BDC Recording of Forecasting View of MM01

Hi Everyone,
I've been working on a BDC to upload consumption values in the Forecasting View of MM01.When there are more than 11 line items then we have to scroll the "TABLE CONTROL". But Page Down does not work in this BDC. The Code that's being used for Page Down in this TABLE CONTROL is "PB09". I've also tried using various codes like P++ etc. I've recorded many MM01 times but could not get a concrete answer.How to get this Page Down work?
Any Inputs will be very helpful.

I did recording using SHDB for TC MM01. I selected Purchase order text as one of the view but after saving my recording I not able to find the text I have entered.
Please help.

and the text is not getting displayed its because of control tecnoogy being used in enjoy transactions so u cant record if u see there will be a choose button in purchase order text view
click that it will take u to sap script editor where u can enter text

Dynamic select views for MM01 Transaction

Hii Friends,
I have an issue like i need to dynamically select the views in MM01 transaction from the BDC program
without selecting that views manually.
Using SHDB recording i can select the views before recording and then call those views again
If i want to select the views from the program how do i do it..
If there is any way to do this in call transaction let me know plz

BDC is not good for MM01 , go for bapi
other wise go for LSMW bapi method...

After the recording, you might see, that the selection of the views is
monething like that: SELECTION(3) = 'X'
SELECTION(4) = 'X'
SELECTION(5) = 'X'
you have to address the selected
views by their index in the table.
in Tcode SHDB, record MM01 transaction only for the MRP1 MRP2 MRP3 and use the same code in ur BDC prog.

You have + button in the MK01 trasaction code, if you press that you
can enter new record in the table control, so every time, enter a New
record and press that + button, then enter the record then press + , like this we need to handle the table control

hi guys can anybody help on creating classification views in mm01 using bdc recording i need a step by step procedure . since when i tryed in mm01 there are filds like class name i dont know where all these data's to find one more thing is i was asked to create classification view using bdc recording ...please help me with some programs if u have

Hi,
You need to use the BAPI 'BAPI_OBJCL_CREATE' to create characteristics for a material.
The characteristics are need to be passed in the table ALLOCVALUESCHAR.
If you do not know the values for a particular characteristics then you canmake use of FM
BAPI_CLASS_GET_CHARACTERISTICS and BAPI_CHARACT_GETDETAIL to get the values.

Unable To Capture View in MM01

Dear All,
I am unable to capture the 'Accounting' view in MM01.
In recording in SHDB, I find the accounting view cannot be captured.

try to do this it may be help full to you...
while selecting the views in MM01 at the time of recording. If you want to capture Accounting view after selecting required views please press PAGE DOWN button in the key board then select Account view by doing this you can capture the Account view.....

It is better if the Material Master creation step is done by LSMW - Direct Input method with the following object:
Object               0020   Material master
Method               0000
Program name         RMDATIND
Program type         D   Direct input
Check the program documentation for more details.
For a sample data file generation ( Sequential file ), check the program RMDATGEN
If the reqmt., is for a repetetive loading of Material Master you could schedule / execute the LSMW by following program: /SAPDMC/SAP_LSMW_INTERFACE.

Problem In Converting BDC recording to program

Hi to all,
I have recorded ZMM01 using t-code MM01 to create material with accounting codes. Here i am able to create material with accounting codes. But when I am converting that into program there i am getting problem(not creating any material and not showing any error). So please guide me.
Any help would be appreciated .

Have you tried executing your BDC program in debug mode with mode A? Also, are you trapping errors in BDCMSGCOLL structure?

For creating source list you will check that purchasing view has been maintained for this material
Source list for resticting, purcasing a material from a specific vendor only for the period specified in source list

If we try to maintain view N after K then there should be error..

BDC Recording for creating a new Transport request

Hi folks,
I have done BDC to update a view. It has to update the values in view and create a new request at run time. Its working fine in foreground. But when it comes to back ground, it shows error, saying no batch input data for that screen. Here i am cliking 'create new request' icon to create new request and system will generate a request at runtime. So it might be showign that error. Could any body suggest me how to handle this error. How to create a new request in BDC recording at ruen time....Thanks in advance..

Problem in BDC Recording

Hi I am having a problem in BDC Recording. My requirement is that when I input data in transaction fb02 to block the invoices, It shows a list of invoices. Now i need to double click that item(line) in which PK = 06 at runtime during bdc recording. During BDC recording it takes the line number on which we have clicked which is constant but i want it dynamic that if item 1 is having PK=6, that line should be double clicked and if item 3 is having PK=6, the third item should be double clicked to open another screen. Kindly help me... Thanks in advance.

Hi Ravi,
While writing your code that is in your code you know which line number is having the PK = 06, then you can use the same line number and add the code for double click after that.

Need help for bdc recording TC fp05

Hi,
My requirement is: I want to create a Payment lot using fp05 and then post
it through a program.
First i want to know is there any BAPI available to do that.
I couldnt find any BAPI. That is why i did BDC Recording. The recording is working till Payment Lot creation. But after creation when i try to post the lot, it is giving status as "Direct Posting Stopped". Again if i come out of the program and then manually post it, it is working fine. But through program if i try to post it, it is giving status as "Direct Posting Stopped".
Is this because we cannot Post a Payment Lot programatically or some Authorisation issue is there.
Can anyone respond immediately
