Hi,
I am using 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE' for 561 movement type.
it is getting posted properly in MB1C.
But i am not able to see it in MMBE - stocl overview.
i am using 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT' also.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this.

Problem with BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to transfer stock

i met a problem when i use BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to transfer stock from one stock to another stock (one step).
parameters:
Goodsmvt_code = '04' " MB1B
Material,Plant,Stge_loc,Batch,Move_type,move_plant,Move_stloc,Move_batch
Matdoc_item,Serialno
then execute the bapi. i get the successful result.
but when i check the stock, nothing happened.
i also check the table SER03. the material documents didn't generate.
i use MB1B to do it directly. the material is transfered and the material documents also generated.
can anyone tell me what's wrong and what should i do? thank you very much.

Actually the Bapi that you user is a Test Function , so it will not posted,just do simulation, you need to copy the FM to program then commit it, then it will post the document.

Problem in Batch Updation After posting

Hi Experts
Currently we are having a problem with one-step stock transfer. We want do automatic GR (Goods Reciept) during PGI (Post Goods Issue) for a delivery.
We have done some coding in exit EXIT_SAPLIE01_007 so that even we have XXX batch during picking and PGI, the GR document item will show in YYY batch. The document was posted succesfully. And the table MSEG is showing correctly material was recived YYY batch against 101 movement. Also MB51 is also showing material was recieved under YYY batch. But the real problem is stock was updated in XXX batch????????????.
To prove this the table MCHB was not updated for this material with YYY batch, which we will expect generally once there is GR for any batch, latesr GR date will be updated. Table MCHB showing GR date also updated against XXX batch which we dont want.
While searching SAP notes for this i have gone through note 619913, which says If the batches are uniquely defined on material or client level, the batch exists in the system, and only a plant segment is created for the receiving plant. User exit EXIT_SAPMM07M_003 is not processed. Here we have some coding for batch creation and updation.
Can you please provide some thoughts on this? I am a functional guy dont know much ABAP knowledge, how to deal with this. I am assuming that If we can call EXIT_SAPMM07M_003, the problem may solve.

3rd Party with stock update

Hi all,
I am trying to setup proces to track SO through process of purchase.
Much like 3rd party sales processing w. shipping notification with difference that I need to receive goods on stock not on SO consumption and afterwards to ship it away.
I tried to set up automatic Pur.Request out of Sales Order but was unable to do this without account assignment, and thus always ending up creating PO for consumption and skiping stock.
Can somebody give me some pointers on how should I setup this.

Yes, I am aware that in 3rd party scenario there is no stock update cos goods are shipped directly to customer from vendor.
Mine problem is that I have to make process of tracking SO through Purchasing with stock update and I am stuck with creating Pur.Requisition out of SO with account assignment which then triggering GR on SO consumption.
Is there a way to create Pur.Requisition automaticaly out of SO without account assignment. So that I can procure to stock and still have update document flow in SO.
Or maybe this is wrong approach and I should take another one.

Trouble with opening a 2nd page of Safari and getting Wx or Stock updates?

My ipod touch says it is connected to internet through my home wifi router and all the items under Settings>wifi seem correct. My windows laptop works correctly on the same router. But when I open Safari on the Touch, the first page of the web site opens but I can not then get beyond that page. That is, if I click on a topic in Yahoo for example, I get the message "Safari can not open page, not connected to the internet". Similarly, I can not get my weather updated or the Stocks updated. I get the message "Update Failed". My Touch works on other networks. Any suggestions?

I don't recommend using Safari to check your connection. You have some other tools that will let you know what the problem is.
Tap Settings > WiFi > and then tap the blue > next to your network name. When your touch is connected to your network and your router has issued an IP address, you will see an IP address for the device, a subnet mask address, a router address, and a DNS address or two.
Most likely you are going to see a device IP of 169.x.x.x, and incomplete subnet mask address and nothing else.
The most common things to cause this are:
1. WEP encryption
2. Old router firmware
3. You need to reboot your router

Multiple Samsung Stratosphere problems after FF1 update

There have been multiple posts on various issues users have found after the recent Stratopshere FF1 update. Some were replys to older posts and some only touched on a single issue. I wanted to consolodate into one thread, and hopefully get teh attention of Verizon to maybe reply here.

