Hello,
I would appreciate some assistance.
My contract ended 12/15
My billing cycle is 25th
I paid my bill for Nov 26nd - Dec 25th, I switched to T-Mobile on the 20th (my number ported the same day).
I tried to log into MyVerizon after the number was switched to see if there was anything I needed to do to cancel my bill. It showed that I no longer could log into MyVerizon at that time.
I received the December bill (even though I have no service) and when I called I got sent to different departments (nobody could help), I finally got sent to billing who asked if I wanted to make a payment, I told her I didn't owe any money and she said I had to call another number to talk with a department that handles inactive accounts (but find it strange that she could have taken money).

    From what we can see on your account, you have cancelled (and got refunded) for an Unlimited US & Canada subscription - you have not cancelled your Skype Number.
    Can you please take a screenshot of the email you are referring to, and add this to your reply for us to investigate this further?

    I switched from MiFi to Comcast months ago but I am still being billed for it by Verizon. When my wifi jetpack thing wasnt working they replaced it under warranty and now they are saying I signed 2 year agreement. It was a replacement not a new agreement.

    You probably did sign a 2 year contract when you got your original jetpack. Just because you stopped using it and switched to Comcast does not negate your 2 yr obligation to Verizon. The 2 yrs would not have restarted with your warranty replacement - unless you used an upgrade rather than warranty to get the replacement.

  • Deliveries Showing as 'not relevant for billing' after Invoice Cancellation

    Hi,
    We have a plants abroad scenario, where the billing document (plants abroad invoice)  had to be cancelled because of wrong profit centres. After correction of data, when we are trying to invoice these deliveries, the system shows these as 'not relevant for billing'. Any idea what could have caused this and/ or how to correct this?

    HI Alok,
    Could you please recheck the delivery document flow again, its only Billing document is cancelled or PGI reversal is also done or not.
    As per my knowledge G/L correction is nothing to do with 'not relevant for billing' or "relevant for billing".
    Try again there might be a case where delivery might have been reversed or billing document has not been cancelled or Document might have been blocked.

    I signed up for VerizonYourDomain service (paying 19.95 to keep my email addresses) and then cancelled my phone and DSL internet.  I thought that I could accces my emai after I cancelled,  when I tried to log in today all my accounts were disabled.  After spending 3.5 hours on the phone (3.0 hours on hold between all the transfers),  the final answer was were sorry and we can't recovery your email accounts.
    I found out today I was suppose to call customer service and have them to retain the broadband essential and extra before I ported my phone number.  i had to wait 5 days before verizon released my phone number to ATT wireless, so I wanted to make sure i had phone and internet before I cancelled,
    ANY IDEAS on how to get 10 years and 250Mb of emails and contacts back?

  • I was billed after I cancelled and paid my final bill!

    Spent nearly an hour chatting with an unbeleoveably slow agent and was told I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a cheque after I was fully disconnected. Then she ended the chat! Terrible customer service

    YUP! That's exactly what they do! They try to tell you that you owe another month when in reality they BILL you a month in advance. So, you don't actually owe that, but that's what the idiots see and go with it! I've had this happen way too many times. Incompetant company and A LOT of customers can't stand this company, but unfortunately there aren't to many cable company options.Comcast prices, billing tactics and customer service ALL suck!

    In this case the system will ask to ask to enter the qty and value as there is no GR done against the PO and when you do gr against this po value will be pick from invoice document you have posted. so you can post invoice after cancellation of GR doc also.

  • I cancelled my creative cloud membership on the 29th of janurary but I've just been sent an invoice for the bill of this years payment. Luckily there isn't enough money in my bank account for it to go through. But why am I still being billed?

  • After cancelling the  billing document accounting document not generated

    hi,
    we released the billing and accounting document generated but customer needed changes in the billing values so we cancel the billing document but accounting document not generated(reversal accounting not happen)....in document flow it shows in cancel document in blocking state ....we try to release in VF02 but it throws the error "Client 200 does not contain an active application area" . but the other sales order we test in qulaity server the scenorio is working fine...............for specific one sales order creating problem now.....

    Dear all,
    I have noticed this problem in my company system.
    Problem descripion:
    - you creates an invoice and the system doesn't post it for any reason
    - then you create the cancel of the invoice, BEFORE forcing the posting of the invoice
    --> user creates Cancel, Cancel is not posted as well.
    --> from now it is impossible to post both invoices: if you try to post the Invoice after the cancel creation, the VF02 recongnise that a CANCEL exists and do not allow for the posting
    --> standard VFX3 doesn't signal this kind of not posted documents situation.
    Ok, The right procedure for thes user should be: create invoice, if not posted then try to understand why not posted, and not CANCEL it.
    But in this case VFK3 was not able to detect the invoice was not posted: it was not in the list.
    So the 2 ways must be:
    1) one possibility could be undestand in VFX3 could be enhanced: I checked in OSS but I didn't find anything.
    2) other possibility: add a further check in interface between SD and FI in order to check if original invoice is not posted to FI  and in this case block the cancel creation, as instead standard SAP does.
    Could you please give me an idea on how it would be better proceed?

    According to the AT&T Wireless web site, you can manage your iPad data plan either from the iPad, or by using a web browser:
    From the website
    Log in to your account at att.com/iPadlanding using the email address and password you used during activation.
    Your account information will display. Select the desired account change option then tap Next.
    Read the Terms of Service, and then tap Accept.
    Review the Payment Summary to ensure the details are correct. Use the Back button if changes are required, otherwise tap Submit.
    Read the Confirmation message then tap OK.

    What do you mean 'cancelled all my apps' ?
    Have you got any auto-renewing subscriptions ? There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

  • Accounting document not cleared when billing document is cancelled.

    Hi,
    In ECC 6.0 when we cancel a billing document through vf11 in vfo3 we find the status as accounting document not cleared.
    The general process is manually going to f-23 and clear customer line items of that invoice. After doing this the status become accounting documet is cleared.
    My requirement is how to cancel the billing document without getting this message (accounting document not cleared) and not clearing the customer line items manually.
    Can it be done through user exit/enhancement or by copying requirement vofm.
    Please suggest.

    They directly want the accounting document to
       be cleared when billing document is cancelled.
    Though you can achieve this with the help of ABAPer, why dont you consider having a Posting block for your billing type so that as and when the billing documents are generated, you can release it via VFX3 in bulk or VF02 for individual billing document release to FI.
    In order to achieve this, go to VOFA, select your billing type and execute.  There you can see a field "Posting block" where maintain a tick there and save.  With this control, first of all, you can ensure that before releasing F2 billing documents to FI, it is not cancelled.
