BODS unable to parse comma in folder structure

Hi,
When the folder structure has commas, bods 4.1 is not accessing the complete directory..
However file_exists functions return 1 as expected.
To elaborate, check highlighted folder name which is comma separated
M:\Source\03 Source\3.5 Developments, User Interface, Integration
Error:
12780 13500 FIL-080101 5/09/2014 6:08:34 PM Cannot open file </M:\Source\03 Source\3.5 Developments>. Check its path and permissions.
But when the folder structure is M:\Source\03 Source\3.5 Developments (without commas in folder name) then the files are accessible.
Please help to resolve?
Tried to enclose the path within double quotes as well. No luck..

Yes. Reversed the slashes. Tried double quotes to enclose. Tried to concat commas manually.
None worked.
File exist checks work. Only when we expect the files to be read or written into this folder, it fails.
It only considers the path until the first comma. Hence fails as the path is incorrect as no such path exits.
Full path: M:\Source\03 Source\3.5 Developments, User Interface, Integration
BODS considered path:  M:\Source\03 Source\3.5 Developments

  • Exception: Unable to parse schema abc.xsd

    hi',
I am using abc.xsd in file adapter where I am browsing for the schema file, the issue is this abc.xsd is internally referring to other
schema files, so it is giving me this error "Exception: Unable to parse schema abc.xsd" if I manually copy paste all the XSD it requires
inside the project BPEL folder is works, the issue is in production enviornment all this xsd will come from one shared folder so I am
confused how to achieve this i.e. without copying all the XSD into the project BPEL folder refer it from one shared foler which is outside
    of the project.
    thanks
    Yatan

You can enable WebDav on the Oracle HTTP Server component.
    cd $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/htdocs/dav_public
    mkdir Schemas
    cd $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/oradav/conf
open the moddav.conf file for editing. Find the entry for the dav_public directory and modify as follows:
    <Location /dav_public>
    DAV on
    </Location>
    Restart the server
Now the Schema can be accessed using the URL http://soahost:port/dav_public/Schemas/abc.xsd
This way you can share the common xsd among different BPELProcesses.

    Hi,
There could be only 2 problems when PCD objects are not being shown.
    1) You don't have the permission to view it. But since you are an administrator, you don't have to worry about it.
    2) The browser is unable to show the PCD objects.
Now lets look at the solution:
I had faced the same issues where when I tried to access the portal using IP address, PCD objects will not show. So the solution is to access the portal through its "name" rather than the IP address.
I guess you would have tried to access the portal by its name, then you had faced an error in browser and so you are trying to access the portal by IP address.
if this is true, make an entry in the hosts file in your local machine, mapping the IP address to the domain name.
If you dont know how to do it, please follow the following:
Goto the following folder in windows
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\
You will find a file named hosts. Open it in notepad and give the IP address & domain name of the portal in the format specified there. Save the file. Now if you access the portal using its domain name, you should be able to see the PCD. If you are still not getting it, restart the machine and try once more. It should work.
If you are using a Linux system, the file can be found under the \etc under the root folder.
    Regards,
    Vijai.

  • Webhelp Output Folder Structure

This is more of a question than an issue.
When I generate webhelp from a FrameMaker-integrated RoboHelp
project, RoboHelp always adds a folder to the output to match the
name of the FrameMaker book in the Project Manager/Project Files
    folder.
    Example:
My FM book is called apiusersguide.book. After bringing the
content into RoboHelp, the parent folder (to match the book name)
is apiusersguide. When I generate the webhelp, I want the output to
be in a folder structure that looks like this:
    apiguide\
    apiguide.htm (webhelp startup file)
    chapter1\topics.htm
    chapter2\topics.htm
and so on. The output I want is apiguide\chapter\topic.htm.
However, RH ALWAYS adds the book name to the top level, even
if I omit it in the Webhelp Output Folder field when I generate. So
the folder structure ends up looking like this:
apiusersguide\ (name of the FM book and top level RH folder)
    apiguide.htm (webhelp startup file)
    apiguide\
    chapter1\topics.htm
    chapter2\topics.htm
and so on. The output I GET is
    apiusersguide\apiguide\chapter\topic.htm.
I've experimented with a variety of different FM book names
and output folder names and RH ALWAYS inserts that top level folder
automatically. Is there any way to NOT generate the extra top level
    folder in the output?

I am sorry Michael, I am unable to understand the exact
problem. Have you created the TOC using the Auto-create TOC option?
That could be the only reason for it to display the same names of
book in the output. Have you tried to name the books and the topics
as you have specified in the TOC? If not, do that first and I am
sure you can get the desired results.
Again, as I mentioned, if I have not understood you
correctly, please let me know the real issue and I'll try
    resolvingit for you.
    Regards,
    Pooja

  • Mirroring Windows Folder structures on iPhone

    Dear all,
We are creating an application that will mirror a file storeon our windows network. We run a PHP scheduled tasks that takes the filestructure (with the filename, path, folders) from UNC path and stores it in the sqlite database and can be seen by using a table view. The files can sometimeshave multiple sub folders which makes thing a bit more tricky. My first process was to include this database in the project and it was working great. The issue I have now is that I have now set this process up I want it to be updated remotely through the internet. As far as I can see from research the database’s included in the project are read only and are unable to be updated.
I have got a bit stuck and the internet doesn’t seem to give me any definitive answers. I need someone to point me in the right direction to start looking:
We have IIS web services, does xcode have the ability to connect to a remote databaseHow will I pull the data, I have no where to store and the array will be too big to run on the fly
Using soap to pull entries? Can this be used for display folder structures
I am after just a direction in which to head so I know what best to research to proceed further. I have also signed up to the iOS developer program but am awaiting confirmation.
    Kind regards,
    Sonal

You can communicate with any type of web service (or even a custom tcp/ip protocol) from your iphone application.  Regarding updating the bundled database, that is not an issue either.  You will just need to copy the bundled database file to a writable directory (~/Documents for instance) when the application is run the first time.  After that you can update the database at will.

  • Creating folder Structure for Query based taxonomy

    Hello friends,
I am confused as to where do I create a folder hierarchy for taxonomy. Do I need to create a new repository for creating a folder structure. The help.sap.com mentions about using the Category Browser iview for creating the same. I am unable to find this iview in EP6 SP12. Can someone, please guide me as to where do I create a taxonomy folder structure hierarchy?
    Your help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
      G.G

    Hey G.G.,
    Yes, i'd love to.
So, as stated above, directly below the "Taxonomies" folder you'll see the names of the existing taxonomies. There is no "new" option on this level, because a new taxonomy can only be created under "System Administration" -> "System Configuration" -> "Knowledge Management" -> "Index Administration". After you create a "TREX Search and Classification" or "TREX Classification" index, you can go to the index menu "Taxonomies" and say "New". This will automatically create a new folder under in the "Taxonomies" view.
Now, if you go one level further, so second subfolder under "Taxonomies" you should have the "New" option. If not, then you'll have to check the permission settings. Please go to "Content Administration" -> "KM Content" -> "Taxonomies" and then on the Menu "Details" -> "Settings" -> "Permissions". You might need to adjust permissions as suggested by SAP in SAPNote (599425):
    Role:"ContentManager"=FULL CONTROL;
    Group:"Everyone"=READ.
Please check that the already existing subfolders have inherited the permission changes.
    Hope this solves your problem,
    Robert

  • Folder structure in Nano.

OK, I’ve read through most all of the posts on this discussion board but was unable to find any information regarding my issue. Keep in mind now, I’m a new ipod user who just purchased the nano as their entrance piece.
What I’m trying to accomplish here is in regards to the file structure that the ipod uses (could be an iTunes problem I guess) to store the music. The music I have to be transferred to the nano is in the file structure of a folder, i.e. the name of the group. When I drag this particular folder and drop it into iTunes, the folder in which the songs are stored disappears leaving only the said number of tracks listed. Then when transferring this to the nano it basically sticks the tracks in the album section, the songs section, etc…
How on earth can you keep the file folders active so you can specifically select which artist you want to listen to without it throwing several artists all jumbled together? Am I missing something here? No folders allowed?
    TIA

    Brett,
Your folder structure is irrelevant...iTunes will organize the music physically as it sees fit. You organize the music logically by artist, genre, album, etc....and the logical view is used.
The iPod works at a "higher level" than you're used to....if you download or read about iTunes you'll understand.

  • Split Function unable to parse string correctly

    Hi,
I'm using split function to split string into multiple rows using comma "," as delimiter. In a string I have following values which are not parsed correctly as they have comma inside the values.
    American Dawn, Inc.
    Battalian USA, Inc.
    Fria USA, Inc.
    Lazer, Inc.
    Mexilink Inc.
Is there any other approach to fix this issue?
Here is the split function Im using:
    CREATE Function [dbo].[fnSplit] (
    @List varchar(MAX),
    @Delimiter char(1)
    Returns @Temp1 Table (
ItemId int Identity(1, 1) NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY ,
    Item varchar(MAX) NULL
    As
    Begin
    Declare @item varchar(MAX),
    @iPos int
    Set @Delimiter = ISNULL(@Delimiter, ';' )
    Set @List = RTrim(LTrim(@List))
    -- check for final delimiter
    If Right( @List, 1 ) <> @Delimiter -- append final
    delimiter
    Select @List = @List + @Delimiter -- get position of
    first element
    Select @iPos = Charindex( @Delimiter, @List, 1 )
    While @iPos > 0
    Begin
    -- get item
    Select @item = LTrim( RTrim( Substring( @List, 1, @iPos
    -1 ) ) )
If @@ERROR <> 0 Break -- remove item form list
    Select @List = Substring( @List, @iPos + 1, Len(@List)
    - @iPos + 1 )
    If @@ERROR <> 0 Break -- insert item
    Insert @Temp1 Values( @item ) If @@ERROR <> 0 Break
-- get position pf next item
    Select @iPos = Charindex( @Delimiter, @List, 1 )
    If @@ERROR <> 0 Break
    End
    Return
    End
Another user in this forum posted a split function that
    he wrote:
    CREATE FUNCTION dbo.splitter(@string VARCHAR(MAX), @delim CHAR(1))
RETURNS @result TABLE (id INT IDENTITY, value VARCHAR(MAX))
    AS
    BEGIN
    WHILE CHARINDEX(@delim,@string) > 0
    BEGIN
INSERT INTO @result (value) VALUES (LEFT(@string,CHARINDEX(@delim,@string)-1))
    SET @string = RIGHT(@string,LEN(@string)-CHARINDEX(@delim,@string))
    END
INSERT INTO @result (value) VALUES (@string)
    RETURN
    END
    GO
Both of them are unable to parse above values incorrectly.
FYI:  String is made of values that are selected
by user in SSRS report. I think SSRS when combine values , put comma "," between multiple values.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

    for page 'outboundMsgXMLPage'...........
please guide me to resolve this error.....

    Garrett:
Welcome to the Apple Discussions. That's a problem that has bitten a number of users and there's no easy fix.
You can try to create a new library, place the old library folder in the new one, and then do a rebuild on the new one. That should create another library folder with just your jpg files in it. That works with iPhoto 4 to exclude the thumbnail files in the old library. Once you've got your new library up and running you can get rid of the library folder that contains the original "old" library. (Can you follow that?)
If you try to just import the files from the original library with the normal import method I believe V2 will also import the thumbnail files as normal files and that will not be what you want. This method works with V4 but it's been a long time since I've used V2 that I'm not positive that's how it'll work with it so keep a pristine backup of that original library folder just in case. If all goes well you can delete all of the previous folders except your current working one. Good luck.

  • How do I move photos in a Smart Collection and keep folder structure?

HI there I am on a trial of Lightroom and loving it so far.  One seemingly simple task I would like to try out is moving all my RAW files (which are all mixed up with JPGs and PSDs to a new location and keep the current folder structure.
Currently I have files strcutured like this: <main disk>\<year>\<month>\<filename>.cr2 and I would like to move these to <different disk>\<year>\<month>\<filename>.cr2
The Export functions look as if they will put them all in to one big folder?  Any ideas?
    Many thanks in advance.

There are several approaches to this problem. You could do this via the Folders panel in LR. You can do just about everything in the Folders panel that you can do in Explorer or Finder. Just create folder and drag and drop.
Another way is to do this outside LR use Explorer (Windows) or FInder (Mac). after you're done then go back into LR and tell LR where to find the moved files. Depending on how many you have this could be a bit tedious.
Another method is to choose the files you want then Export them as a Catalog. When you do this be sure to include the option to export the negatives. Point the new catalog at you other drive. It will recreate the folder structure during the export. Then remove the images from your present catalog. Don't delete from disk just remove. Now import from catalog and choose the newly exported catalog. This time choose the option to add the files without moving them. Once you are sure everything is back and is fine you can use Explorer or Finder to go into your original file structure and delete the files that were moved to the new drive.  Be careful to only choose the moved files. If you are separating the RAWs out this should be relatively easy.
    I hope that helps!

  • How can I batch move files to the same folder structure in a different location?

    Hi,
I recently had an issue with my iTunes Library so I used the Organize Library feature to have iTunes organise my library.  What happened was that it put all of my music in a folder called 'Music' on my external hard drive, whereas previously it was not in a folder at all, e.g.
BEFORE: External Hard Drive / Abba / Greatest Hits / Mama Mia.m4a
AFTER: External Hard Drive / Music / Abba / Greatest Hits / Mama Mia.m4a
I don't have any particular issue with the updated folder structure, except that I had copies of the artwork for each album in my album folders, and these weren't moved when the audio files were moved/consolidated/organised.  So I need to find a way of moving all of the artwork to the new folders, e.g.
External Hard Drive / Abba / Greatest Hits / folder.jpg
    needs to become:
    External Hard Drive / Music / Abba / Greatest Hits / folder.jpg
I have to do this for 3,000+ albums, and I have multiple artwork files for some albums, so I am hoping that there is a way of doing this using a batch/automated method of some kind, but I haven't been able to turn up anything yet.
    Can someone help with this?
    Thanks,
    Nick

You can make a smart playlist containing episodes of both series and play from that. Podcasts are linked together by the URL they are served from so merging ongoing series isn't really practical.

  • Hi. I am having trouble with the folder structure.

I import my pictures like probably most Lightroom users.
    They go to:
Pictures / (Year)  / (Subfolder name crated checking "Into Subfolder" during import)
Recently, after upgrading to Yosemite, when I import to this structure, Lightroom creates a folder visually outside it. Above, the "01_Sao_Paulo" folder should appear inside 2015 while "12_Atacama" and "12_Hasselblad" under 2014. The right folders were actually created when I check them in Finder.
And when I try to move the folders under the right folder structure, Lightroom recognizes  that the folder already exists.
    My question two questions are:
    1. How do I make the folders appear correctly under the right folder structure?
    2. How do I make Lightroom stop creating the folders outside the structure on my next imports?
    Thanks for any help.

Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library database
