Both NotEqual and NotLike

Question

Good Morning,
I have a Subscription that i cant get to work like i want.
I want the notification subscription to trigger if:
Either the Incident Source is not "ARS" (Source NotEqual "ARS") or
Dont want the subscription to trigger if the Title contains "SystemX". (Title NotLike %SystemX%)
In other words, in all cases except when the Source is ARS or the Title contains SystemX.
These are two different workflows, so either it will be SystemX or it will be ARS.
If i just add the following two lines in the Console under the "Additional Criteria" on the Subscription:
[Incident]Source does not equal "ARS"
[Incident]Title does not contain "SystemX"
I will never get an email notification, even if none of them is used. (<AND> is used in the XML)
If i open the XML and change the <AND> to <OR> i will get an email every time. Also wrong.
Should i regroup the Criteria in the XML somehow? This is the default generated XML:

if i use
Incident Source is not "ARS" (Source NotEqual "ARS") it works fine, the mail is sent except if the source is "ARS".
But if i add a new criteria = [Incident]Title does not contain "SystemX"
It uses AND automatically and then no mail is sent at all what ever the title is.
If i go into the XML and change to <OR>, all mails are sent whatever the title is.
