Bulk API V2.0 Data extract support for additional objects (Campaign,Email,Form,FormData,LandingPage)?

allison.moore
Any plans for adding following objects under Bulk API V2.0 for data extraction from Eloqua. Extracting the data using the REST API for these objects makes it complicated.

Thanks for quick response. Extracting these objects using REST API in depth=Complete poses lots of complication from the code perspective since these object(s) contains multiple nested or embedded objects within it. is there any guideline on how to extract these objects using REST so that we can get all the data which is required for analysis/reporting.

    Hi,
    One user is having the below error message appear when she attempts to print remittances. This has only started happening since yesterday and all other documents are still printing.
    "The requested action is not supported for this object. [message 131-171]"
    Any ideas what could be the problem?

    Hi Johnson,
    I have not tried your suggestion till now as I am waiting for the database copy from my client.
    Just a quick question, As I already mentioned earlier and I also keep getting the issues from the users reporting that the user's get this error only if they print 'remittance advise reports' has multiple invoices.
    The report prints fine if it has single invoice even if it is a check payment.
    Will your suggestions address this as well?

    Izhar,
    I would suggest going to the Business Objects Support site and doing a search on "portal integration kit" (and before clicking on search, choose your product via the "Products:" indicator, as well as choosing the Document Types of "Kbase Articles", "Product Documentation", and "Technical Papers").

  • Data Services support for HL7 standard

    Hi everyone,
    We have a Healthcare customer who uses HL7 messages to integrate with their Healthcare applications.
    According to our investigations, this HL7 standard uses the communication protocol MLLP.
    Is this supported by Data Services?
    Thanks a lot!

    Hello David
    As part SAP NL initiative, I have developed an adapter for integrating HL7 application using SAP PI 7.11. This adapter is a consulting solution and it is known as IAH (Integration Adapter for Healthcare). It can communicate HL7 messages over MLLP and has support for all HL7 V 2.X messages. The adapter is already being used by some of our local & international customers.

  • Where are the data-binding frameworks for Oracle Objects?

    Oracle offers a few different options for data-binding frameworks to Oracle relational data. Amongst them they include TopLink and the Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)in JDeveloper 10G. J2EE also offers the EJB standard framework. Both of the Oracle data-binding frameworks appear to work well with relational data but fail miserably when one tries to work with a fully fledged Oracle Object-Relational schema. I have spend much time with ADF but have not been able to create successful bindings to Objects with nested complex objects (such as a 2-level nested object) or objects containing nested tables. TopLink will not even touch Object tables.
    Have other people being more successful with this? Do we have to implement our own data binding framework? Does Oracle plan on improving these frameworks to fully support Oracle Objects?

    TopLink Runtime supports both fully fledged OX mappings and nested complex objects. These mappings can be setup in the code.
    TopLink ADF design time however currently does not have support for OX mappings.
    Hope this helps,

  • Support for database objects shall be installed

    Hello,
    my problem is the following:
    Support for Repository (Core) Objects is installed,
    but I want to install the support database objects, too.
    Can you help me with that?
    Thanks

    Henrik,
    I assume you mean the Designer model, as this provides a structured database model, along with many other elements. You are given the option to install the Designer model along with the Core model when you initially installed the repository using the Repository Administration Utility.

  • GUI data extraction tool for business users

    Hi,
    I am looking for recommendations for a business user tool to easily extract data from an Oracle database. Our requirements are:
    - a user-friendly GUI point-and-click tool that will allow users to select columns, aggregations and filters and will automatically generate the SQL and retrieve a result set.
    - will support free-form SQL as an alternative.
    - can be hosted as a web application so that desktop install of software not required.
    - supports unicode character sets.
    - allows export of result set to Excel.
    - the ability to save and/or share queries would be nice.
    If you're familiar with Hummingbird's BI Query, something similar to this might do the trick. Graphs and charts are not required, we just need data retrieval.
    Many thanks for your help,
    Peter

  • Using Bulk Scenario to Capture Data from Source for First time

    Hi,
    I need to setup ODI for a table between two Database. Genereally, I follow practice of importing oracle  dump of table into target database for the first time before delta capture preocess starts. However, this time there is space constraint at source system & we can not create the oracle dump as it will result into 120-130 GB.
    Is it possible to import these one time data into target Database via ODI Bulk Schenario. Does ODI have any timeouts set at the database connetion as this will take long running session to copy across such a huge data. Will it cause any time outs at Database.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks.

