BPEL - not generating correct SOAP packet for complex types
Hi,
Below is a snippet from wsdl, correct SOAP request and reply packet (generated using a SOAP test tool) and finally BPEL generated SOAP request and error response (captured using TCP packet monitor)
The problem is with element 'XActivationPackageArray', which is getting enclosed
by itself again from Oracle BPEL PM.

Can not generate one xsd file for message type in xi
Dear Experts.
I am not able to generate one XSD file from message type from XI 3.0, When i select message type and go to XSD tab then click on export xsd to file, it is generating two xsd files MainSchema.xsd, Schema1.xsd into one zip file, but i need only one xsd file to import it into MDM.

MRP is not generating purchase requisitions consistently for MRP type VB
Issue: When executing consumption based MRP in ECC 6.0 using the following parameters; purchase requisitions are not created for all material with stocks below max stock levels. In other words requisitions are created incase of some materials and requisitions are not created for others.
u2022 MRP type VB ( manual reorder point) with reorder point qty
u2022 Lot size HB with Max stock level
u2022 Procurement type F (external procurement).
Additional info: Some of these materials are batch managed and results are inconsistence whether it is batch managed or not.

Available qty = 139
No PRs are existing before MRP.
MRP is expected to create PR for qty 161 (300-139= 161)
Example 2 : MRP is working.
MRP type = VB
Lot size =HB
Procurement type= F
Material # = 1200052
Reorder point =100
Max stock level = 1000
Available qty = 87
MRP created PR qty of 913 and results are as expected.
MRP is expected to create PR for qty 161 (1000-87= 913
NOTE: I am directly creating Purchase requisitions by selecting creation Purchase Requisitions Indicator =1 during MD01/MD02 trxs . Not creating any planned orders. -

dear all
i created an article in MM41. while doing the listing in WSM3 this error is occurring same plant i was created artilces and listed also but today it is showing this error msg . Can u please suggest me how to solve this?. i showed to my tech team they told me to check in configuration settings?. is their any problem with config ?.
Note:- Article segments were not created in full
The data is stored in the log 00000000000000049016 file
1741001 No entry in key field in distribution chain segment for article 1741
Possible causes:
- Reference article was not maintained in full
- Inconsistent maintenance of article
Possible actions:
- Maintain reference data
- Call transaction WSPK to edit the faulty segments

A bit late, but I'm sure others will use this answers. We encountered the same problem in our development and after some hours playing with our WSDL we found the source of the problem.
The problem is having a field named "body" in the Object this apparently doesn't work well with SOAP we guess because of the Envelope having also a Body.
So the solution is changing the field body to something like msgBody.

WL-7 / clientgen task do not generate correct bean for non built-in data type
The clientgen Ant task do not generate a correct JavaBean for this
complexeType definition (returned by a web service method):

when contacting support if you need a patch against sp1. You could indeed
write your own codec but it might be easier to just use the patch :)

Constrained values not generating correctly in Dashboard prompt
Hi,
I have a dashboard prompt which has 4 drop downs viz From Month, From Year, To Month, To year and one Mullti Select Product.The default and the drop down values for the first four prompts are controlled by SQL queries so that in drop down only those values are displayed in the drop down for which i have data in my fact tables and the multi select of product is a constratined one.
As per the current scenario i have data for current month - 1 (say if current month is August so i have data for July). In the default values for these prompts i show the current month and year (August and 2010). So when i select July in my From Month prompt the values for other promts get set to August and 2010 for month and date prompts (both From and To). And then when i click on the multi select of product no values are shown on OBI screen even though they are in database.
This is due to the fact the query that OBI genrates in the backend the To Month is set to August not May, even though May is shown on the dashboard.
However, if cilck on GO then the values for contsratined promt are generated correctly and also the backend query changes the To Month is set to May.
Could somebody help me to resolve this problem.

I am having an issue in our Solution Manager system in that when ever I add one specific transaction to a newly created role via the menu tab so that the profile generates correctly it will also add the following in the t_code auth_obj.
0 - zzzzzzzzzzzz
so my S_Tcode looks like this.
0 - ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ, RPM_DX
RPM_DX is the transaction that I am adding as we are setting up functionality for administering CHaRM.
Is there a table that I can check on this? I have deleted the role and recreated a completely new role and I get the same issue.Oh deary me... I have that in my system as well...
I can see the SAP developer thinking to themself at the time: "That's it! I have had enough of these "You are not authorized for this and that" messages now!!!" or "If Chuck Norris can solve all problems with a roundhouse kick then I can do the same to S_TCODE"...

