Where can I find more explanation/doc for the bug 5064928?
the only information I came across was:
THRESHOLD VALUES IN DOMAIN CONFIGURATION MULTIPLIED BY 1000.
Is this because there is a difference in 10.1.2.0.0 and 10.1.2.0.2 configuration settings (ms and sec)? Applying this patch, the default domain disappears!!!!!!!!!!
This patch is for 10.1.2.0.2.

I have the same errors occurring at an alarming rate. I did isolate it to the App Store. Specifically when checking for an update. I was hoping that you could test this out for me. Go to your console log and select all messages and then check kernel in the sender box (bottom left). I found that now is a good time to insert a marker. Now launch the app store then got to the update section. Select check for update.
Does this generate a series of the errors? I can reproduce the errors every time I "check for updates". The error would not show up when checking for updates in iTunes.
I did notice errors in both extending from CFNetwork
App store:

Each channel (if it supports deadbanding) will have a deadband entry box on the middle right side of the screen).
The FP-1000/1001 seri
al network modules do not support deadbanding. The checkbox in FieldPoint Explorer is simply for how FieldPoint Explorer displays the data to the user and does not effect client programs nor the behavior of the network module itself.

What do you mean by threshold values here ? If they are where clause filters in query to be applied ,you can consider using Package configurations. With this you can configure the values externally to package in a file, table or environment and the
package will pickup at run time.

Domain Configuration

Hi,
I have the tuxedo client application in a HP machine and the Server application
in a SUN machine. I have been given a task to do the DOMAIN configuration between
both the machines, So I started of with the sample simpapp application and I got
the following error in the ULOGS of the client and the server side.

You are bang on target.
The problem was the version compatability issue. One m/c was running V 8.0 and
the other was running V 7.1. After giving the -t option and specifying the machine
types it was through

DSWP threshold values all change

Hi,
I have a SolMan EHP1 system being used as a CEN . Now i would like to setup Email alert monitoring and to test it i change the threshold values on the filesystem and see if it triggers an email. Now problem is when i change the threshold value of a filesystem lets say sapreorg

R->Y
Y->G
it seems that the top value populates the entire column with identical values for all the filesystem when i actually want them to have individual values. and these values do not get transferred to RZ20 on the CEN for that system. I would have expected the values set in DSWP system monitoring to be reflected in rz20 under filesystem and it seems the values do not change.
is there a bug in this or is it s standard feature? I have trawled the marketplace for oss notes and found nothing. Checked forum but i cannot find exactly what i am trying to look for

Yes all the threshold values have been set through this method and its quite easy to setup. in the CEN's rz20 i could see entries to the dev and test servers for "Filesystems" node so i could assign it 'z' auto reaction methods to send emails with specific messages. in RZ21 it seems i can only assign auto reaction methods with a generic message for, for example "Filesystems" but i cannot dig down further into Filesystems and select a specific alert like sapreorg or saparch or /usr/<SID> for a specific system has reached threshold levels so we could quickly respond to it rather than trawl through the alerts to see which is giving the issue.
Anyone know how i can assign email auto reaction methods to specific alerts in the CEN without setting this up locally in the monitored system?

we have some switches that are connected with our nexus switches via SFP-10GLR. all switches are ok but only one is getting warnings in the logs saying: CET: %SFF8472-5-THRESHOLD_VIOLATION: Te1/1: Rx power high warning; Operating value: -0.9 dBm, Threshold value: -1.0 dBm.
all the SFP,s are same in alle switches.

%SFF8472-5-THRESHOLD_VIOLATION Vs SFF8472-5-THRESHOLD_VIOLATION.
The first one is printed for the ports that are configured, but not connected/active.
You can avoid such error messages simply shutting down unused ports.
The latter indicates that there is a real threshold violation.

Does anyone know the call to make to run the domain configuration wizard in silent
mode (directly, without using the weblogic installer)?

Hello all, I am trying to execute the domain configuration wizard in silent mode,
but appear to be having some classpath problems. The class that is complains
about not finding exists in the weblogic.jar of the ebcc and server lib, but I
have tried several times and different ways (ie. export CLASSPATH, pass -classpath,
execute set-environment, etc.) to include these classes in the classpath. Any
help would be greatly appreciated. The wizard still returns that it completed
successfully, however, all of the files for the domain template have not been
copied to the new instance. An excerpt from the dmwiz filent log containing the

CCMS threshold values

Hi all,
I'm in the process of configuring CCMS threshold values for the ECC server. We are trying to configure the virtual memory,virtual cpu and LAN error threshold values. By default the threshold value is 2147483,647 MB for all the three . Now our requirement is when the virtual CPU is exceeding 75% it need to trigger an alarm and needs to change from green to yellow. We dont have idea of where from this default value is being pickedup.
How to calulate the threshold value for virtual cpu,memory and lan.
Can anyone throw some light on this issue?

Where can i see the virtual cpu,memory values. By default it is taking a value which is huge in size. My installations are on VM ware. CProject 4.0 evaluations - Define Threshold Values

Hello All
I need to set the Threshold Values so that the status icons can be showed on the dashboard.
I followed the installation guide but i wasn't`t so clear for me, the system provides some templates.
But most of the templates that appears on the 000 client are referred to resource asignment or work accomplishment. At this moment i need to set the alerts by schedule. Meaning that we want to set an alert depending on how far is the real date from the scheduled on task, checklist, etc
I would like to know if there are any documentation about how to configure this or anybody can give me a hint on this subject?.

The documentation is a little 'thin' in this area and the 'Define Thresholds' function is a bit strange to use.
So here's an example:
Assume that I have created an evaluation that includes planned start date (SCHEDULED_START).
Create a threshold value based on your evaluation, give it a name and choose 'TASK' for object category (you can leave it blank to mean all objects if you want to)
Click on the "a/b" button and go into the formula definition.
In here you build your formula by selecting fields, adding the operators (+ - > < = etc) and entering numbers or strings.
The example formula below triggers a threshold 5 days after the planned start date where the status is not complete.
( Calculated Start Date + 5 ) > Current Date AND System Status for an Object as a String <> 'I1702'
You can also toggle between this view and the 'Technical' view which allows you to type the formula in directly using field names (example below):
( SCHEDULED_START + 5 ) > SYST-DATUM AND SYSTEM_STATUS <> 'I1702' AND TSK_TYPE = 'ZPF_STANDARD'

If you are talking about the Domain which is used inside a Data Element, while defining data types, and as far as my knowledge goes...
We cannot store values in Domain...they are just for declaring Data types...And it is the Table Field which stores the values...

I saw a note, which says the following:
"WebLogic Server does not support multi-domain interaction using either the Administration Console, the weblogic.Admin utility, or WebLogic Ant tasks. This restriction does not, however, explicitly preclude a user written Java application from accessing multiple domains simultaneously."
In my case, I just want to list all the domains, is that possible by using any scripts?

If you use WLS Node Manager and the Config Wizard was used to create the domains, then the list of domains should be in a location like this:
<MIDDLEWARE_HOME>\wlserver_10.3\common\nodemanager\nodemanager.domains
Enterprise Manager Grid Control also has support for multi-domain management of WLS in a console.

Function Module to validate a value against domain fixed values

Could anybody please let me know if there is a standard Function Module that takes a Value and Domain name as an input and checks if the input value exists in the Fixed Values of the domain.

you can use fm FM_DOMAINVALUE_CHECK. Pass parameter values for I_DOMNAME and I_DOMVALUE.
If the value is invalid, exception VALUE_NOT_ALLOWED will occur.

Need to set values in the configurator

Im a workflow consultant and need a bit of advice regarding updating the configurator values. I know about the function module "vc_i_get_configuration" gets the values in the configurator and the parameter for that would be cuobj. But is there any function module in place which updates the configurator with new values from a custom screen. This custom screen is going to be in the workflow.