    Hi All,
    Thanks a lot for your responses. Moving ahead and trying out different things, i figured out that the EPMA/Planning had to be on the same machine as the ERPI. After installing EPMA/Planning on the same machine, the ERPI target application registration page started displaying all the applications created using the EPMA and i also successfully registered my target planning application with ERPI. But you know life is not that fair, right after the resolution of this problem, another problem appeared :(. While registering the target planning application, EPMA was by default selected as the Metadata Load method and i selected FDM as the data load method.
    After registering the application, i happily started adding the metadata rule as instructed in the knowledge document 951369.1 (Thanks user735469 for the reference), but when i clicked on the Add Dimension button, the next page gave an error stating There are no more dimensions remaining to be mapped under this application. and the dimensions drop down under the target application area was empty.
    According to this link http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12825_01/epm.111/readme/fdm_11113_readme.html , this error can be fixed by clicking on the refresh button but i couldnt find a refresh button on the entire page. I tried refreshing the browser but to vain. I also downloaded and applied latest ERPI patch but still no positive results.
    Any idea why is this happening ?
    Desperately waiting for your help. :(

  • Support for additional apis

    hello i to all
    my question is that
    Mobiles only support MIDP 1.0,2.0
    but how these mobiles can support additional apis
    like bluetooth and mmapi etc
    please reply it

    I do think that the j2me has some specific apis for bluetooth and mime... but the implementation of these technologies varies from cel to cel. So, you must make program including these kind of technologies but if the cell phone doesn't have this technology support in it, I'm not sure, but I do think that it'll not work. If I'm wrong in it... plz... correct me. =)

  • Reports Sugestion - Data Template Support for Downloadable PDF Reports.

    This is something that I miss in APEX reports that I would like to see. Right now I have BI Publisher tied to my APEX install but there are reports I would like to move over but I hate the fact that APEX does not have the ability to use BI Publisher XML Data Templates! It seems like if you have the integration this would be a natural thing to have so you could use complex report and APEX security (as I found a few issues in BI Publisher that are deal killers for running a few of my newer reports directly on BIP). Most of my reports are too complex and would require extensive XPath coding to setup using RTF templates. This just seems like something that would be very useful in APEX.

    David:
    I should have a whitepaper on this subject by the end of the month.
    http://jastraub.blogspot.com/2008/12/more-changes-to-flexwsapi.html
    I know this doesn't help you right now so I will describe how it works. Create a Manual Web reference as described on Tyler's blog, except for the SOAP Envelope, using something like:
    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:pub="http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/service/PublicReportService" xmlns:soapenc="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/">
    <soapenv:Header/>
    <soapenv:Body>
    <pub:runReport soapenv:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/">
    <reportRequest xsi:type="pub:ReportRequest">
    <attributeFormat xsi:type="xsd:string">#P2_FORMAT#</attributeFormat>
    <parameterNameValues xsi:type="pub:ArrayOfParamNameValue" soapenc:arrayType="pub:ParamNameValue[]"/>
    <reportAbsolutePath xsi:type="xsd:string">#P2_ABS_PATH#</reportAbsolutePath>
    </reportRequest>
    <userID xsi:type="xsd:string">#APP_USER#</userID>
    <password xsi:type="xsd:string">#P101_PASSWORD#</password>
    </pub:runReport>
    </soapenv:Body>
    </soapenv:Envelope>
    You can hardcode format to pdf if that is all you wish to download. You can also hardcode the userID parameter, reportAbsolutePath, and the password parameter if you wish. Use something like DOWNLOAD_DOCUMENT as the collection name.
    Now create a page and create a before header process of type Web service that invokes this reference. The document's binary data will be stored in a node of an XML document in the collection encoded in base64 format. You will need another process that converts that to a BLOB and then presents a dialog to the browser to save the document. You can accomplish with a process like the following, after the call to the Web service:
    declare
    l_mime varchar2(48);
    l_name varchar2(4000);
    l_base64 clob;
    l_blob blob;
    l_size number;
    l_xml xmltype;
    l_ns varchar2(4000) default null;
    l_path varchar(255) default '//multiRef';
    begin
    l_mime := flex_ws_api.parse_response('DOWNLOAD_DOCUMENT',l_path||'/reportContentType/text()',l_ns);
    l_name := 'test.pdf';
    l_base64 := flex_ws_api.parse_response_clob('DOWNLOAD_DOCUMENT',l_path||'/reportBytes/text()',l_ns);
    l_blob := flex_ws_api.clobbase642blob(l_base64);
    l_size := dbms_lob.getlength(l_blob);
    htp.init;
    owa_util.mime_header( nvl(l_mime,'application/octet'), FALSE );
    htp.p('Content-length: '||l_size);
    htp.p('Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="'||replace(replace(l_name,chr(10),null),chr(13),null)||'"');
    owa_util.http_header_close;
    wpg_docload.download_file( l_blob );
    apex_application.g_unrecoverable_error := true;
    end;
    I hope that helps. Stay tuned for the white paper and sample application.

