Basic Ask What is best way, using Type

Hi
I have a Global cursor in package , in Procedure A I open this cursor and need send data from cursor to other Procedure B. How can I to send Data from cursor using a Type ?

We are passing a table from one procedure to another.
We declared a type as a record and then declared a type as a table of that record type. When experimenting I declared one based upon a cursor as below:
Cursor c_wklds
     is
Select
     FCAS_ORG_UID,
     FCAS_WKLCTG,
     WKLFN,
     WKLSFN,
     WKLNUM,
     FY,
     FMTH_NUM,
     OPEN_PEND_CNT,
     YTD_WKYRS
     TM_DIV_1_WKYRS,
     TM_DIV_2_WKYRS,
     YTD_PRCD_CNT,
     YTD_RCPT_CNT,
     MNTH_END_PEND_CNT,
     ASAL,
     CST
from
FCASWKLDVAL;
Type WRKLDS_TBL is table of c_wklds%Rowtype INDEX BY PLS_INTEGER;
My_wklds_table WRKLDS_TBL;
So that we could pass the table from one procedure to another we declared it in our specification as recommended in this post.
