Go to T.code NACE select application V3 and click on output types, select your output type and click on processing routine, you can see your program and smartform./scripts also.

  • Billing doc output control

    I managed to do the configurations where I can print  out an invoice in a certain format which I maintained for output type RDXX. So, I go to VF03, insert the invoice number then go to path Issue output to ---> RDXX. Then print.
    The problem rises when I try to print out a different invoice. The RDXX is not there. How to set that RDXX is available for every invoice i want to print out?

    If i got ur point correctly u don't want to manually enter the condition . U want it should flow automatically .
    For that in NACE Tcode or goto Spro-> Img->SD -> Basic function -> output control . Goto ur output procedure , double click on it . Goto ur condition type i.e RDXX in that please uncheck the check box saying Man( Manual) .
    This will help to flow this condition automatically .

    i have one billing doc. i want to find out type for that billing doc. through that i need to find the program name and form name.
    i have lot of out put types. In that how to find the out put for my requirement

    HI pavan,
    It is not a good idea to check with the Program name or Layout set name without knowing the OUtput types because, Billing docu number can work with multiple Output types...you never know it. So in your case to check TNAPR table would be the best option...but again it is never recomended to go ahead without knowing the output type.
    And for one Output type there will be only one smart form/ script form and a Zprogram will be configured.
    It is not possible to configure multiple Smart forms for a same Output type.
    You can use single smart form in Multiple Output types but not single output type for diff Smart forms.
    Try to either know the smart form/script from name or the Zprogram so that you can search it in TNAPR table or by using Where used list icon.

  • Changing directly in a Billing doc

    Hi Friends,
    we know that billing doc can be changed in the following areas:
    Billing date
    Pricing
    Account determination
    Output determination
    But can pricing date and billing value be directly changed directly in a Billing doc? That means, not via other screens and when accounting doc is not created.

    The screen 6106 in the program SAPMV60A contains the field VBRP-PRSDT (Pricing date) as output only. This means, manual entry is NOT possible. If you need this to have manual entry, then you need to change this SAP standard settings. I dont recommend changing this field properties, unless there is really a business need that can't be resolved by any other means. Note that change of properties may not be supported by SAP.
    The billing value can be changed by changing the pricing at the item level ->condition tab. If you ask changing the field value VBRK-NETWR directly, then it is NOT possible again.

  • Error while creating Billing doc using VF01 for Debit memo req. from RRB

    Hi,
    I am creating billing doc for my Debit memo req. which is created using RRB(DP90, DP95).
    Error message - Item 000010 does not exist.
    When I debugged and looked into code it seems following lines are causing problem.
    Program
    LV60AA28
    Line u2013 734
      IF  vbap-vkgru EQ vkgru_dyn_posten.
        IF vbap-aufnr IS INITIAL .
    set AUBEL because it was overwritten by VBAP-VBELN
          vbrp-aubel = vbap-vgbel.
          vbrp-aupos = vbap-vgpos.
          vbrp-autyp = vbap-vgtyp.
    This code was not in 4.6 system.
    We have just migrating from 4.6 to 6.0 and facing this issue while testing.

  • Vf02 error while releasing a billing doc to accounting

    Hello All,
    I m getting the below mentioned error while releasing a billing doc for a accouting.
    I have checked all the settings in vkoa , ob52 and many more and all are set properly, now m not able to track where actually the prob is.
    error is: No account is specified in item 0000001004
    Message no. F5670
    Diagnosis
    No account was specified for account type "S" in item "0000001004" of the FI/CO document.
    System Response
    The Financial Accounting program cannot process the document.
    Procedure
    A system error has probably occurred in the application you called up. Check the data transferred to item "0000001004" of the FI/CO document.

    Hi,
    Have you checked what is the determination account determination log ? You can do this by entering in VF02 and select from the menu Environment -> Account Determination Analisys -> Revenue Accounts.
    In this log you can see what are posting keys determined from the pricing procedure that should be posted in the FI document and determine very easy in which step the account was not determined.
    After that you can maintain the correct account in VKOA transaction.