Summary: Verizon and Samsung have finally updated the Stratosphere almost 1 year after release. This updated the phone from Android 2.3.5 to Android 2.3.6. Going by filename, this is known as the FF1 update. This update went live at the end of August 2012, and most users were upgraded before mid September 2012.
There were some noticable changes in this update:
-Lock screen has changed. The puzzle piece and glass lock options have been removed. New options have been added, such as facial recognition unlock.
-Call answering screen has changed, introducing the option to ignore call with a message.
-Camera now has digital zoom ability.
-Ability to uninstall the 2 games the phone comes with (Need for Speed and Lets Golf)
-Phone icon has changed ever so slightly
-Wifi icon now included up and down arrows to indicate data is being sent or recieved
-Wallpaper no longer "stretches" over multiple screens - ie, it no longer scrolls as you move from screen to screen
-The visual voicemail app has been improved (I have personally not used this feature)
-Callback number is now supported in text / picture messages
-Android core OS updated from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6 (both versions are still Gingerbread)
-Update to how the device deals with the end of scrolling. It used to rubber-band bounce back, now it will just give a green bar and expand the bar as you scroll. (I cannot fault Samsung for this change as this was at teh core of an Apple lawsuit and has been changed in newer versions of Android.)
-(I am sure there are more. please list any others you may have noticed)
I have found some problems, and others have confirmed that this is (at least) somewhat widespread:
-The biggest problem is with wifi connectivity. Upon an initial connection to wifi, everything works great. After somewhere between 15minutes and 2 hours, problems start happening. Its as if the wifi keeps hanging or reconnecting. Download speeds (tested with the SpeedTest.com app) slow to about one third of normal. Apps like Facebook that require a constant connection will just time out.
-It appears the signal strength for 3g and 4g connections is lower. There are places where I used to get a 4g connection, and now I only get 3g. Some palces I fall back to just 2g digital.
Another minor issue i found was with text messages. When you reply to a message, it no longer automatically focuses the text in the input box. You have to first click into the box to start typing. Not a huge deal, but one more step to take over and over. Minor annoyence.
At my house, I struggle to get a 3g or 4g signal. I depend on wifi for my data connection. So with the wifi connection problem introduced by teh FF1 update, my phone is somewhat useless to me now while at home. Here are teh troubleshooting steps I have been through so far to attempt to fix the wifi problem:
-Complete factory reset on my phone. (did not help)
-Pull battery and SIM card out of phone for 15 minutes. (did not help)
-Went to a Verizon store. The guy at the store was helpful, and said he also had a Stratosphere and was getting the same wifi problems after the update. He said all he could do was to send me out a replacement phone. I got the replacement phone, and it had the same problems.
-I read in multiple palces that Android 2.3.6 has a bug within wifi and DHCP. Apparently if you have a DHCP lease set to "forever", the phone will keep requesting a new address. Setting the DHCP server on the router to something like 2 weeks, or using a static IP is supposed to solve this. I have a NetGear N900 router, and I can not change teh DHCP lease time. It appears, however, that my router is not sending out "forever" leases. But just to make sure, I gave my phone a static IP. (None of these steps made any difference).
The only thing that temporarily fixes the problem is a reboot of the phone. This will again give you anywhere from 15min to 2 hours of good wifi use before problems start happening.
I have now had this update for over a week, and on 2 phones. I still can't maintain a wifi connection for much longer than 15 minutes without problems starting up.
I am asking Verizon or Samsung to at least confirm this issue if possible. Maybe there are newer revs of the Stratopshere hardware that don't have this problem. Or there is something unique about my (and apparently others) situation. But it seems like Verizon's current stance is to offer a repalcement phone (as currently all Stratospheres are within their 1 year manufacture warranty as the phone has not been ouy for quite 1 year yet).
I am asking for a workaround for this problem, or a true fix adressed by a new software update, or at least allow us to roll back to the original Andorid 2.3.5 software.
I have had my original Stratosphere for almost a year with no wifi problems - then get the FF1 update and have had nothing but problems on 2 different phones.

Thanks for starting a comprehensive thread on problems with this update. I want to add one more.
I have Bluetooth in my car (a 2004 model), and previously the phone has connected to it practically instantly when I start the car. Since the update, I have never been able to connect the phone to the car by Bluetooth. Several times the phone has made a standard notification sound at the moment it should be connecting to Bluetooth, though no notification appears. I have no idea what that could mean.The car's Bluetooth shows up as paired in the list of devices in Settings > Wireless & networks > Bluetooth settings. I haven't seen this widely reported as an update issue, but perhaps some others have experienced it too.
UPDATE: I finally did some testing, and found that the notification was to signal the extremely brief appearance of a dialog indicating that the car's Bluetooth was requesting a connection. Accepting that request let the phone connect with the car, and calls went to the car's sound system as they should. When I turned the car off and back on (just the electrical system; not wasting any gas on this!), the connection was established immediately, so apparently the acceptance only had to be done once. Nevertheless, it did have to be done, and the dialog notification disappears within seconds. I believe it would have been possible to go into Bluetooth settings and accept the connection request there if I missed the notification; but not seeing the notification, I might not know to do this.
One further observation: When I turned the phone's Bluetooth off and back on after a connection had been established, leaving the car on the whole time, the two did not reconnect. I believe that may be different from before the update, but I'm not really sure.

I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb. This is also affecting AppleTV downloads

Problem with an update page.

