  • Corresponding Business Object in CRM as like BUS2032 in ECC

    Hi,
    In ECC system I am able to work with BUS2032 business object-> Create for sales order creatrion where I am able to link my custom task. But now I want to create sales order in CRM system. That is done through CRMD_ORDER but is there any business object like bus2032 in CRM system where I can link my task as like ECC or can you give me any idea where I can link my task which will be executed after sales order creation in CRM?

    Every One Order you create in CRM have a Transaction Type .  The Transaction Type config ( SPRO -> CRM -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Transaction Type ) will tell you which Transaction Categoty/Business Objects it is assigned to under   ' Assignment of Business Transaction Categories' .
    Also after creating the Transactional Document , check the Table Entry in CRMD_ORDERADM_H , where OBJECT_ID = Transaction Number ,   OBJECT_TYPE should tell you the Business Object

  • Authorization Check in Business Transactions in CRM 2007

    Hi everybody, I have a problem whit the authorization check in CRM 2007.

    I follow this steps:
    1.- Created a new single role on the PFCG
    2.- On the Menu tab add the transaction BSP_CRMD_BUS2000108 (Trax for LEADS)
    3.- On the authorization tab create a new profile and in the authorization data set the values for CRM_ORD_OP: PARTN_FCT ‘00000012’, PARTN_FCTT ‘*’, ACTVT ‚'02,03’
    4.- Generate the authorization.
    5.- Set my user "TESTUSER" on the user tab
    6.- Save the profile
    Then, I login to CRM whit TESTUSER and I see all the leads.  I miss something, what could be the problem ?

    Hi Shaji, Pankaj and Jushan, thanks four your answers.
    I still have the same problem, I want to see only my leads that I´am the responsible, after I generated the authorization and assign the role to my user from tcode PFCG and SU01, I logout and login again and no changes, I still see all the leads.
    Another test I made, I changed the authorization data and set the values for CRM_ORD_OP: PARTN_FCT ‘’, PARTN_FCTT ‘0008’, ACTVT ‚'’   (person responsible)  and the results was the same, see all the leads.
    How works the User Comparisons and how can I check for errors in my pfcg role ?

    Hello!
    In the WebUI there are different Business Partner Types (Person, Organization, Group).
    From user perspective you can differentiate between:
    - Corporate Account (Organization)
    - Individual Account (Person)
    - Group Account (Group)
    - Employee (Person)
    - Contact Person (Relationship) (Person)
    All these Business Partner have an own Overview-Page. Usually you can create the Business Partner starting from the related Search-Result-List (by default the new-button is not available for Employees as a Sales Rep usually doesnu2019t create new Employees u2026).
    You can assign Business Partner Roles to these Business Partners (there is an own Assignment-Block within every Overview-Page of a Business Partner). Some roles will also get assigned automatically, if you create this Business Partner.
    However it is possible to assign multiple roles to the Business Partner. Itu2019s also possible to have different Views of one Business Partner. E. g. an Individual Account can also be a Contact Person for another Account. But here it is not the Role determining the View it is the Contact Person Relationship doing this.
    The Role itself also has an impact on the UI of the Business Partner as dependent on the Roles some Assignment-Blocks are displayed or not.

    Yeah, I know it's a basic question. I'm fairly familiar with CRM 5.0 but 2007 is new to me and there a good few changes.
    If I need to add a new field (probably with some processing to set its value) to the Service ticket what would be the steps I need to take to achieve this in CRM  2007?.

    Are we talking about the EEW Business objects displayed in the EEWB as there is no business object called 'CRM OPPORTUNITY', but there is one called 'OPPORTUNITY'. Just wanted to make sure I was on the right track.
    So, as I need to change the service ticket it would mean that my transaction type will be service request,or whatever the shorted value is, is that correct?.
    I can see the transaction types in table CRMC_PROC_TYPE_T, although it looks like I need to pick SRVO (Service order) at a guess, and if this is right I'm looking for the EEW Business object to match. But it feels like guesswork to me. For example, I could choose EEW Business object 'SERVICE_TRANSACTION' which has an Extension type of 'CUSTOMER_H', or I could choose EEW Business object 'SERVICE_CONTRACT' or 'SERVICE_CONFIRMATION', although the last is unlikely. But, my point is there is so much open to interpreatation, and I'm expecting it to be more exact. Perhaps I'm just missing something.

    Hi Mia,
    Authorization group is available in the old versions and basically this help in defining new authorization groups and you can define what can be done with these authorization groups as what can be edited and what cannot be and this is done on SPRO. These authorization groups are entered in the authorization group and the user who has this authorization object will be able to work on the account.
    So the business role in CRM 2007 has a PFCG role and the authorization profile that you created are assigned to the business role and users are assigned to the business role.
    There are also few authorization objects to maintian the BP relationship and see if you can use these combination to check if it meets your requirement.

