Benefit plans do not appear in HRBEN0001 Enrollment

Hi all,
I have set up a Health plan following the standard steps (assign health plan attributes, plan options, create cost rules, create benefit program). However, when running HRBEN0001 for an employee in the same Benefit area/1st & 2nd program grouping, the plan does not show in the offer.
I also ran Configuration Consistency Check but see no warnings/errors.
Please advise what might go wrong. Thanks!

As I am testing around, I set up a health plan under a system standard benefit area and it shows in HRBEN0001 (in fact, we don't need to create Adjustment reasons for this to work in case of Open enrollment).
Then I try copying this benefit area to a new one, but again under the new benefit area, no plans show for enrollment.
Can someone advise when we use Copy benefit area, what data are copied and what not? From that I think I can figure out what's wrong.. Thanks for all your help!

    The following are the table for Eligibility Group and Eligibility Variants, You can work around with these tables along with IT 378 adjustment reason. you can create adjustment reason as IMED.

  • Pension plans are not appearing under HRBEN0001

    Hi All,
    I have configured 3 pension plans and plan status for 2 plans are losed and one is open. I have set up everything correctly. But I am not able to see under Tcode HRBEN0001. Can anubody give me lights on this?
    What I understood is closed status will not reflect via HRBRN0001. Am I right or wrong?

    Yes, that person is eligible for that plan whose plan status is open. But when I am going through HRBEN0001 for that category of employee, I am not able to see that plan. I checked all configuration. Everything looks like OK. Can you please tell what I am missing?

  • HR BENEFIT:dependent tab not appear

    Dear Experts,
    I got problem with HR Benefit Administration.
    When I do the Enrollment process, dependent tab not appear.
    I check in IT0021, family member was there.
    at SPRO - at step "Claim Variant for Plan" I did check claim grouping
    so, at "Claim Rule for Plan" I choose the claim group and add dependent cover.
    my problem is when uncheck the claim grouping at claim variant for plan - dependent tab at enrollment appear.
    BUT I need those claim grouping as for rule plan, but then dependent tab not appear.
    how to make it appear?
    is there any missing configuration?

  • Order plan cost not appearing in PS report.

    Dear PS friends,
    I have an issue in order plan cost updation ( budget report ).
    Used the prescribed WBS in maintenance order ( additional data ), but its not appearing in planned cost of CJ31 screen.
    Checked the following
    a)  WBS is account assignment element.
    b) Network type order appended indicator in OPSV.
    c) Setting in network type parameters for " determine plan  
        cost".
    d) WBS and order - both are showing plan cost when booked separately, but not integrated.
    Can anybody help me to resolve this !

    Hi,
    In case of the maintenance order (Order Category:30)
    Please check the follwoing in Tcode OPSV:
    1. type is maintained default i.e ++++ (this will consider all the order types mantioned for maintenance order.
    2. Please selelct the appropriate controlling area.
    3. Appended plan indicator has to be checked mark,
    4. Assigned funds in the plan indicator has to be checked mark,
    5. In Tcode IW32: In the additional data Tab assign the WBS Element. Save the maintenance order.

  • Item billing plan lines not appearing in billing due list ...

    Hello Team ,
    I have one question on service contract billing plan. Contract has status released.
    I have one contract which has header billing plan that is applicable at line item also.
    1. At line item level billing plan two items are due for billing but in billing due list this line item does not appear. Some of the lines in Item billing plan are already billed.
    Also at item billing plan there is no check (tick mark) for Header Billing Plan.
    Can some one suggest what are the possible checks for item billing plan not appearing in billing due list.

  • Planning App not appearing in Workspace

    I just installed many of the 11.1.1.3 products (Workspace, HSS, Essbase, Planning, and the reporting tools) and overall everything seems to be working except that I can't see a new Planning app in Workspace. I created the app by using the AppWizard.jsp because Classic Application did not appear in Workspace even though I have full admin rights to all the products. I thought maybe if I created it through the AppWizard it would appear but I still don't see it. I can log in using the direct Planning link and all looks well from that end. Any ideas as to why it won't show up in Workspace? Thanks.

  • COPA Plan values not appearing in report

    Hi
    I posted COPA Plan values using KEPM and line items are appearing in KE25 but no values are not being appeared in COPA line item report we created using report painter. We used KE94 and KE91.
    Actual values appearing correctly in report.
    Any help??

    Check if you have Plan/Act indicator maintained correctly with the plan value. If it shows up in other reports, I don't see any reason why it will not show up here. I would also check other parameters entered in the report and see if any other characteristic is preventing plan values from populating.

