BAPI_PO_CHANGE failing

I am using BAPI_PO_CHANGE to add line item to the purchase order. This PO is taking reference from the SO of same company code.
when i run this BAPI it gives me the following message:
PO Changes Failed due to following reasons
Changing of PO using Enjoy BAPI unsuccessful
Purchase order still contains faulty items
Please enter material number or account assignment category
Can delivery date be met?
I am filling the following data:
Purchase order number
poheader -incoterms1
poheader -incoterms 2 and corresponding fields in poheaderx
poschedule-po_item
poschedule-sched_line
poschedule-delivery_date
poschedule -quantity    and marking the corresponding fields in poschedulex.
Please guide me what could be possibly going wrong.

I have run the BAPI in SE37. To add a line item to the given PO ( referance is from SO of the same company code)....I am filling the structures
PURCHASEORDER
POHEADER : incoterms1 , incoterms2
POHEADERX: incoterms1, incoterms2
POITEM : poitem, material, plant, quantity
POITEMX: poitme and same as above
POSCHEDULE: po_item(value 00002), sched_line(0001), quantity, preq_no, preq_item(value 2)
POSCHEDULEX: po_item, and same as above.
still the BAPI is giving me the error messages:
Changing of PO using Enjoy BAPI unsuccessful
Purchase order still contains faulty items
Net price must be greater than 0
Can delivery date be met?
Please help me... its urgent.

For one scenario BAPI give me above error is "No account assignment for service 0000010" SE 518 .
basically when i pass outline aggrement and contract item to bapi i am getting this error.....according to my observation in outline agrement account assignment is maintain as 'U' but i want to pass outline agrement as 'K' or 'N' so i am passing this into BAPI parameters ,however i feel somewhere it is getting conflict so it giving above error...

I have pass contract number to BAPI ....and i also pass cost center and GL account to account assignment but still bapi giving same error.....I am totally stuck into this i tried a lot with different options..for other scenario BAPI works fine but when I pass contract number with account assignment 'U' and I want to change this 'U' to 'K' or 'N' for this I pass account assignment to PO line item but BAPI fails in this perticular scenario.

Hello experts,
we are using BAPI_PO_CHANGE to change the Item Category of a material
in a purchase order to L (sub-contracting) when we do we receive the
error message in the BAPI u201CNot possible to determine any componentsu201D
due to the fact the associated material doesn't have a BoM. we do not
want to create BoMs for these materials, we want to populate the BoM
requirements directly in the Purchase order as you can do with
transaction ME22n where you receive the same error message but you can
continue,but in the the BAPI you can't. we have try many ways even
trying to manipulate the error message but all fails.
please advise if this is possible to do? are we using the correct
BAPI? we have also tried with BAPI_PO_CREATE1 but the same error.

we are on SAP ECC 6.0 and this support note has already been applied.
i think my question was a bit misleading, we have create a sub-contractor ( L) PO with BAPI_PO_CREATE1 and wish to add
additional sub-contracting PO lines using BAPI_PO_CHANGE the additional PO header lines, do not have a BoM already created and we do not want to create one as these are one off activities , we would like to applied the BOM components for the PO header item directly in the PO as you can in ME22n.

Problem in update PO's partner function using BAPI_PO_CHANGE

Hi All,
I have some problem when i try to update PO partner function using BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
If i update partner function where business partner number is vendor (eg. GS) , it run successfully. But when I try to update partner function where business partner number is personnel number (eg. CS, VW, etc) , it was failed. And BAPI return message is "Please enter a partner role".

BAPI_PO_CHANGE Limitations

Hello Experts,
I have a tool for creating contracts. In this tool i have a purchase order created or changed. On many occasions am changing or adding line items to this purchase order. I am using BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
Now the question i have is, whether there is any limitation in using this BAPI? If i change a purchase order which has more than 400 line items am calling this bapi in background. In such a case this bapi is failing. Good receipt is not happening.
Should i be using any other method to create and change purchase order here. Kindly suggest.

Are you saying that when ran in background your program is dumping ? querying you should be able to get the return message and write it to report whether you are executing in the background or foreground...
When You say Goods receipt is not happening, I am not sure I understand? Are you using BAPIGOODSMVT or BAPI_PO_CHANGE? Can you elaborate exactly what is happening / error message when you execute this program in background?

We have a situation where PR to PO conversion needs to happen through a custom program which submits ME59N in batches. During this conversion, it's a business requirement to update the PO's GS Partner function based on the manufacturer in the first item's inforecord.
In order to do this, we have implemented the badi "ME_PURCHDOC_POSTED". The only method within this is "POSTED"
In order to update the PO, I use "BAPI_PO_CHANGE" inside this badi with IN BACKGROUND TASK addition. The reason behind this is that this BADI is called before the commit that creates the PO happens. And by calling the BAPI_PO_CHANGE in a background task, I ensure that it's run after the commit has happened.
This approach works extremely well, but fails in certain scenarios when executed for large PR to PO conversion where certain PRs exceed 300 line items.
Since the background task call cannot be debugged, I used the enjoy bapi_po_change exit EXIT_SAPL2012_004 to dump the return table to a custom table or the application log, to check what has happened.
In the instances that this has failed, the return table's content was -> function "change purchase order" performed in test
I assure you I have NOT used the test flag. I even applied a couple of SAP notes that mention this issue, but still had no success. I am waiting for a proper response from OSS at the moment but this is a real headscratcher.
Also importantly at this point, the PO was successfully created.So the partner function change should happen without issues :'(
Have any of you come across this issue before ? What steps have you taken to overcome this issue ?