  • Billing doc transfer from CRM to ECC debugging

    I have made enhancement to the badi BILL_ACC_IF method ENRICH_ACC_DOCUMENT and would like to know the way to debug this code when the transfer of billing doc occurs (middleware).  Is that possible?  If yes, can you please let me know how?

        Sometime back I had these kind of issue, I was not able to stop the debugger at break-point.
    For these type of things, I will write some simple code in BADI and you should have required authorizations. If you use this option, don't forget to remove the code.
       Write below some sample code at the place, where u want to start debug
       data l_exit.
        do.
          if l_Exit = 'X'.
             exit.
          endif.
        enddo.
        Here a process will be running conitnuously.
       Now go to SM50,
         select your process.
           From Menu select
                 Program/Session
                     --> Program
                          -->  Debugging.
            when you select this, the debugger will popup and cursor will be at above code. Now in debugger change the value of L_Exit to 'X'. control comes out from the do...enddo , and from here you debug it.

  • Billing doc - item level

    for the given billing doc number, the billing line  items starts with 10,.20,30,40,50 and the output is correct for vf03. But if the line item starts with 100, 110 , 120 the entries are not printed in smartform. Pls help

    Check if you have any select statements for Line items.
    Debug the form and check the line item table for entries.

  • System is showing Bill Doc No in VF01 but in VF02 - No billing doc generate

    While creating invoice using Billing Plan, only for certain contacts,  we face an issue. In VF01-The system is saying Billing document XXXXXX123 is created but in VF02 , we are not able to see any document and the system says No billing document is generated for the same document no.
    The error message in Inbox says : Update was Terminated.
    Kindly tell me how to go about. Is this pertains to any authorization related issue. or is there anything which is wrong?

    In Output Procedure V10000 control - Requirement 62-Billing Doc : Release Post. is assinged to the Billing output type.
    Does this influence the Invoice creation  - When we are trying to create invoice , system is giving a billing doc no and in vf02 it is saying the bill doc does not exist. The error message in Inbox says : Update was Terminated.
    Is there any link between the two.

  • Tax amount line item with Business area in Billing Doc generating to A/cing

    Hi,
    While generating the Billing Doc, for the Tax amount line item , the Business area shd be populated. How this can be done? while  for the othter line items it is displaying but not for the tax amount line item.

    In ECC 6.0 with document splitting and new GL business area would be available in the general ledger view for tax postings. For earlier versions than ECC 6.0 use balance sheet adjustment program SAPF180 to populate business area for tax items.

  • Tax invoice not show in assignment field of billing doc & ref doc of FI doc

    Dear Gurues
    Does anyone know how to able to display Tax invoice numbering at the assignment field of Billing doc and reference doc header field in FI doc generated by posting billing doc. Also post through POS IDoc?
    I have change SD config to correct the existing non vat billing to be able to record vat billing.  The result seem ok when I enter regular billing, system generate FI doc with Psk01 customer, Psk50 Revenue acc, output tax.  This shows Tax invoice number at reference doc header and assignment field at output tax line item.  Assignment field of billing doc is also display.  
    But when entering to billing with a dummy article (same meaning as material master) that was set up to GL acc, I found that the FI doc after posting billing show a billing doc number instead of Tax invoice number at reference doc header field.  This result is same when post thru POS IDoc as well. (FI doc is Psk40 Cash on hand, Psk50 Revenue acc, output tax)
    Out put tax acc has sort key as 009 - external doc number

    OK I can clear it now.  Just set tax category to Dummy Article to be Full tax then Tax sequence number is running.

  • Accounting document created but the reference billing doc does not exist

    Hi All,
    We run a custom to program that generate a list accounting docs for clearing.
    Now our problem is that the reference billing doc of the accounting docs does not exist.
    It wasn't also archived.
    The accountings docs are very recent so it is really impossible that it was deleted from the system.
    We suspect that the accounting doc was created into the database while the billing doc wasn't.
    Plus the issue is intermittent.
    Please advise how we could fix this issue.
    Any suggestion will really be appreciated.