    Jason

  • Extract DDL for all objects separately !

    Hi All
    I have a huge DB having 3000 tables (having indexes,triggers,synonym), 1200 functions/procedures, 1000 views etc.
    I need to extract only metadata and put into a version control repository.
    I need to extract all objects (tables,procs,functions,views) in separate files, with the grants for each procs/func/table/view in the respective procs/func/table/view file only.
    Indexes should be in respective table file only. Each object (procs/func/table/view etc) should have DROP command in the beginning.
    I tried sql developer, but it gives separate files for grants,indexes,triggers,drops etc and also gives option to generate one script for all tables, one for all views, one for all indexes and so on, so doesn't satisfy my requirement.
    Please suggest me a good tool (preferably FREE one) to extract the metadata in said fashion.
    Thanks.

    sb2075's answers are your best option. Write a PL/SQL script on the server to use DBMS_METADATA.GET_DDL or whatevever equivalent extraction routine will work for you. Loop through the objects you need from the data dictionary and writing the data using UTL_FILE. The simplified logic should look something like
    foreach table
      get the ddl
      generate filename
      open file
      write ddl
      close file>
    I tried sql developer, but it gives separate files for grants,indexes,triggers,drops etc and also gives option to generate one script for all tables, one for all views, one for all indexes and so on, so doesn't satisfy my requirement.You don't want to manually use SQL*Developer to do 3000 extractions anyways. The script should do it all for you.

  • CO data extraction:  report table CO object product cost accounting

    In <b>R/3</b> I have a report which has been created with the <u>Report Writer</u> (tCode GR31). It uses a <u>library</u> based on the <i>report table CO object product cost accounting</i> (KKBC).
    The interesting aspect is that this library contains the <u>characteristic</u> <i>sales order number</i> (KDAUF). Using it as well as other characteristics (<i>cost element</i>, <i>value type</i>, <i>results analysis version</i>), the <u>key figure</u> <i>total costs</i> SWKG has been <u>restricted</u> (in the BI meaning) in a variety of ways, giving several restricted key figures.
    I am looking for the corrisponding <u>content objects</u> in <b>BW</b> which could allow obtaining the same result. My issue is that all the objects I've found apparently don't have the detail of <u>0DOC_NUMBER</u>.
    After reading the manual page <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/cb/149b3979e90e1be10000000a114084/frameset.htm">InfoCubes in Controlling</a> I've considered the following InfoCubes:
    <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/64/0a6937adf79120e10000009b38f842/frameset.htm">CO-PC-OBJ: Cost Object Controlling</a> (0PC_C01)
    It contains only the data of <u>cost elements</u> linked to <u>production orders</u>. As a consequence, the costs elements linked generically to the <u>customer orders</u> are not present. Please notice that the <u>navigational attribute</u> 0DOC_NUMBER is an attribute of 0PRODORDER.
    <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/33/6db6385443bd7ae10000009b38f8cf/content.htm">CO-OM: Costs and Allocations (Delta Extraction)</a> (0COOM_C02)
    It contains all the <u>cost elements</u>, thus also those which are linked to the <u>customer orders</u>. Unfortunately the data are not at the desired level of detail, being aggregated with respect to 0DOC_NUMBER. When a cost element is linked to a production order, the characteristic <i>partner object</i> (0PIOVALUE) contains the <i>production order number</i>. However for those cost elements which are linked to sales documents, the characteristic <i>partner object</i> has no value.
    Do you have any idea what <u>DataSource</u> could give me all the data I need, currentrly extracted in R/3 through the KKBC reporting structure?
    Cheers, Davide

    Suddenly we got zero values for all enchanced Objects only.But we are getting the data in RSA3.But in BW side, the enchanced objects are displaying zero.The Standard Objects are displaying with correct values. The BADI is already active only.

    Hi,
    The best way to figure it out is: check ur data source settings like Hide , and the code whether it is active ..Check in PSA whether u are getting the data..
    Then the next option: once replicate ur DS and activate the transfer rules and update rules...
