BRFplus - Application Import "Parse Error"

Hi,
I am trying to XML export of a BRFplus Application and trying to XML import from one system to another system.
I am getting below error. Please help me to achieve.
I tried lower version(1.08, 1.09) also and tried through Report Program.
Parse Error: Line No 0 Column No 6282 Reason unexpected symbol; expected 'ANY', 'EMPTY' or '('
Regards,
Sakthi

I had the same same problem and applied some OSS notes:
0001944768 BRFplus: Remove unnecessary tags in XML-File
0001955245 BRFplus: Remove unnecessary tags in XML-File p2
In NW 7.31 SP10 it is very easy to implement then, in SP8 you need many other notes. Be careful when you apply manual steps.
Best Regards,
Tobias

  • APEX 2.2 application import file error

    Hi all,
When trying to import an apex export file and clicking NEXT button, got error on page. Nothing happens! Still remains at first step.
    What is wrong?
Im have a brand new apex 2.2. install in a Ora 10g rel2 DB.
I created a workspace and now Im logged in to that workspace.
First I created my apps on a standalone Application Express 2.1.0.00.39
Now i'm trying to importing this in apex 2.2
    here is a listing:
    Product Build: 2.2.0.00.32
    Schema Compatibility: 2006.02.24
Last DDL Time: 11/21/2006 04:41:57 PM

    Application Owner: FLOWS_020200
    Workspace ID: 825125856768784
    Workspace Name: PTL

    Language Preference: en-us
Current Time (on server): 11/23/2006 11:48:51 AM
    NLS_CHARACTERSET: WE8ISO8859P1
    DAD CHARACTERSET: CP850
    JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES: 0

    got error on page.
Nothing happens!Of course, those are contradictory statements. What "happened" was that a javascript error occurred. Use a browser tool to get the details of the error.
Maybe you did not follow all of the installation steps (web toolkit patch, edit conf files, etc.).
DAD CHARACTERSET: CP850This looks incorrect. The DAD charset must be AL32UTF8.

  • Parser Error

Hi I get the following when creating an ASP.NET VB Script
page. I can connect to a SQL Server fine database and can preview a
page without problem, the moment I go to bindings, add a dataset
(which tests ok) click save and preview I get the message below.
I know it should be obvious as it is saying the problem that
it cannot locate the DreamweaverCtrl.dll but I have saved it in the
bin directory (c:\inetpub\wwwroot\bin\) as stated in loads of
forums but it still doesn't work. I have also changed the directory
to a virtual one as was also suggested. Still no joy. Any ideas?

  • Date parse error while importing users from OIM to OIA (SRM 5.0.3)

    Hi All,
    Env Details:
OIA (SRM 5.0.3), Weblogic and Oracle 10g DB
We have integrated OIM to OIA with extended attributes mapping by modifying iam-context.xml file to load users. Its done successfully. But when we map "Date" related attribute, its giving "Date Parsing error" and its not loading the users.
We have tried loading users using flatFile mechanism, its also giving same result.
Please suggest me. Thanks in Advance !!!
    Regards,
    Ravi G.

    Hi,
Its a problem with OOB's OIMIAMSolution.class file, which is called while importing users from OIM. It used DateParse () conversion method only for all attributes which OIA attributes' name is ends with "Date". It defined, the conversion of date from (yyyy-MM-dd). So its expecting the input value should be in defined format(yyyy-MM-dd), if not, it gives a parse error.
We found work around for this as follows,
We have used other related OIA attribute which name ends other than "Date" string.
    Thanks,
    Ravi G.

Stupid error.  Forgot a quote in the first line.  Fixed it, but I have another problem now that I'll ask in another thread.

  • Parser Error Message: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

I've copied a .NET application from an older 2008 server running IIS 7.0.600.16386 to a newer 2008 R2 server running 7.5.7600.16385.  The .NET framework version is 4.0.30319.  I've setup an application pool and copied the wwwroot directory.
I've checked for nested web.config files and I've been reading a lot about converting the site to an application.  The older server running the application is still up and running and the configurations look identical.  If I convert the site to an
application the icon changes and doesn't look like it does on the old server.  I'm new and still learning the basics of programming and publishing applications.  Can someone point me in the right direction?  I've been on google for a few days
    to no avail.  Thanks.

  • UCSPE XML parsing error when importing from live UCS

    Hi all,
I'm trying to import our live UCS hardware inventory in to the UCS platform emulator but keep getting an error stating:
Server Error: code ERR-xml-parse-error: XML PARSING ERROR: no class named computeExtBoard
The UCSPE imports all of our chassis' and blade servers, but it's missing all the chassis fans and psus, and the dimms, hdds, cpus, and storage controllers from all the blades. I haven't been able to figure out how to download or export the hardware inventory from the live UCS Manager as an XML for editing/loading in to UCSPE. It looks like you can only export as XML from USCPE, not from UCS Manager. Anybody have experience dealing with this?
    Thanks in advance!

  • SMBup quit. "An exception of class JSONException was not handled. The application must shut down. Exception Message: Parse Error: Expecting "{" or "[" at position 1. Exception Error Number: 1

After updating to Mavericks 10.9.2, our Canon printer would no longer scan & send to our iMacs & MacBook Pros. We downloaded & installed SMBUp. Still trying to get it to work with MacBookPros, but has been working with iMacs. Today, out of the blue, I got the following error message:
An exception of class JSONException was not handled. The application must shut down.
Exception Message: Parse Error: Expecting "{" or "[" at position 1
    Exception Error Number : 1
Now I get that message every time I try to open SMBUp. Tried to download & reinstall application, but get this message on website:
Hmm, eduo.info isn't loading right now.
The servers that run eduo.info are having some trouble. This is usually just a tempoary problem, so you might want to try again in a few minutes.
(Have gotten that message for the last hour).
    Help?

    Hi,
Pls don't forget to reward points and close the question if you find the answers useful.

  • Import to iMovie from iPhoto QT Parse Error

    It's been a while I didn't have any iMovie projects but had a few updates since then. Now, I discovered that I cannot import photos to iMovie (iMovie is 5.0.2, iPhoto is 6.0.6). After trying to trouble shoot for a while here is what I found out;
When I import photos to iPhoto, originals are stored in iPhotoLibrary\Originals\...\LibraryName\filename but files here are aliases only. Thumbnails are stored into iPhotoLibrary\Data\...\LibraryName\filename. When I want to import to iMovie, it requests to open iPhoto before I can see the library but tries to import from iPhotoLibrary\Originals\...\LibraryName\filename which are aliases. Therefore I get a QT parsing error. "... PICT5985.JPG” can’t be imported; QuickTime couldn’t parse it: -2048". I copied the original photos to iPhotoLibrary\Originals\...\LibraryName\filename overwriting the aliases and it worked.
Is there something I am missing? I couldn't remember and figured out if there is any way to set iPhoto to use originals or iMovie to look for the folder where the originals are located?
    Thanks.

In iPhoto's Preferences, under Advanced, there is an option to "copy files to iPhoto Library folder when importing to Library." If you have turned this option off, then your Originals folder contains only alias files pointing to the location where you have saved your photos. If you check that box, then future imports will be saved into the iPhoto Library folder, but it will do nothing to replace the existing alias files with the real thing.
If you want to convert your referenced library into a managed one, check out [AliasHerder|http://www.rorohiko.com/downloads.html]. I haven't tried it myself, but others here have reported success.
You can drag and drop files from anywhere into your iMovie project, and they should be imported. But to be able to import from iMovie's convenient Media Browser, you have to use iPhoto for your photos.
Something else is also wrong. This
When I want to import to iMovie, it requests to open iPhoto before I can see the library...
shouldn't happen. I haven't used an alias-based library, but I assume that it should work without you having to locate the source files. It sounds like iPhoto has lost the link to these files and is unable to send them to iMovie. In iPhoto, can you view these photos at full size and open them for editing? If not, that would support my theory.
One way iPhoto could have lost the location of your files would be if you moved or renamed them without using iPhoto. In that case, you'll have to put things back as they were. Or try replacing the alias files with the actual files. If you didn't tamper with iPhoto's files, you may have a damaged database file, which can result from a crash while iPhoto is writing to the database. You can try a rebuild. Hold down the Option and Command keys while launching iPhoto. Select the first 3 options in the dialog box, then rebuild.
One last question: Is there a reason why you are using iMovie 5 with iPhoto 6? Why not upgrade iMovie (and any other iLife '06 app) to match iPhoto? While I don't think that is causing your problem, it seems to be an extra variable with your setup.
    Regards.

    Hi,
The most likely cause is that the export file has become corrupted. Are there very big export files?
Another possibility is that Discoverer Administrator has run out of memory while parsing the file.

    HI,
is it possible that you have to use "-" instead of "=" in this [ixmlfactory = cl_ixml=>create( ).] line ?

  • Application import/export failing, hopefully a simple one though

    hi all,
i'm very new to oracle and am trying to get going with xe. i'm working between work and home and want to be able to transport wherever i'm at to work/home - so i thought the application import/export function would be the best way? first of all, is it?
if so - i keep getting the
    failed to parse SQL query:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
    error
i'm running the same versions of oracle, on the same platforms (Application Express 2.1.0.00.39, winXPpro all service packed up). both my users have dba roles and the apps work fine on the machines i created them on. the import and install processes claim to be successful and the error only comes up when i try to log in to the application. any ideas?
btw - the apps are just simple tests, dependences etc with a couple rows in each table]
any help be much appreciated even if its "go read this!" as i've googled away & got not much....
    cheers!

Your problem is likely that in your office you do not have the tables required by your program. The export does not include your tables. You have to create them yourselves
