Binding images to the Image class

Hi everyone,
I do not know how to bind my images to the image class in order to change its width and height.
So, if you know how toconstitute relations between Image class and the images, please inform me.

When you say chage the dimentions, do you mean crop the image and adjust the size of the image at the same time, or do you mean you want to just resize the image? Can you post a screen shot of what you're trying to do?

How can I use find coordsys(pattern)2 to locate for template in an image when the image is threshold-ed?

I'm trying to locate for a template in an image, and the image is threshold-ed. I tried to threshold both the template and the image to try if it can locate the template, but there was an error, it said that the template has not enough contrast or something like that? Please help me, thank you.

I think your only solution is to zip the image files first and then attach them.
Read this from a site I found:
Sending Graphical Attachments -- When you attach a graphical image to your message, the recipient of your message sees the image inline (that is, in the body of the message) if her email client supports inline display. ("Take Control of Email with Apple Mail" contains a table listing the capabilities of popular Mac and PC email clients.) If a client does not support inline display (or the recipient has turned off the inline display option), the file appears as an attachment that must be opened in a separate program.
On the one hand, an inline image is easier for the recipient to see - all she has to do is look at it. On the other hand, inline images can be frustrating to scroll through. If you do not wish to send a graphical image inline, you must compress the file before attaching it - Mail, sadly, lacks a built-in compression option, though fortunately for Panther users, the Finder offers Zip compression without requiring a separate application.
Note that when you compose a new message, Mail always shows attachments in the body of your message. You can manually drag them somewhere else, but many email clients display all attachments in a separate list, regardless of where you place them in the message body.
If you paste an image into a message or drag & drop an image from another window (say, a Web browser), Mail converts the raw image data to an attachment in TIFF format. I have recently installed Indesign CC (I had the CS 5.5). I have some issues in doing simple things such as fill in a forma created with the pen either with a color either with an image. The image is there but is invisible. same issue when I want to draw a line. Impossible to color the line and when I increased the thickness, it was creating a sort of wrap around the shape. have you ever encountered this kind of issue ? Thanking the community for his help.

How do I get images into the "images" folder with Dreamweaver CS4?

I've been following the tutorial by Christopher Heng, on chapter 2, adding images. "Look at the right panel of the web editor. You should see at least two major sections: the top section has a tab entitled "INSERT", and the bottom section has a tab labelled "FILES""...
I don't see the tab "Insert", but do see "Files" and have created a folder in there called "Images", as Mr. Heng explained.
The next step sounds easy enough - copy your image files into the images folder. But for the life of me I can't seem to do this. Can someone PLEASE help me out?

Do you mean you can't get your images into the images folder of your site?
Open the folder with your images in it on the desktop,
not inside dreamweaver,
and open the folder you want to put the images on your desktop too,
so both folders are open,
right click the image, copy and paste it to your website images folder
or double-click the image and drag it across into the website images folder.
You could also open the image in your image editing software and 'save as'
then browse to your website images folder and save there.

Changing the linked image for the Image Matte Key doesn't work

When I change the linked image for the Image Matte Key in Photoshop, the link does not change in my Premiere Pro CS6. Sometimes it takes 2-3 times going into the Image Matte Key setting and locating the new matte in Explorer (each time having to re-locate the folder that the matte is in) to see it within the premier monitor. Any suggestions?

The commands work correctly here on the same OS etc: Cycle Locators jump to the next/prev marker and the Playhead jumps to the Start of the Marker.
Default KC are Control Command +Arrow Left/right

Load image using the loader class problem

Hi, I'm trying to load an image in a movieclip using using the following:

When I enter just "picture1" for the location it works, but like this it is giving me the following error: Error #2000: No active security context. How can I go about this, as I want to have a picture which in a separate location from that of the flash file?
I would also like to have the image located in a particular location (x,y) of the movieclip, is this possible? thanks in advance.

Binding an image to the Image Field

Greetings,
We are in the process of converting Adobe Central documents over to Adobe LiveCycle. Our forms contain the company logo which is currently stored in Adobe Central and our legacy system sends over the name of the logo to use. For LiveCycle, we don't want to "hard-code" the image to the form as our company logo changes and we don't want to change each form when this happens. Can we store the logo in the application and send XML data over telling it which logo to use in the Image Field?

Just bind the URL field you have in the WSDl to the Image Field and I belive it should display the image.

Quick question - JButton containing an Image - removing the Images border?

Hi, I have a JButton with an image inside it.
I would like the JButton to have a border, but not the image when it is clicked.
It currently looks like this - here
As you can see, there are two borders (this is once the button has been clicked).
The one around the JButton is the one I wish to keep, the one around the ImageIcon is the one I would like removed.
I am sure there is a simple way to do this - I'm sure I have managed it before.

That thin blue box is indicating the button has focus. It appears even if the button just shows text and has no icon. Here is an example where I get rid of it on btn1 but not btn2.

How to automatically remove the wiki page's images from the Images library , when a wiki page is deleted

I have noted the following strange behavior inside my Publishing enterprise wiki site collection. Now by default when I create a new wiki page and I add Pictures to it, the pictures will be saved under the “Images” library and will be inside a unique folder
that have its name similar to the page name.
But when users delete the picture from the wiki page or they delete the whole wiki page, then the related folder inside the “Images” library will not be removed. So can anyone advice if there is a way to automatically remove the page’s pictures
folder from the Images library when the page is deleted? as currently i might end up having many pictures inside the Images library which are not linked to a wiki page, and they will waste my server desk space...

I think, not sure, there's no out-of-the-box solution in SharePoint for this problem. So I can only think of custom solution:
In event Receiver, ItemDeleting, you can delete images. The only downside is if some other pages are referring the images..... you need to check somehow which is quite time-consuming operations if you have thousand of pages in wiki library
A timer job, that will run periodically, every day or week, and clean all unused images.
Hide the default delete button and add your own. And then using your own custom layout page, show a 'configuration dialog' to user if they want to delete both page and images.

Please do not tell me this is not supported out of the ox ,,,,, i that i should handle this process by myself !!! and SharePoint does not support this feature .... this is another problem i should include in my list .....

Can I include the file names of images in the image itself?

*How can I get the file names of images on each image (without entering them by hand)?*
(I am bring 250 images into a Keynote document, with each image on its own slide. I want to have the file names of the images shown on each slide or image. This doesn't need to look nice.)
(If I can't do this in Aperture, I also have Photoshop Elements. Is there a way to do that in Elements?)

You can't do this directly via Ap3. There are plug in's i believe that make it possible. Maybe someone knows more? Allan
