Bluetooth not on a mobile device

Question

Hi there!
I am trying to get started with Bluetooth ... I made it so far, that I compiled and used a Demo (ImageServer and ImageClient, if someone knows) ...
Now I made a new Project, not an J2ME-Project, and try to get Bluetooth running on my Notebook, which has Blutooth build in. Bluetooth itself works fine, have tested with my cellphone and my pda.
This very simple code:

Can't initialize bluetooth: javax.bluetooth.BluetoothStateExceptionI am using netbeans 5.5 and the libs from WTK 2.2
Can someone please help me?