System is not generating a spool request for Dep.?
Hi,
When I am running a test run with 'planned posting run' system is not giving me any error but when I am executing it in a "repeat run" system comes up with a message
"!! This processing can only be carried out as background processing !!
But when I go to (Jobs Overview screen) see the spool request system is not generating the spool request and Please help me out what's wrong is happening and what shall I do.
It is a new company code for the first time we are running the dep.

When trying to print in Firefox, and when scaling the page size in page setup, the first page prints correctly, but subsequent pages do not scale correctly and are too large for the paper, with parts of the text are being cut off at the top and right. This is not fixed by checking or un-checking the "ignore scaling/shrink to fit page width" in the print window, or by changing the scaling%.
I am running Firefox 15.0.1, on Mac OS 10.5.8.
The same problem happens in the print preview and if I save the print as a .pdf
I have tried all the fixes in the how to's and others in various forums with no improvement.
This happens every time I try to print a document scaled up or down only in Firefox.The 2nd page print scaling error has been an issue with Firefox on the Mac since 2011. People at Mozilla have not considered this a major problem. Try printing anything at less than 100% and you'll quickly see how every page after the first page being scaled wrong gets old real fast. The lack of a solution to this issue forced me long ago into using Safari as my primary browser. Good luck waiting until version 21 for a solution. Current release is 18.0.2.

Designerd does not generate Order BY code for Sort Order on a lookup tabel column.
I am setting the Sort Order on a column which is based on a lookup table.
When generate the the module, designer does not generate the code for the Sort Order that I set on the lookup table column.
Is there a work around for this problem or is there some thing else that needs to be done in designer to make it generate the order by clause?
I will very much appreciate help.

Prasad.A bound lookup item, will be generated as a NON-database item in Forms. Designer generates an ORDER BY CLAUSE (a Forms Block property) for the ordering. But a NON-database item cannot be included in the ORDER BY CLAUSE.
I used a stored function for ordering the lookup item.

How can i generate correct SOAP-ENV:Fault in ABAP function module?
We have clients consuming some functions from our SAP server, these functions are made available as web services. When a client passes wrong parameters to our functions we'd like to generate reasonable SOAP fault (using correct error code and error message) but simple raising (and declaring it in the corresponging section of the function module ) an exception gives us general "Internal Server Error" and that is all
Are there any way to make good SOAP Fault?

Internet pages not loading correctly with Explorer for Macintosh 5.1
I received the Ibook from my brother-in-law after his death. I've updated it with 512 ram and the newest version of OS X for this Ibook. When I access a web page with explorer for Macintosh 5.1 the page is not loaded correctly. it seems to wraparound , some heading overlap each other. Some pages won't load at all. When there are scroll bars and they are used, all that shows is blank. I'm use to the windows environment and am just preparing this machine for my brother to use to access the internet in his retirement. Am I missing some plug-ins or set-up?

You have to sort through a lot of builds to find the correct one, but that looks to be it for Mac OS 9.
I'm not sure that any browser version for Mac OS X 10.0.4 will work satisfactorily at this point in time, Jim. They are all likely to be as creaky as Internet Explorer 5.1, I'm afraid.

I did a little poking around in there, but not many people are using Mac OS X 10.0 (and for good reason). Personally, I didn't find Mac OS X usable until Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) came on the scene. -
JAXB is not generating the setter method for my tag

I am generating java classes form my .xsd file using JAXB.
The xsd definition has defnes a Form as a sequence of FormElement, where FormElement is a choice of graphical components like text etc. Form can have 0 or unbounded elements of typeFormElement
Example
<xs:element ref="sswfm:FormElement" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>
It is creating the getter method for this tag like this-
java.util.List getFormElement();
but does not create setter method, namely, setFormElements which I would like to use when marshalling from swing to XML.
If i remove the maxOccurs="unbounded, it is creating the setter method for this tag.But i want to keep this tag as it it and needs the setter method also.
What should i do? Has one tried this before. HELP if you can
