Bapi Fm BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE Giving error *Balance is not equal to .

Dear All,
Note: Cin as implemetned.
               Get error from Fm BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE is Balance is not equal to zero.
Have passed the correct inputs to the Fm its Invoice is creting ,while the only case Cenvat comes based in the PO/Vendor that time error is generating.
Passing values : HEADER LEVEL : Grand total value (item + tax value + cenvat value).
                            item level : total value of item price.
                            tax account : bed,escess, bcs. cenvat value and taxcode.
For rest of the case which is not having in the Cenvat some value type passed invoice no is generating.
Please Suggest me to come out from this issues. How to pass the value in case cenvat.

I encountered Same problem in different BAPI.
It been solved by turning one of sums to negative.
I don't familiar with this specific BAPI but mayby this will help to you to.

When Closing the window giving error " Virtual Column not allowed"

Hi All,
In my main block, i have a button, on clicking which will open a new window(block) with a free text field to enter.
I have a Save button in a new window which will save entered text fiedl and refresh the main block to see the value entered in a new block.
But suppose, if entered something in text field and without saving if i close the window and try to exit from the form
It is asking me to save the form or not and if i press Yes
Then it gives me below error
ORA-01733: virtual column not allowed here
FRM-40508: ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.
If i see from Display database error' It is trying to insert the record into the view On which my new block has based( i know it is not possible).
Any suggestion on this please?

Pavan,
How are you populating your block? It sounds like you are populating the block manually (eg; Looping through a cursor and assigning values to each row of your block). If this is what you are doing, then YES you will get these kinds of errors. Ideally, you should base your data block on your data (either directly on the base table or view of if you are using a query, then a FROM Clause based block).
I'm guessing here, so would you mind posting a description of your data block(s) is/are set up?

AIR 2.0 SDK installed but Flash Builder still giving error "NetworkInterface could not be found."

I am trying to retrieve the users MAC address to implement an authorization process on a AIR application. I have read that this is possible with the latest version of the AIR SDK (2.0).
I am developing in Flash Builder and have discovered that it does not ship with the latest AIR SDK. Therefore I have tried two seperate solutions:
1) Following these instructions for overlaying the latest AIR SDK onto the current Flex SDK.

2) Downloading the latest Flex SDK (4.1) and using that.
In both of these cases Flash Builder then recognises the NetworkInterface and NetworkInfo classes implying that the overlaying of the AIR SDK has been successfully. However when I then run the app the debugger throws an error on the following line:

Be sure to check the namespace in your application.xml descriptor file. It needs to support "http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/2.0" in order to access AIR 2 APIs at runtime.

URGENT: Giving error message when not using variant

Hi Gurus,
While trying to execute t-code S_ALR_87012357 (Advance return for tax on sales/purchases) with variant, the report is coming fine.
But, if I use the same T-Code without any variant, even if the same data which the variant is having, it gives message "No list generated"
Can you please give some light on this.

This report has several input fields, most of them under collapsed folder like plus icons.
You have to reconcile between the input parameters stored in that variant to what you are entering manually.

MIRO Balance is not equal to zero

The scenario is that the PO was in (foreign currecy) USD. GR in local currency AED. Now the vendor has sent invoice in local currency AED which is fine since we can post MIRO in local curreny. But while posting MIRO when we do unplanned delivery cost in Details tab and try to post it throws us following msg even though the traffic light is green and balance shows zero.
Balance in transaction currency
Message no. F5702
Diagnosis
A balance has occurred in transaction currency 'AED' with the following details:
Exchange rate '00', amount '200.00' and currency key 'AED'.
The data in the transaction currency were transferred from the calling application.
System Response
Your data cannot be processed in FI.
Procedure
The error is probably in the calling application.

The Exchange rate in OB08 for AED to USD and USD to AED is already there.
The procurement dept did not know that the vendor could invoice in local currency. The GRIR for PO is partially done and it is not allowing to change currency in PO anymore.
The problem does not come for normal IRin local currency as it gets exchange rate from TCURR and works fine, its only that when we try to put in value in unplanned delivery cost then it throws us above error.

I have seen this before in an account which was designated as a retained earnings account - prior year rolls into the account are not a posting in the conventional sense.

I got an error when writeback Budget data from Essbase to Oracle that: The number of columns returned by script [14] is less than the source data columns exposed [15] while my returned columns from script is 15

PO not creating for the matl,giving error Material not maint for purchasing

Hi SAP Gurus,
When I am trying to create PO for 1 purticular material, system giving error " Material CG056A not maintained by Purchasing Message no. ME 046 " Please let me know in order to create PO successfully what are all the purchasing related information necessary to maintain for this material.

While creating the material you have not maintained the purchasing view, hence you are getting an error.
Maintain the purchasing view for the material in MM01, which will solve the problem.

