Button: can't understand... I need it changes page like hyperlink

Hi all,
I searched here and there but, I'm sorry, I really can't understand how is implemented and how to configure a Button Item in APEX 4.0...
In my page n.4 (f?p=104:4) I added at the bottom two ITEMS: a TextField with "SEARCHDEVICE" name and a Button with SEARCH name.
What I want is that on press Button it goes to page 5 with TextField's text set in "THE_DEVICE" Application Item.
So the final URL should work like:
f?p=104:5:&app_session.::NO::THE_DEVICE:&SEARCHDEVICE.
How to obtain that?

Well that is weird, you basically have 2 options when clicking a button in APEX when it comes to navigating to another page:
- You can change the button's code-behind so it redirects/submits to another page directly.
- You can use a branch that redirects your call after a button is clicked through the condition part of the branch.
I thought that for your requirement the first would be easier, I tried it myself on the APEX 4.0 environment on apex.oracle.com, seems weird you can't get it to work though since it's normally pretty easy to do.

There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

You could use dialogMode property configured under cq:editConfig node.

Beginner needs slideshow with pages and hyperlinks

I've used Adobe PS, PSE, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, etc. now have cloud.
All I want to create is a simple SWF the moves a picture from right to left, holds a few seconds so that a person can click the page to go to a linked page, exit, enter two more pages that also hold and link to pages.
I used to create this slideshow in Powerbullet Presenter (www.powerbullet.com a free swf producer) but the software won't export the finished slideshow properly with 64 bit.
Surely something this simple could be done somewhere in the Adobe Cloud set of programs.
I've tried Flash, InDesign, Fireworks. But now I'm frustrated.
Hope someone can point me in the right direction with words and/or a tutorial.

I'm looking for a non-asp.net Homepage AdRotator type something to put on my homepage.
You have a page/photo that you can link a web page to, it rotates to a new page/photo with a new link to web page, and on for however many pages. I don't have ASP.
My site is www.cara4webshopping.com and the current slideshow is the crippled powerbullet swf output. At this point I'm thinking of finding someone with an XP computer and just doing what I have to do with powerbullet presenter since it does it so easily. <SIGH> All this big "adobe" software, and an older free program does it easier? faster? <SIGH>
Please if any one knows Powerbullet Presenter alternative for 64 bit, especially in Adobe, let me know.

Are you wanting actual URL or just the url (query string
variables)?
For url variables you would reference the structure.variable
name like so:
#url.variablename#
So if you had a url like this:
http://www.somedomain.com?page=home&action=view
You could access the variables like so:
#url.page#
#url.action#
If you are wanting to actual page you could use:
#cgi.script_name#

Have you guys been able to activate your iphone yet? I bought an iphone 4s from eBay and it worked fine, but the previous user had left some data on it, so last night I used the "erased all content and settings" to restore it to factory setting so I can start fresh and restore my backup. But now I'm stuck at the activation screen (I get the same "the activation server is temporarily unavailable") and can't get it to activate, even if I use my old deactivated AT&T sim card (I'm on straighttalk now).
I might try activating it with an active AT&T sim card from my fiancee's phone when she gets home, so I'll let you know how that works outs.
If it's true that the server is down; anyone know when it will be back up again? Thanks in advance.

Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

I can open a certain link in Internet Explorer and see all the information but when I open it in Firefox I get the HTML. Is there a setting I need to change in Firefox?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.
