Build problem

Hello!
I need some help setting up my project. I am not a java programmer, I am taking over a project. Project is about the SOAP and web services. So I read about it and downloaded Java EE 5.0 platform and installed it. According documentation it supports API for SOAP and XML.
Then I installed NetBeans on my Windows XP profesional system, started a new project, pointed it to existing directory, and after that tried to build the system. And I am getting a 100 errors about imported packages as it shown in the source file fragment :

In my experience whatever you see in the Mac DVD player with your build files is what you will end up with on the disk. The simulator isn't the best QC device.
Interesting solution but it makes me think there could be other issues because I have never had more or less success with burns based on how I add elements within the project. I am not an expert but I have been using this program to author DVDs for almost nine years.
If my builds or projects all of sudden start behaving crazy when they were just working the last time I used them then there is usually something corrupt.
Worst-case scenario I have started a new project and re-authored. Whenever I have done this it has always worked.