  • User enrolled via API does not appear to be enrolled within Connect

    Posting this here because it appears I have stumped the band over at connectusers.com...
    Using the API to access our hosted account I am able to:
    Login as a user (administrator or normal user)
    Add a user
    Change user password
    List all of the SCOs that the user has access to
    List the response to the report-my-training action
    I am attempting to enroll a user by calling permission-update. It appears to work because the status returned is "ok". When I connect to the API as the user and call report-my-training the curriculum appears in the response. So far, so good.
    Next, I accessed Adobe Connect via a web browser and logged in as the user. The curriculum I thought I enrolled the user in appears in the training catalog. The first sign of trouble is that the enrollment status is reported as "You are currently not enrolled."
    If I direct the user to the curriculum using a URL like "http://hosted-account.acrobat.com/p31959044/?session=na1breezyxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" the browser is redirected to a page that shows the title of the curriculum, but nothing more (blank white page).
    What am I missing or doing wrong?

    Thank you for your reply Loren.  Unfortunately I don't currently have access to the remote side's crypto configuration, since they are an external entity.  However, I can check in and see if I can get that info.

  • Benefit - Enrollment  to delete a benefit plan

    Hi,
    The requirement is to delete a benefit plan (e.g. DENT) from enrollment screen (HRBEN0001):
    a) Is to delete a benefit plan via "Define Benefit Programs" the best way?
    a) Currently, there are employees already enrolled with benefit plan DENT and have payroll run with it. Is there any impact that need to be considered?

    I think the requirement probably is to exclude this plan from showing up in 'HRBEN0001' for specific benefit adjustment reasons.
    If this is the case, you can remove this through V_74HB_A (for health plan as it's Dental plan). Note, this only exclude the plan from showing up in benefit enrollment; it doesn't prevent user from actually adding this in IT0168 through PA30.
    You really don't want to physically remove an existing benefit plan that's either currently or previously used as this would cause inconsistency.

  • Enrollment Screen - Validity period for benefit plan

    At the enrollment screen (HRBEN0001), once click the adjustment reason, the respective benefit types and plans will be listed out. Also, the benefit plans have the "Validity period" showing as well (start date and end date).
    I understand that the date is configure at "administrative parameter" and the "adjustment reason" . But I needs to have the validity end date of the benefit plan to be displayed (at HRBEN0001) based on the validity period of the plan itself from table (T5UBA). Is it possible to do that?

    Hi Nikki,
    In configuration this cannot be done. However there is some badis that allow you to set up plan records date depending of the type of plan. These badis are:
    PBEN0038                       Set dates for Spending Account plans
    PBEN0039                       Set dates for Miscellaneous plans
    PBEN0040                       Set dates for HSA plans
    For other plan types I;m afraid only the dates from administrative parameter" and the "adjustment reason" can be used

    Hi All,
    Please help me in the following :
    As per my Business requirement i need to delimit a Benefit plan becuase that plan is no longer existed in their business effective form 01.01.2009. So as per their requirement i have deleted the master data records existed after 01.01.2009. Now i need to do some functional configuration so that end user will never enter the data for the "Actions" done through PA40.
    This plan is not coming any actions performed enrollment.  before the changes itseld  this plan is not enrolling. i need to show my user that  plan is not active in the enrollment for any of the actions through PA40. and  note that this is  "Default Offer plan".
    I can delimit and closed the plan effective form 01.01.2009. Before that i have to make sure that this plan enrollment is possible if plan is
    "OPEN".
    Can any one help me how can i show this plan into the action.

    For a couple of our empls, the Employee Contr and the Employer Contr wagetypes for HSA Benefit Plans are not showing up in the payroll log. For other empls, all is fine.
    Here's what the payroll log lin running regular payroll ooks like in processing of function P0169:

    Calculated contributions:
    Employee contribution pre-tax: 35.00 USD Weekly
    No rollover of pre-tax to post-tax contributions

    BAdI "Evaluate Er Contrib" implemented
    Final result contributions:

    First please respond to my questions.If there is wagetype is  coming from the previous periods or other IT where enter for any correction ....there is a possiblity it is nullified after the BADI.
    Second..The wagetype is getting dropped in the proration logic...check the dates of employee payperiod with IT169 and let me know the dates.
    Third...what is parameter used for P0169 in your UBE2 schema is CHK or BEG or END..?

    The issue has been resolved.
    The Savings Plan HSAF had a co-requisite Health Plan HDP and we had to add this co-requisite plan for the empl.
    Also the P0169 function had to be changed from BEG to CHK in the payroll schema which did the trick.

  • Missing Benefit Plan in HRBEN0001 in one client but not in another.

    Hi All,
    I was wondering if anyone has stumbled upon this issue where your benefits configuration are identical in three clients.  I have configured two savings plans - 401K and Roth which the employee is allowed to make changes anytime.  In two DEV clients, I was able to see both savigns plan in HRBEN0001 and 401K in QA but not the Roth.  I've compared the configuration and the dates and they are correct (and identical). 
    I went back into QA and hired a new test employee and the Roth plan appears in HRBEN0001.  My question is: why didn't the Roth plan appeared for the employees that were previously hired.  Is there a table that needs to be activated in QA?
