can only add 10 Exchange accounts to the same profile. You can customize the limit to the number Exchange accounts in the same profile using the following registry data:
    Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\policies\Microsoft\exchange
    DWORD: MaxNumExchange
Value: integer value starting at 1 (default = 10 if DWORD is missing)

    Hope it helps.

  • Multiple distribution provisioning profile question

    Hi Everyone,
As I study the app store structure, I see nothing that stops one from having multiple distribution profiles under the same distribution certificate. Is this a correct assessment? Or does the former distribution profile become disabled once a new one is created?
OK, if I am correct it can be done. What is reason one would want multiple distribution profiles?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I probabky should be more clear about my problem:
Here is my situation. I just switched machines, but I realize now that my keychain file does not contain my current distribution provisioning profile. I made the p.12 certificate file a couple days before I added the current distribution provisioning profile.
My question, can I simply remove the old distribution provisioning profile from the developer portal and create a new one and select/join it with the same distribution certificate without changing anything else?
And does this affect the apps that are in the store or are they only affected in that I have to rebuild with the new distribution provisioning profile in order to do updates?
My big thing is I do not want to affect apps in the store for my client. Yet right now I cannot submit any apps because I do not have the correct distribution provisioning proile on the new machine and probably no way of getting it. I am getting the infamous "no matching profile in default keychain etc." message.
I do have the correct developmental certificate, distribution certificate, and developmental provsioning profile.
Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Payable open interface-Multiple distribution lines

    Hi,
As i know there is no distribution interface table in R12,there are only AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE and AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE.When i insert one line for one invoice header,it is creating one distribution line.
Now my requirment is i want insert multiple distribution lines for invoice line.
Is it possible? If yes, tell me the way...
    Is there any alternative ways?
    Thanks
    Praveen

    Hi Praveen
How are you inserting the records into Interface Table ?
Is it through SQL LOADER or a simple Insert Command from a PL/SQL Block ?
While loading Multiple Distribution Lines for a Invoice Header in AP_INVOICES_LINES_INTERFACE Table we can pass the same HEADER_ID for Multiple Invoice Lines.
    Ex
    BEGIN
    INSERT INTO AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE(INVOICE_ID,INVOICE_NUM)VALUES(100,100);
    INSERT INTO AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE(INVOICE_ID,INVOICE_LINE_ID,LINE_NUMBER)VALUES(100,100,1);
    INSERT INTO AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE(INVOICE_ID,INVOICE_LINE_ID,LINE_NUMBER)VALUES(100,101,2);
    COMMIT;
    END;
Please do let me know if you face any problems.

  • How do I add one contact to multiple distribution lists?

I have employees that work on more than one project and therefore need to be on multiple distribution lists. Outlook groups is able to accomplish this but I can not get it to work on my MAC using Mail and Contacts.
For Example, John needs to be on the following lists:
    Entire Team
    Project A
    Project B
Problem I am facing is that when I drag and drop the John from main contacts it will only allow him to be in one group and removes him from the one he was previously added to. How do I get around this?
    Thank you!

    Hello,
    Welcome to Apple Discussions.
    1. Make the first event in iCal when and how you want it.
    2. If you are not in month view, switch to it.
    3. Highlight the event in the calendar view and press Cmd-C (copy).
    4. Click on the blank area on a day you want to copy to.
    5. Press Cmd-V (paste).
    6. Repeat steps 4-5 for all needed dates.

  • LSMW datamigration material master with multiple distribution channels

    Hi,
We plan on using the LSMW to migrate our customer's material master to a ECC 6.0 system.
Currently we use the BMM00 and BMMH1 structures, but there I can specify only one distribution channel.
Does anyone know how to include multiple distribution channels in LSMW material master migration?
Thanks in advance for your support.
Edited by: Mohammed Qasim Malik on Jan 21, 2008 10:01 AM

you need an extra record in your source per distibution channel.
Alternative you can create the extra record with a small Abap  code in LSMW in section __END_OF_RECORD__
There you habe in standard the code:
    transfer_record.
just add after this statement a statement that gets the additional wanted distribution channel into the  distribution channel field.
    BMM00-VTWEG =  'xx'.
    transfer_record.

