Batch run and need number

Hi all,
I have created a batch input program to enter customer cheques
and according to cheque number a new document is created through transaction F-36.
That is to say, assume 10 lines of data is available in file and all cheque numbers are different.
So do I have to call following sentence as 10 times?
CALL TRANSACTION 'F-36' USING bdcdata
OPTIONS FROM lv_opts
MESSAGES INTO messtab.
If yes, then How can I get the created FI documents numbers?

Hi,
After Call Transaction Syntax check for sy-subrc.
If sy-subrc = 0.
loop the internal table of messages and call fm
FORMAT_MESSAGE.
Now,
loop the messages int table.
case msgtyp.
when 'S".
write :/ msgv1(Document NoS), msgv2.......
endloop.
This is how U can trap the Document NOs.

The feed is analog from pal STB cable or satellite.
I want to stream in 2 different resolution and bit rates
1. full screen 750-850k
2. 240x360 400-600k
the format is flash h.264
The channels are series, sport, news, and movie.
What recommended card (i have osprey 450e)?
What kind of requirement of computer I need (CPU, MHZ, CORE, RAM).
can i use i7 cpu or xeon cpu?
how many channels i can run in 1 computer?
I need cheap solution for this project around 20-30k$ for hardware.

I am working on a similar project.
Actually, i can encode 2 streams in h.264 with a resolution around 640X480 on a Intel Xeon E3120 (2 core) 3.16 GHZ configuration.
OS is a windows XP 32 bits. CPU usage is around 75%.
(note: FMLE instances are run with FMLEcmd not GUI mode)
Does someone know if i can gain performance with windows XP 64bits ?
My goal is to encode 4 streams on a single machine, does someone know if a dual CPU, let's say 2 X (4 core) Xeon, is enough ?
I don't know if FMLE support multiple processor with multiple core configuration.
I am maybe wrong, but after reading this forum, it seems many people have problems using FMLE under windows vista. Do we gain performance on Vista vs XP ?

Batch Management and serial Number Management

Hi Friends,
I have a an issue.
We are using Batch management and serial number for few materials.
While selecting F4 for checking available batch numbers and serial numbers during issues , transfer posting,stock transfer etc.., system dispalys all Batches/Serial numbers which are created for that particular material. i.e all Batches and serial numbers irrespective of whether there are stocks available , whether they are cancelled/deleted will appear in the list
Our requirement is when F4 is selected system should list only live/existing batch numbers and serial numbers of that particular material.
Can any one help us

Hi Experts,
I have my stock which is batch managed and also serial number managed. Now if i want to perform partial stock transfer from one bin to another i use LT01 with movement type 999 i am able to see the batch (suppose i just want to transfer material 1 of batch # 100). This batch # 100 has 10 materials with different serial numbers. But when i use LT01 i can see the batch of the material but not the specific serial number of the material that i am transferring.
My question----- Is there any specific transaction where i can also see the serial number of that material that i am transfering to another bin or is it some thing that needs to be customized?

I am getting complaints from links that Firefox is already running and needs to be closed when it is not visibly running. But, I do find it as a process that IS running. What gives?

I click on a link in an E-mail. It complains that Firefox is already running and I must close it. Firefox is NOT visibly running. I check via Task Manager to verify. I find Firefox is running as a process. I kill the process and then can proceed. I did use Firefox earlier and closed it.

Make sure that you do not start Firefox with the -no-remote switch or have set the environment variable MOZ_NO_REMOTE=1 (Control Panel > System > Advanced > Environment variables).
If you need to have more than one profile open at the same time then start subsequent instances with the -no-remote command line switch. 
You can send links from other programs to a Firefox instance that is started with -no-remote, you need to drag links in a Firefox window in such cases.

Difference forecast results between the Batch run and interactive run in DP

Hi Guru's,
I am running the forecast in DP with interactive and batch run (with same selection id and same univariate profile) but i am getting the difference results not both are equal???
Is it we will not get the same results?? If i tried with only one product and only one location combination then i am getting the same results, But if i took n-n combination then results are wrong.
Please help me in this regards?

Thanks for your quick reply, I have checked all the settings and confiring the same - i have maintained the same selection ans same parameters.
I think so we will not get the same results for batch and interactive run.
May be batch job it will run by each one by one combination, But in interactive run it will considering the grouping, Please correct me??

I try to open Firefox. Get error message saying Firefox is already running and needs to close - another error message say Firefox can't open

Turned on laptop (rebooted) after being away from it for a few hours. Went to open my home page. Error message popped up saying Firefox is already running and must be closed. I closed it and another error message popped up saying Firefox can't open - incomplete or missing files.
I went into Processes to close Firefox. Selected 'end process' but nothing happened.
Tried to use Internet Explorer but it just gets hung up. Cannot access anything.
And, because I can't open Firefox, I can't go a refresh.
Everything was working just fine a few hours ago.
Any thoughts?

When closing FF 4.0 and trying to reopen on my desktop it says it's already running and needs to be closed to continue ? Happens every time ?!!

Always when I close FF 4.0 on my desktop running XP it says it failed to close correctly and is still running ?
Same thing happened in another version of FF I believe.

After closing Firefox, the process continues to run for as long as one minute. If you try to restart during that time, it tells you it's already running. Have no clue why FF4 needs so much time to shut down. That never was an issue with FF3.6.

Frequently, when waking the computer up from Standby and opening a new browsing session, I get a message that Firefox is already running and needs to be closed, even though it was closed during the previous session. I use Task Manager to close it.

Internet connection is AT&T highspeed DSL via Westell modem. Antivirus is AVG 2011. OS is XP Home SP2, circa 2002.

Firefox was closed when used last as far as I know. Many times I try to go back to go on line and a box comes up to tell me Firefox is already in use and I must close it before opening it again. The only way I have found to go back on line is to reboot me computer.

Trying to finish a reinstall of the master collection and the installer says that I have Safarinotifi program running and needs to close it but I can't find it running in task manager?

Difference between Batch jobs and background jobs...

This may sound a very silly question. What is the exact difference between a batch run and executing a background job ?

If i understand correctly your question is executing a program (for example) in background and running in a batch jobs. You can execute a program in background while you are online, go to menu program->execute in background and enter print parameter, schedule parameter. System creates and starts job dynamically. You can check in SM37. Batchjob is you create job using SM36 (with program and Variant) define run frequency. System automatically run job in specified frequency. I my experience, technically both are same, system behaves exactly same. One dynamically creates job other one runs on predefined freq.

When I try to sign in, I get a message saying its already running, and I have to restart my computer each time.

I'm not sure how much more info I can give...When I go to sign on after having been on and shutting down, I get a message indicating an application of Firefox is already running and need to shut it down or restart my computer. As Firefox is not running, I have to restart my computer each time to get back on.

Sounds like Firefox is "hanging at exit". That problem is frequently caused by an Extension or a Plugin. Read all of the following articles. 
NOTE: Establish a habit of exiting/closing Firefox with Firefox button > Exit or File > Exit to allow an orderly shutdown of Firefox and closing of all of the files that Firefox has open.