I have a problem with an update page on my website
Here's how it work
values are defualted in from the advert table - this works fine
I should then be able to change the fields and click on the update button
This works fine but ONLY when the O_year field is populated.
There doesn't seem to be anything special about the O_year field
I thought spry text validation would of been causing the issues, but I removed them and have the same problem.
For some reason the POST_MMupdate value is not being set to 'form4', which it is doing if O_year is set.
Please can someone have a look at this, code,
Also, is there a way of 'stepping through' dreamweaver code to debug it?

Removing I investigated spry a little more, in the end I settled for removing spry altogether,
Maybe it was because the text field in a $GET (for the default) AND a $PUT (for the update)

Very likely. Hard to believe the carrier in Mexico doesn't have a micro-SIM card available.

No, which is not possible.
What can I do? Get a new SIM and see if it works again?
Get a micro-SIM from the carrier in Mexico that you don't have to manually cut down. If that carrier doesn't provide one, switch to another carrier that is not so low-budget.

System's behaviour on FIFO is slightly change in case of inventory transfer. System does'nt keep any connection in physical FIFO (Serialized items) and FIFO cost in this case, as if one item first has been taken at USD 100 and then at USD 120, when you will transfer the stock and you choose 2nd serialized item which was taken at USD 120, system will pick the cost of USD 100 as of 1st item's cost because system creates layers for cost price and open quantities and at the time of inventory transfer, system only considers the first open layer of cost of the issuing warehouse. But all of this happens if your G/L determination is based on warehouse or item level. In case G/L determination is based on Item Group, your FIFO will work as per your requirements.

What do you mean by 'refusing from the system', if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
For a credit card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is and if you are getting a 'declined' message then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If when trying to download you are getting a message about a 'problem with a previous purchase' then that implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for your last purchase. what do you see when iPhoto opens?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

Go to MM01, select warehouse - 1 & 2 views, specify the warehouse nos & extend the warehouse views for this material. Once the above is done, you can proceed to use MB1C.

Many problems since the update - help?

Hi all,
Let me start by saying that I am, for all intents and purposes, a huge Apple booster. I have a new 24" iMac. I have an Airport Extreme. I have an iBook G3 I use for travel (I'm a journalist) and recently handed down my old G3 iMac to my son after loading it up with RAM. I extoll Apple products because they are elegant and simple, and a pure pleasure to use.
Unfortunately, this hasn't been my experience with Apple TV since the 2.0 update.
My problems since the update include:
1) My Apple TV regularly "hangs" when trying to connect to ATV content. About 50% of the time when I try to play a song or podcast or movie preview -- whatever -- instead of connecting to it, I'll get an "Accessing iTunes Store" message which, after about 30 seconds of the little spinning icon, will inevitably revert to "The iTunes Store is currently unavailable. Try again later." I have to "back out" of the submenu (e.g., "Movies" or "Podcasts" or "TV Shows"), and enter another, different submenu before it will connect. I've tried all combinations of Airport settings ( both 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz N, mixed b/g/n), and many different channels, but this keeps on happening. I have troubleshot my network connection with my ISP, and have tested the integrity of the line at DSL Reports. The connection and line quality is fine. Connection strength: signal = 54; noise = 92. In other words, decent.
2) When attempting to play HD Trailers, it is now hit and miss whether or not they will load. Instead of a blue progress bar, my screen goes black for about 15-20 seconds. (During this time, I cannot exit out of the action by pressing 'menu' on my Apple remote; it is effectively unresponsive.) After the 15 seconds or so are up, I get the following message: "Selected content is not available. Format is not recognized" -- or something close to this. After I exit, play an SD trailer, and then hit into the same trailer again, it will often (but not always) work.
3) Album cover art flips often "stick" when turning, especially when playing songs with long, scrolling titles. (I spent a lot of time on the phone with an Apple TV Product Specialist and, after he replicated the issue, he passed on his findings to the Apple Engineering. It is, I was informed, not high on their list of priorities
4) Unplugging and then replugging the ATV to reboot causes a small electrical spark. Needless to say, I don't tempt fate by doing this any more, and instead use the "-" and "menu" restart method.
All in all, a very disappointing experience of late. Very un-Apple.
By the way, connecting to YouTube videos and Flickr contacts ALWAYS works. No problems at all with any non-Apple site accessed through the ATV. So the problem lies with Apple.
Is anyone else experiencing similar difficulties? I'm at my wit's end with this thing. Never thought I'd be saying that about an Apple product. But I want to try and solve it, so I'm asking for help. If nothing can be done, I'm going to ask Apple to replace it, or return it.

That was a paraphrase. The exact words, I'm afraid, I didn't write down. I wish I had, though. It was truly a beautiful example of corporate bafflegab. Something like: "since this only affects the visual aspects of the unit and not its overall performance" -- I told the (very nice) product specialist that the Apple TV was pretty well ALL AND ONLY about visuals. (FWIW, he agreed.) Anyway...