    Hi Prashant,
    It sounds strange that same inspection lot has been made UD twice. Possibly he might have done for different Inspection Lots. While checking tables if you are querying by Inspection lot, do not do that.
    Another thing to understand is when UD made successfully for 105 Qty, why this is not appearing in UnRestricted stock. Some communication gap is there.
    As a last resort, you may need to cancel the UD by using program RQEVAC50  through SE38. And cancel the documents through MBST

  • Grouping of Billing Docs.

    Hi abapers,
    The current functionality of creating a single
    sales order & invoice with many detailed line items creates the correct financial documents. However the 'print' if the invoice should show
    the sum off all lines and the markup line, so basically 2 lines.
    In short:-
    A. This is for invoice split of type ZSRC and ZSRD. The invoice should split if VBKD-IHREZ_E (cost center field)is different at line item level.
    There is a field VBRK-ZUKRI (Combination criteria) which can help here.
    B. If there are 5 line items with 4 as expense material (100000001) and have same cost center (VBKD-IHREZ_E)  and 1 as Markup material (100000005) with also the same cost center (VBKD-IHREZ_E) than in the invoice output (PLI1 )  there will be 2 lines i.e one as a consolidated line for     Expenses and another one for Markup.
    1. The functionality is applicable for SO Types ZSRC and ZSRD for Sales Orgn PL01.
    2. If there are 5 line items in a SO with different Cost centers than there will be 5 invoices created for that particular SO.
    3. If there are 5 line items in a SO and 2 are with same cost centers and rest 3 are with different cost centers than there will be 4 invoices created (1 with same cost centers and 3 for different cost centers)
    4. If there are 5 line items with 4 as expense and have same cost center and 1 as Markup with also the same cost center than in the invoice output (PLI1 and PLI2)  there will be 2 lines i.e one as a consolidated line for Expenses and another one for Markup.
    5.This is applicable for customer Z999994 and Expense material as 100000001 and Mark up material as 100000005.
    I need to find an userexit for billing to achieve this above funtionality for billing docs when created. Thanks in advance.

      i am getting a report for billing docs by using the tcode VF05N, in ecc 6.0, but the same t code is not working in 4.7 version,
    The "n" notifies - a "new" transaction - that one is not available on 4.7.
    can any one wl tell me, what is the OSS note no to get the same report in 4.7 or any other options to get a simmilar report

  • Billing docs are 2x posted to accounting

    Dear all,
    I am currently struggling with the following problem - would be great if somebody could help me with ideas about the root cause:
    VBRK-RFBSK -- 'Posting status'
    Accounting relevance of export billing docs was set to D -- 'not relevant' due to wrong programming.
    We have manually corrected RFBSK-status to A -- 'Relevant for accounting'.
    T-code VFX3 -- 'Release billing documents for Accounting'
    The documents could be posted to accounting some weeks ago. Now I was informed that billing documents were posted twice to COPA / FICO, causing a dysbalance as turnover was booked twice. Creating a credit note cannot be considered due to manufacturing costs etc.
    Solution proposal from COPA support
    ...was to revert everything down to the deliveries, and then to create a correct billing document.
    But reverting 1 document should of course correct 2 bookings! My expectation is that the billing index was not correctly updated when VBRK-RFBSK changed to C -- 'Posting document was created'. So the system ignored that posting was already done. (I am not sure about that, as I am not familiar to FICO / COPA processes).

    I want to see the configuration settings to be done for the accounting document type whenever a Invoice is posted to accounting.Basically if a standard Invoice F2 is posted to accounting then an accounting doc type RV is created.So I would like to know where is the link between the invoice documnet type and accounting document type maintained in the system?

    In T code VOFA  in the configuration of the billing type, i think in the control data tab ,there is a field called document type
    This is the field to get the accounting document type
    If that is left blank system takes RV by default
    If you maintain some other accounting doc type in that field, other than RV ,system will pick what you have assigned
    You can test this too
    The Standard  SAP configuration for F2 and many other billing types  that field is maintained blank
    Hence the system picks up RV accounting type automatically
    It is because of the background program ,which runs while billing doc which tells the system to pick RV accounting type ,if that field is left blank ( coding in SAP standard is maintained like that ,to pick RV if that field is left blank)
