Black Fri PS CC & LR5 deal misleading : only implies you need to be CS3 or above owner after order

I was on the Adobe website, when I saw this Black Friday deal for Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5.
Upon clicking Join now, I got to the following page :
From this page, I then read both the FAQ and the terms.
The FAQ said the following :

So in everything I read regarding this deal, there was nothing stating that I had to be a previous owner of CS3 or above.
So I placed the order with my credit card for the monthly subscription.
When I received my order email (in french), the product says the following :
Votre commande en détail :
Programme de photographie Photoshop (Pour les clients CS3 et versions ultérieures)
In effect, this is suggesting that it’s for clients that already had CS3 and above.
My plan on the creative cloud adobe website also suggests the same.
The only time I was made aware of this need to already own CS3 or above was after I placed the order.
As a result, I am not able to download Photoshop CC or Lightroom 5 from within the Creative Cloud client.
I think due to this mis-information on the Adobe website as shown above, I should still be entitled to this offer.
I will contact Adobe sales support to see what they can do.
What do other people think ?

If anyone is reading this still looking for what caused the issue and how to fix it here is what I discovered.
The antivirus program our company uses, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, was causing some of the PDF files not to open. After troubleshooting the different modules and settings the culprit was..
Scan SSL in Privacy Control Settings. Turning it OFF solved the problem and all the PDF files that previously would not open now open just fine. This issue has been sent to Bitdefender for them to review. If you use a different antivirus program and are having this issue try locating the Scan SSL setting and see if turning it off solves the problem.

Cant print black from excel for mac 2011 anymore only colour

I can't print black from excel for mac 2011 anymore only colour. Can print normally from all other programs. Will not work from excel. Will only print colour. Have reinstalled printer drivers with no difference. Brand new mac so should be no font issues. I have to screen print all excel documents to print. Wont work if saved as PDF either. Am looking for suggestions. Have checked all preferences and settings. Tried fine and fast - no difference. Comes out blank. Will only print colour. HELP!

I have a variation of this same problem. I maintain a bunch of Microsoft Excel 97-2004 Workbooks. Some of these documents print in colour (actually a light grey colour), while others print in black ink. I cannot discern the difference between the documents and why the difference in printing.

I have used the Adobe Cleaner Tool many times and uninstalled other Adobe Products but neither has worked. I have uninstalled/reinstalled this CD version of Dreamweaver several times when changing computers and after having computer issues. A google search of the problem suggested it may be an error related to the number of times I can reinstall this product due to licensing issues. Please help.

Absolutely not. You are misinterpreting things. The activation check never happens when just running the installer, only much later. It means what it says - there is another "install" pending/ active on your system, meaning somewhere there is an (invisible) process still blocking things. Either way, since you haven't provided any real technical info, we can't advise specifically. if you are on Windows, you may want to check your task manager and terminate any setup.exe and msiexec.exe processes plus potentially may need to manually fix/ delete some registry keys. For anything beyond that you will have to be much more specific.

Connect the device to the computer.
In iTunes, select the content desired to sync.
Sync.

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR suitable for your PC (there's a 32-bit Windows version and a 64-bit Windows version):

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you?

It's the ONLY area you have to do this with! A glitch??? I sure hope so! But, at this point, I have torn the entire VoiceOver app apart to the nth degree and have isolated this issue to THIS area ONLY.

Make sure all of the videos used in the project that is having that problem are from the same event. If they are from multiple events, move them all into one event.

When its in the upper right hand corner and you click on it all you get is a done button, when it's in the side bar right click and your only option is eject, left click has no effect. If I go to "file">devices it's as if there are no devices connected.

The "Photos" view has been replaced by the Media Browser.
Most applications will show you the Photos icon in the Sidebar, when you need to select photos in a file chooser dialoge. Mail, Safari, the iWork apps. See Terence Devlin's User Tip: How to Access Files in iPhoto

It is always recommended to update the software to its latest updates. I would suggest you to update your Acrobat 9 to its latest updates. You can download the updates from the link below:
