Blue line under email address. why?

I just completed a document, and have two email address listed in it. For some reason, I'm getting small blue line under one of the email addresses. At first the entire address was blue, so I changed to the color to what I wanted. But I'm left with the blue line under it.
Suggested fix?

All you have to do is uncheck the Enable as hyperlink box in the Link Inspector panel on the Inspector.

That's probably because it's been sent out to a Bcc'd mailing list and that's the name on the main version. This is so that you don't see the other names.
If it doesn't come from something @apple.com then it's spam. Even if it appears to it's probably spam. If you want to change your password go directly to http://appleid.apple.com - do not follow any links in the email (even if they appear to lead to that address.)

I verify my identity just by logging in with my password, not being able to add a rescue email address without answering the security questions is just extra hastle and doesn't increase security. No one knows my password so how could they break into my account? I understand having security questions to change your password but not for adding an email address.

Need to get rid of blue line under image

I've created a table with a row and three columns also I've placed splitted a button into three pieces and placed left portion in 1st column and right portion in last column and I've placed a piece of background image with repeat-x in middle column. I need to link the button used javascript to rollover the button with another three piece of buttons, so I've linked the whole with <a> tag and given "border=0" for <img> tag, now I get a blue bar (seems linked) under the background images that I've used in the middle column, could you please help me to get rid of the blue line.

Thanks for the response. Below is my code. What I exactly need is to link the whlole button instead of only the text "Buy Now". The mean time I dont want to use <img src="" border=0"> for the middle column since the text "Buy Now" should be dynamic and can be changed, so that I've used a background image instead of a <img> tag.

I have a one-line, yellow email address stuck on my screen.

Recently both the Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause an issue like that. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.

The email account must stay with the existing iCloud account. If your daughter is the one who uses the email account, you probably should move your other 2 children to a different account and leave your daughter on the existing one. To do this, on their devices go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, then sign back in with a separate Apple ID to create the new account. (This only deletes the account from their devices, not from iCloud. Your daughter's devices won't be effected by this.) Note: you can continue to share the same ID for iTunes; it does not need to be the same as the ID you use for iCloud.
When you delete the account you will be asked whether to keep or delete the iCloud data currently on the device. If you need to migrate a copy to the new account, choose Keep; then choose Merge to upload the data to the new account. When you turn on Mail in the new account you will be asked to choose an @icloud.com email address for the new iCloud email account.

"Outlook Data File" vs. My email address - Why both?

When I go to the Outlook Mail tab and select Folders View, I see two groups of items:
- Outlook Data File
- [email protected]
Both have an Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Junk Email and Search Folders entry with the Outlook Data File also having Calendar, Contacts, etc.
My question is Why both? The "mail" entries in the Outlook Data File don't contain the entries in the other, and I don't see any way to set the Outlook Data File entries to have my settings.

OK - I figured it out.
When I installed Outlook I let it set up my email account for me and the account wound up as an IMAP account instead of a POP3 account. When I deleted the email setup and then created the POP3 account manually it let me choose "Use existing Outlook data file and now everything is back to normal, i.e., There is only "Outlook" and a single set of maibox entries.

Because an Apple email address is associated with the Apple ID used to crate the ID. Then yo would have two Apple IDs associated with one Apple email address

I don't think it is possible to change. When viewing my profile and selecting Edit Profile under "Actions," I can see a line for email address, but it does not look like a field where you can change/enter text. It appears whatever email you set is set in cement!

HT204053 The Apple ID I use for iTunes is not an email address. When I try to set up iCloud, it says the Apple ID has to be an email address. When I put in the email address associated with my Apple ID, it says it isn't valid.

The ID works for everything else on my phone - why won't it work for iCloud? And if iCloud requires an email address, why isn't it simply required that my Apple ID be an email address? Those are largely rhetorical, since I don't expect anyone from Apple to actually explain it to me, but what do I need to do? Do I have to change the Apple ID I've had for years to an email address and then reset my phone to use that? Surely there's a simpler way.

Having signed out as suggested above, go to http://appleid.apple.com and create a new Apple ID if you don't already have one. You will need a working email address which is different from that in the ID already in use.

How can I view/sort by email address not be the sender's name

These days people often send emails from different devices and sometimes their display name is different on each. When I receive an email from them it may have their display name, or if this has not been set on say their phone I just see their email address. But when I try to search or sort it does not look at the underlying email address just the display name and so it appears like some of the emails are missing. Is there any way to view messages by the underlying email address and not their display name or what has been saved to my address book.

This add-on lets you display the senders' or recipients' email addresses as a column in the Threads pane (message list):

Line under the white paint

so on the sides of my macbook it looks like their is streek of grey bubbles under the paint on one side... and on the other side their is like a blue line under the paint...I keep really good care of it, i have a case that I carry it in and i have tried to clean it but they dont come out... so is anyone elese haveing this problem...

yup, noticed it around my bezel today. it's near the camera. I'm getting my top case replaced for staining (parts are on order) and I'll probably ask them about it when I go in.