  • Receiving Transaction Processor fails with multiple distribution lines

    Hi All,
I am having a problem with 'Receiving Transaction Processor' when receiving is done against a multiple distributions line that has different project, task data.  The concurrent program 'Receiving Transaction Processor' completes normally but when you check the quantity_received in po_line_locations_all table it shows partial quantity received.
    example:
    PO# Test_PO1
    Line#1, Shipment#10001, Dist#101, Quantity Ordered: 1, Amount $1000 (Dollar based line), Project_ID: 335803, Task_ID: 12057618
    Line#2, Shipment#20001, Dist#101, Quantity Ordered: 3, Amount $750, Unit Price: $250, Project_ID: 335803, Task_ID: 12057618
    Line#2, Shipment#20001, Dist#102, Quantity Ordered: 2, Amount $500, Unit Price: $250, Project_ID: 336488, Task_ID: 12121488
Receiving performed using 'Receiving Transaction Processor' by populating data in RCV_Transactions_Interface and RCV_Headers_Interface tables and it gave following error for one of the distribution
    from po_interface_errors table.
    Line#1, Shipment#10001, Dist#101, Received Amount $400 (Successfully interfaced)
    Line#2, Shipment#20001, Dist#101, Quantity Received: 1 (Successfully interfaced)
Line#2, Shipment#20001, Dist#102, Quantity Received: 1 (Failed with below error)
Error_Message: Error: The PROJECT_ID specified is invalid.  The value specified (336804) does not match the expected value (335803).
    Interface_Type: RCV-856
    Error_Message_Name: RCV_INVALID_ROI_VALUE
    Table Name: RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE
Note: This happens only when you have different project_id and task_id values on each distribution for Line#2, Shipment#20001
Please let me know if someone have already came across this issue or if there is already any patch for this issue.
Any help with this issue is appreciated.
    Thanks,

  • How to get the default value for Distribution key in KP06

    Hi,

How can i do that...i made entry inthe user profile like this
    GSP     1     G/L Distribution key
but still i am not getting
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi Manohar,
You have to give Distribution Key "1" in the Plannner Profile as well as if you take a column for Distribution Key seperately in  your Planning Layout for Cost Element Planning, in the Excel file, you can give Distribution Key as "1" in the respective column. When you upload the data through Excel, the system will take the DKey as "1" only.
I hope it will solve your problem. Pls revert back for further assistance..

  • Export Multiple Distribution List

Hello, Is there a way to Export Multiple Distribution List and send them to users to Import into Office 2007\2013 easily?
    Thank for any help.
    Michael

    Hi,
Do you want to export multiple Distribution List at the same time?
A simple way to do this I can figure out is as follows:
    (Outlook 2013 for example)
    1. Click New Email button to create a new email. Restore Down the New Email window.
    2. Switch to People in Navigation bar. Change Current View to List view. Restore Down the mail Outlook window.
    3. Hold CTRL key and select all Distribution Lists that you want to share with other users.
    4. Drag the selected Distribution Lists and drop them to the email body field in the New Email window. Now, you will see all the distribution lists are added as attachment in the new mail window.
    5. Fill the To box with users' email address that you want to share the distribution lists with.
    6. Click Send.
On the recipients side, please do these:
    1. Open the email containing the distribution list attachments. Restore Down the message window.
    2. Switch to People in Navigation bar. Restore Down the mail Outlook window.
    3. Go to the received email window, hold CTRL key and select all distribution list attachments. Then drag the distribution list
attachments from the email message onto the desired Contacts folder.
    Hope this helps.

It's recommended to download and install
Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT), which is developed by Microsoft Support teams. Once the tool is installed, you can run it at any time to scan for hundreds of known issues in Office

  • How to determine Oracle_Home default from multiple home installation?

Does anyone know how to determine the current Oracle Home default in the registry when multiple Oracle Home exists?
Both 8i and multiple 9i Version X's exist on a client machine. We need to determine the current default oracle home to determine path for various drivers.
In analyzing the Oracle Home registry keys I have been unable to find a means for identifying the current Oracle Home default.

Thank you for you reply, your advice is good. Unfortunately our application has to deal with all kinds of Oracle configurations and one of those is the multi-home issue. We have looked throughout the registry particular in the HKLM\SOFTWARE\ORACLE|ALL_HOMES\
but have not found any entry that would indicate a default home. One two different system installation of multiple client installations there is no DEFAULT_HOME. We do have the HOME0, HOME1, ... HOME4 but, these are just sequencial based on when they where installed not on the order of preference or any default setting. Problem is our application needs to know the default home to locate the appropriate drives to use and appropriate connects service to look-up(tnsname) also.
    Thanks.

  • Can I send all WBS using CJAL and Distribution Model

    Greetings,
I have setup the disribution model to send WBS between two systems as following:
    Object name          WorkBreakdownStruct
    Method name          SaveReplica
    Object type          BUS2054
    Method               SAVEREPLICA
Description          Replicate work breakdown structure (ALE)
However, when using TCODE CJAL I can only send (Active) WBS , but not CRTD status,
is there a work around to send all projects?

I thought this should be very standard thing in the distribution model,
    thank you very much

I am a new user. I have an old iphone updated to 2.1. I have multiple email accounts and I want to set one as the default. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks for your help. May your candidate win (as long as it begins with O)

Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Under the Mail section at Default Account, select the account that you want as the default.
    The following is provided underneath.
+Messages created outside of Mail will be sent from the default account.+
As an example, the default account will be used when selecting a photo to be emailed.
If you have account A selected as your default account and select new message when accessing a mailbox for account B, account B will be the account the message is sent by.

  • Multiple distribution lines via Open Interface

    Hello,
I insert some lines in the AP open interface to create invoice, but the problem is, the import program creates for each invoice line one distribution line.
But my requirement is to create one invoice line with many distribution lines.
Anyone has an idea to do this.
    Thanks in advance,

You could create DISTRIBUTION_SETS that meet your requirements , and than set these DISTRIBUTION_SETS in AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE interface table.