Bit locker drive encryption failed due to power failer and hard disk corrupted

I ran Bitlocker drive ecryption drive D. My pc is windows 7 ultimate, while it was in progress of 1% due to power failer the encryption failed, when power resume the drive didn't showed the file format nor the size but it shows the size in disk management.
It showed like this in My computer
I do Have the recovery code password and back of recovery password so I ran the "manage-bde-_unlock D:-rp[my code ]
and my pc got hang no other option rather than to press the restart button.
then I used commang "repair-bde -force D:I:-rp[my rp] and following info showed but it stucked in 1% about 8 hours, and there was no increase in the pecentage
I also connected the hardisk to mac but all othe partation showed but didn't showed the encrypted one.
I had lots of memorable picture and other backups so any one kindly help me to get out of this problem. Thanks for help

The BitLocker encryption and decryption processes can be interrupted by turning the computer off, and it will resume where it left off the next time Windows starts. This is true even if the power is suddenly unavailable.
Bitlocker-repair (repair-bde) tool
can't repair a drive that failed during the encryption or decryption process.
In addition, could you please explain a bit for what drive you are trying to deal with? external one?
When you first restart your PC, have you seen any signs that indicate that the encryption is in process?

Cannot send email from my Touch (connection to smtp server fails)

Hello,
I have a new iPod Touch with 1.1.4 and the January apps. I am having a problem setting the Mail application.
I am trying to connect to the IMAP/SMTP servers at my university. I am using the exact same settings and passwords I use on my laptop, which works fine. I can receive email fine on my Touch, but every time I try to send one it fails tellings me "the connection to the outgoing server smtp.myuniversity.edu failed".
If I on purpose write a wrong password for the outgoing mail, the error message I get is different ("check the account settings for the outgoing server smtp.myuniversity.edu").
The university IT people confirmed my settings, and told me that there is nothing blocking any handheld device from using the server.
Does anyone know why this would happen?

Installation of IPC AP 7.0 Jar is getting Failed when uploading in CRM

Hello Experts,
we did some changes in the previosly uploded version of IPC AP 7.0 customer user exit Jar file in eclipse.
While uploading the new modified jar through transaction /SAPCND/UE_DEV in CRM we are getting error :" installation of module <Jar file name > has failed ".
when we checked the logs in SM 53 we seen the below mentioned error:

Yesterday after Posting the thread we found the same Note ,Issue occured because of JAVA write access was not enabled on the table ,After enabling it as mentioned in SAP Note, Jar file get successfully uploaded.

message in phase STARTSAP_NBAS:

-2: the test rfc did not work.
Try to log on to the system with user DDIC
When I try to log on to the system as user DDIC, I get the following

SAP* can log in .The password I submit is correct. I have not changed this password at

DB-Error -0 indicate problem with kernel, try to upgrade kernel.

Running workbook from .bat fails to start application missing CORE40 dll

I have been running several workbook via windows task scheduler / vbscript &/or bat files.
I now have a new box which I access thru Remote Desktop Connection, so I can run all these automated updates without having my screen blinking everytime a shedule workbook starts.
If I click on the actual Discoverer icon, or the discoverer workbook shortuct, all works well.
If I click on the .bat file, or try to run the workbook via the cmd , it gives me the following error:
DIS4USR.EXE – Unable To Locate Component
“this application has failed to start because CORE40.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”
The dll is under c/orant/bin/core40.dll, which is where I've read it should be, and it works fine in my regular box...
Please help! URGENT :)

Check the PATH environment variables for the machine you are on and the one you are connecting to.
You might not have Discoverer's objects in the PATH.
Another possibility is that you have more than one piece of ORACLE software on the machine and you may need to also set the ORACLE_HOME within the BAT file.

Downloads to documents folder fail due to parallel upload

Hi, mobile documents is a great tool that I use to replicate all business relevant documents to mobile clients. However there is one great disadvantage for me. When you download a file that is a bit larger (>1 MB), during the download the client will already start uploading the temporary file. So the download then fails as it cannot convert the temporary file into the final one.
This is something that does not happen for equivalent clients (for example skydrive). Do you think this is something that can be fixed?

Hi Heiko,
Let me explain again:
You said "uploader locks the file so that it can no longer be changed". For the temporary file it is the downloader which have locked the file. Hence, the impression that file is getting uploaded because it is locked is hence not correct.
The next version might be available in Q1\Q2 2014. We will keep everyone updated via community.
