BX-Master and 5th HD controler

I have problem with my aditional HD SATA controler in my BX-Master (6163), On board are 2 controlers (Intel and Promise Ultra 66), now i have in compie aditional two Sil 3112 controlers (2 SATA) and one Promise FastTrak S150TX4 (4 SATA). If are all controlers switch in boards, windows wont to start, in case i get out one of this three aditional controlers, all is ok, compie boot, widows works...Maximum is 4 controlers. It is problem of board or problem of windows?

so i tested some configuration of my compie and it is terrible, i changed 10 settings in bios and give new controler into 1st PCI and it works...problem was in PCI bus mastering of some devices. Nowhere is written, that some devices cannot be on the same PCI conection (some PCI slots share same IRQ). Problem in my compie was, that two Raid controlers shares one IRQ!!! The same problem is with PCI controler and PCI network card - network is OK, controler had problems...Because of configuration of my compie is no more posible to have 5 controlers, cos there is no "IRQ place" for it!!!. I thing this problem have many boards with 440BX chipset.

Master control attribute value discrepency between Master and child org.

We are facing a strange issue in Track install Base Attribute values. There are some 60K item having discrepency in the value of the this attribute between master and child.
We are wondering how it happens as this attribute is master controlled one and we never changed this attribute control and kept as Master controlled. The master value is true

Controlling Master and Headset at the same time

I'm using GNOME 2.14 and using a laptop computer for all my needs. I've
3 controls (Volume Up, Down and Mute) on my laptop that I use to control
the Master channel. But if I connect a headset to listen to my music, I
have to manually change the volume from the mixer. Is there a option or
some kind of work around that I can control the Master and Headset
channels at the same time.. I want them to be the same always..?

If you have setup keyboard shortcuts to run specific commands with xbindkeys or the like, you can make them run these commands:
amixer set Master 1- & amixer set Headphone 1-
amixer set Master 1+ & amixer set Headphone 1+
You have to investigate how to match them as on my box the headphone command changes more than the master, so that you might need to use 3 -/+ from master to match 1 -/+ from headphones for example.

ADF BC - One Master and Two Detail pages How To?

I have an existing ADF BC .jspx master-detail page that works fine. It shows one product as the master (read-only; no navigation controls) and assocatied customer feedback as the detail (multiple records; read-only.) Now I also want to compute some averages from the same table used to create the detail view object. I have created a second view object because this requires a separate query that calculates aggregate values. I want to take advantage of using view links so that this 2nd view object is automatically linked to the master record via the primary key.
My question is how can I link this into the existing master-detail data control so that I can drag/drop it to include id on the existing .jspx page and the primary key linkages will be handled automatically?

Thanks for the reply. The existing customer feedback view object displays the customer's text feedback (testimonials) - these will be displayed in a read-only table with multiple records.
The new view object aggregates the ratings score from the customer feedback (same FEEDBACK database table) and will use a form to display the results (not multiple rows.) The PK is included in the aggregate view object query.
Note there is already an existing viewlink between the PK (Master) and FK (Feedback) - in the data control, this viewlink is an instance of the Master View Object and the Customer Feedback View object. Now that I have created a third view object, should I create another View Link between the Master View Object and the Customer Feedback AVERAGES View Object? If I do this, how do I include it in the existing .jspx page? If I add this new View Link to the Application Module I will have two different Data Controls:
Data Control #1: Master (Product) View Object + Customer Feedback View Object #1 (implemented as a master-detail read-only form/table on a .jspx page)
Data Control #2: Master (Product) View Object + Customer Feedback AVG View Object #2
I'm confused as to how to integrate the second customer feedback view object into the existing Data Control / Master-Detail read-only form/table on my .jspx page?

Failed to insert both in master and detail tabels

Hello everyone,
I have a form with a master-detail relation between two data blocks. The master data block gets data from a view (of two tables). Insert in this block alone works.
If I add a record in master block and one in the detail block than, when I save changes, I get the following error:
ORA-02291: integrity constraint (MASTER_DETAIL_FK) violated - parent key not found.
The MASTER_DETAIL_FK constraint is set on FK column from detail table and references PK column from master table.
It looks like Forms try to insert first into the details block and than into master block, but I can not control this. In addition, if the master block is based on a table (not a view), I can add both a master and a detail record and save works ok.
I'm looking forward to a solution to this problem.

Apparently it tries to commit the children before the parent.
This error occurs only if you insert more than one child, if you insert just one everything works fine.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I use JDeveloper Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.0.2, ADF Faces & Business Components.

We've actually read the subsection 34.8 titled "Controlling Entity Posting Order to Avoid Constraint Violations” but since
we use standard BC functionality and we insert the master before the children we assume that the ADF BC Framework we do the insertion in the right order.
Also because we have a “Composed” association we don’t need to override the postChanges() method in order to
controls the order for saving the entities (regarding the documentation).
*Due to the fact that it works fine if we just insert one child it seems to me that it’s more like a Bug.*
If we indicate the association as “Composite” in JDeveloper then we receive the following error:

Hi, I have a Master list with accounts and a Details list containing transactions.
The Master list : has a UserControl (AccountListView) and Viewmodel(AccountListViewModel)
The list is bound to an observable collection of type AccountViewModel and has a SelectedAccount property to get the current selected account. Each AccountViewModel has a collection of type TransactionViewModel.