  • SD customer replication from CRM 2007 in ISU

    Hi Experts,
    I am creating a Business partner in CRM 2007 in role sold to party which is getting replicated in ISU system(Entry is saved in table BUT000) also the entry for SD customer gets saved in table KNA1; however system can not retrieve sales area for customer (No entry in table KNVV).
    Sales area has already been maintained for Reference customer and required configuration is also in place.
    Please let me know if anyone has faced similar kind of issue.

    Hello Amit,
    As far as I know the reference customer is used when your business partner is created in ISU only.
    If you create your business partner in CRM you will have to add your sales area manually, or via "mini-templates" for example... but the reference business partner won't be used (check the relevant cookbook: ref BP is used for data transfer from ISU --> CRM but not from CRM --> ISU).

    Pls let me know one thing abt CRM 2007: Can we do all transactions ( T-Code ) on SAP Easy Access CRM menu or just some on the menu and the others on web?
    To make u understand clearly abt my situations: I have one IDES CRM 2007 server but the SAP CRM menu dont have enough transactions even though the basic team gave me full authorization.

    The list of business roles for CRM 2007 can found in the IMG under:
    CRM->Business Roles->Define Business Role
    For Marketing the standard role delivered is: MARKETINGPRO
    Other common roles:
    SALESPRO - sales
    SERVICEPRO - service
    TPM_PRO - trade promotion management
    IC_AGENT - interaction center agent
    IC_MANAGER- interacation center manager
    Those roles cover almost all the standard non-industry specific functionality of CRM 2007.

  • Help with replication of Contract Accouunt as Business Agreement in CRM.

    I am Replicating ISU business objects in CRM.
    I have already sucuessfully replicated teh BP. Now I am working on replicating Contract Account as Business Agreement.
    I tried to follow the Set up and Load guide for replication of the same, however, could not follow it properly as steops did not seem very clear.
    - I have assigned internal number range to ISU contract accounts and identical number range to CRM business agreements as external.
    - I have also checked the tables COM_BUPA_CALL_FU,CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU,TFKFBS, CRMC_BUAG_ACTV
    for the entries recommended in the setup and load guide. All is ok.
    - I have also setup teh publication of object BUAG_MAIN.
    -THERE ARE NO ENTRIES IN THE TABLE TFK_BUAG_REF.(I am niot sure if this is how it is suppose to be)
    The Contract account is still not replicating in CRM as Business Agreement.
    CAN ANYONE PLEASE PLEASE GUIDE ME AS TO WHAT I AM MISSING AND WHAT I SHOULD BE DOING NEXT?
    I will be very grateful for any help or clue.

  • Add extra Business Objects to model CRM 2007: Web Client Records

    Hello,
    Could anyone tell me how I can add more Reference Objects in Case Management?
    I copied the model CRM 2007: Web Client Records and added a new node (with for example Business Object Service Order) just like product and installations (which are visible under the reference objects)
    I created a new element type under SCMG_SP_CASE_RECORD --> Z_CRM_SPS_CASE_RECORD and in the customizing we attached the model to the case type under Case Management --> Extended Customizing --> Process Actions --> Assign Action Profile to Case Type.
    Still the new Business Object in the model isn't visible under Case Management in de WebUI.
    Could anyone tell me if I'm missing something or is there a config guide available how to add more business objects?

    First use EEWB
    1) create project
    2) Under Project create Extention (Extention Type BUPA)
    this way you add new fieilds/table to BP incliding BOL/Genil
    Enhance your component (I assume BP_HEAD)
    Enhance your view
    with wizard add new attribute to your BulHeader node in the view.

    if you activate the technical names in the menu, you'll see that transction for maintaining sales transactions is called:
    crmd_bus2000115
    So there you have it, it's BO BUS2000115

  • BP merge functionality in CRM 2007 Web UI - Buswu02 objects

    hello champs,
    Could any help me out to resolve the below issue:
    I have a issue with BP Account merge functionality in crm 2007, I have made the config change to create the cleansing case, create task, triggered the bupa_realign to merge the duplicate customer to Master record.
    In this case, Task is created and transferring the BP master data and marked the duplicate BP to to be archived but the issue is, we do want to transfer the service tickets from duplicate customer to master customer.
    I have also check all the setting in buswu01 and buswu02 (clear and clear_rep variants), for me its looks every thing fine but service ticket are not transferred to master account.
    It would be great help if any one help to resolve the issue!     Thanks a lot in advance.

    This question has been resolved by me only, we have implemented the BP merge functionality with web ui crm 2007.
    And
    It was the issue with objects maintenance in tran buswu01 and transportation to testing client and other systems.
    now BP merge fun. works fine:
    to config:
    User the BP merge funn. in web ui.
    Assign the Task for merging the BP's
    Maintain the all relevant object to transfer.
    which will trigger a batch job and will transfer all the transact from duplicate account to master account and will mark the duplicate account to Archive.
    any ho thanks for all your suggestions and help.