GUI_DOWNLOAD - error codepage could not foune.

Hi All,
I m downloading data from SAP tables to txt file.
When I m running this program in SE38 then it works fine. But when I m scheduling it in background it is giving error - CODEPAGE COUND NOT FOUND.
I kept exception codepage = ' '.

Value range
4-digit number of the SAP codepage. The function module SCP_CODEPAGE_BY_EXTERNAL_NAME returns the SAP codepage number for an external character set name, for example, "iso-8859-1". The function module NLS_GET_FRONTEND_CP returns the appropriate non-Unicode frontend codepage for a language.
You can determine the desired codepage interactively, if the parameter with_encoding of method file_save_dialog is set by cl_gui_frontend_services.

Qty balances are not sufficient in the Register

This messsage is getting while doing the J1IS
MMBE for 1000105 shows the quantity in stock yet while executing the transaction J1is it states material Qty balances is not sufficient in the register.
Let me tell you what they did
1.MIGO
2.Return Delivery
3.cancellation of 122 movement type by 123 movement type
4.Again Return delivery when they are trying the system is giving "Qty balances is not sufficient in the register" though in customization 123 movement type is allowed for excise invoices.

GL balances are not matching with Fixed assets ledger

Please suggest me regarding this...
The issues is:when the legacy balances are uploaded in to sap there was the mistake.3 assets were entered twice(once in asset class 1250 & once in asset class 1300).It causes the GL balances are not matching with Fixed Asset balances(GL is less than FA).so now the client is asking to make manual entry by removing the recconcilation account settings and post manual entry then keep the reconcilation account as usual.They wanted to reverse the accumulated depreciation for the above 3 duplicated asssets for year 2007 & 2008.
How can i achieve the below:
1.GL balance was not equal (i.e lower) to FA ledger even at the time of go live(FI is lesser than FA)
2.For this i need to post one manual entry in FI-GL with the GO-LIVE date.is it possible? suggest me how to post?
3.After that i need to reverse the accumulated depreciation for the above 3 duplicated assets.how can i do this?
4.After that i need to remove the above 3 duplicated assets,how can i?
Please help me by giving your thoughts regarding this

Hi,
It is possible to post the adjustment entry from go live date provided you open the posting periods for the pervious year. (However this approach is not recommended for the following reasons - you have closed the books and must have published the results to local authorities. Adjustment now in the past year can cause some trouble from auditors etc. Secondly you are adjusting the GL balance for the last year, so you will have to complete the period end and year end closing for GL balances. So avoid kindly it)
For your problem - Go to transaction code OASV and post adjustment entry for the current period. Also check if your field status of assets contain field for shutdown of assets. If not change your field status accordingly. Once adjustment is done you shutdown the asset so that it does not post depreciation in future depreciation runs. (this will cater to your need of eliminating the assets. If you retire the asset then you will have to deal with gain or loss on retirement of an asset. If you can accommodate this entry, then you can use this figure in the final adjustment entry.)
Or Go to transaction code OAMK and set the recon account to post the adjustment entry.
Reversal of depreciation is not possible in SAP. So the only way to reverse the accumulated depreciation is by changing the recon account or using OASV, and passing adjustment entry.

Passing parameaters giving error

I have requirement to add custom OAF page .
In customer online i have added one custom page all standard page have left navigation menu so same menu i have included into my page when i am clicking any link it is giving error it is not taking parameter
Function definition is like bellow
OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/imc/ocong/party/organization/webui/ImcOrgOverview;ImcPartyId={@ImcPartyId}&ImcPartyName={@ImcPartyName}
for each like it is taking parameater like ImcPartyId={@ImcPartyId}&ImcPartyName={@ImcPartyName}
i have created one VO and added this as attributes in my custom page but it is not picking .
I have manually pas this values as parameter from previous page even though it is not picking .
when i try to print those values in next page it is displaying ={@ImcPartyId} and {@ImcPartyName}
not getting values.
can any one guide me how to pass this values from my custom page.

Read the OAF tutorial. There is a seciton which shows you how to generate a SEARCH, CREATE, DRILLDOWN, and UPDATE page. I think it's under tutorial toolbox lessons.
There is a section which shows you how to pass the parameters between the SEARCH and DRILLDOWN pages. The tutorial is monumental in explaining how to develop OAF pages.

When the user selects an Employee Name link, the Details page should display. As part of this GET request, we also want to:
Add employeeNumber and employeeName parameters to the URL. These parameter values should be sourced from the EmployeeSummaryVO1 attributes EmployeeId and EmployeeName respectively.
Indicate that the EmpSearchPG's application module instance should be retained when the EmpDetailsPG renders so these pages can share the same root application module.
Indcate that breadcrumbs should display in the EmpDetailsPG.