I created a hyperlink command so that whenever I click on the name of an account from the master list it will navigate to the detail list and set the as the DataContext the account I clicked on. Before I had both Master and Detail lists displayed at the
same time and set the DataContext of the Detail List as the SelectedAccount property(which is bound to the SelectedItem of the Master List) of the Master List. I am not sure how to pass the SelectedAccount when I navigate to the Detail List and set it as the
DataContext of the Detail List.

As I mentioned there is a NavigationParameters class that you can create an instance of and pass as a parameter to the RequestNavigate method in Prism 5:

The TransactionView should then implement the Microsoft.Practices.Prism.Regions.INavigationAware interface and retrieve the parameter in the OnNavigatedTo method:

In Prism 4 there is no NavigationParameters class so you either need to upgrade to Prism 5 if you haven't already done so or you could store the parameters to be passed yourself somewhere else. Please refer to the following links for more information and

The sound of my iphone has dissapeared when I play games and when i listen to muisic but when I put the headphones the sound come back and I can control the sound,what should I do??

My problem is that after printing the first photo or picture, when I come to print a second, both the Colour Management and Epson Colour Controls are greyed out and showing No Colour Management

I have recently purchased a Mac computer (updated to Maverick) to go with my Epson Stylus Photo RX500 printer which has given excellent service with my old Windows computer. However, when trying to print pictures or photos via Photoshop Elements 11, the best results I can get are using the Colour Management and Epson Colour controls in the printing options box.
My problem is that after printing the first photo or picture, when I come to print a second, both the Colour Management and Epson Colour Controls are greyed out and showing No Colour Management, The only way I can reset the controls is to shut down the printer and computer and restart.
Could there may be a setting somewhere that I need to adjust please? I have been in touch with Epson and they say that the Epson Colour controls are part of the Photoshop Elements software but a post on the Adobe forum brought no results and I am unable to contact Adobe.

Hello Garry. Thanks for the reply. I guess I should have used a different title from "How do I post a question?" That should come after trying to resolved the colour settings first. However, to answer your question, after experimenting with all the different settings in Photoshop Elements and Epson software, I now start with PSE11 Colour settings then click "no colour management" then after clicking Print, I choose "More Options/Colour Management/Colour Handling/Printer Manages Colour" then I choose "Page Setup/Layout/Colour Matching" which then shows Epson Colour Controls but I also choose "Layout/Colour Management" which then shows "Colour Controls/Mode" I then of course choose an Epson printer profile depending on the paper I am using. I get good results but as I said, the Colour Matching and Colour Controls are then greyed out. Hope that makes sense.

On-Screen Keyboard and a String Control

I am experiencing some odd behavior when I use the On-Screen keyboard (OSK) and a string control.
I am developing a application that will need to use the OSK to enter in some data on a touch screen monitor with no physical keyboard. I have a Event-Driven State Machine set up to the Key Down event when a word/characters are entered and the user presses the Enter Key on the OSK. I noticed if I probe the VKey wire wuen I press the Enter Key on the OSK, it comes across as a Return press. No big deal I thought, just see if the Return Key is pressed and continue on.
When I went to test my program, I noticed that my values were displaying as if nothing was entered. Digging a little further, I noticed that my original data is still there if I press the Backspace Key and remove the Return command. Probing the string wire within the string control indicates that that the value comes back as a empty string in my string control even though my entire string is physically still there. I can press the backspace key (deleting the carriage return) and see my original text. What I think is happening is when I press the Return Key on the OSK, it inserts something and moves my text either up or down and when I use the property node to extract the data within the string control, I get a empty string.
How have you gotten around this? I'd like to hear your solutions.

Since you marked Jarle's message as the solution, I hope it means your happy and he's helped you solve your problem.
I had never seen the OSK app before. It looks like it can be very useful, but these other issues like how to programmatically get into it, or out of it with a task kill seem like they are a bit of a hack to work with something that shows so much promise.
If these issues are too big, consider making your home pop-up keyboard as a LabVIEW VI. It would be a little bit of work, but not so bad. I've made a pop-up numeric keyboard that I've used in a few apps of mine. Of course that is fewer keys to layout and deal with. And I didn't need decimals for what I was doing so I didn't have to program that which adds a little complication.
A pop-up keyboard might actually be easier, other than having 3-4 times the number of keys depending on how many symbols you need to deal with, and if you need to deal with CAPS, or CAPS lock or whatever.
There is also a chance that someone may have done something already. A google search might find something. It is likely in the NI community if it exists. If you can find something that works or is close to what you want, it might be better than using this OSK executable.
Just some ideas to toss out there.
