C5 - cannot see contacts

Hello! When I press the Contacts icon my C5 displays a blank page for 2 seconds and then it returns to main menu or main display. I tried to add contacts and they are visible only on the constacts bar in main display. I cannot get the contacts from the SIM card.
I did an update but no change.
What should I do next?

When I am sending a text message, I cannot see the contact telephone number in the To: field. Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed ?
In my previous nokia phones, you can always see the contact name and the number you are using.

1 : Assume that you have entered the different nos. (mobile, Landline, etc)for ONE person under a single Phone book entry..
2 : If you have done the above you will get the pop-up box for selecting the phone no.
3 : When you select the no. from the list you know which one was selected (... and it is not a landline no..)
Then why do you need to see the no. in the 'To' field once again ?
And you can first write the Text message and then add receipients in the 'To' field...

Mail cannot see Contacts

Hi all.
I have an odd problem where Mail in 10.8 cannot see my Contacts. I've looked at the Privacy Settings in System Preferences and the Contacts section shows a number of other applications but not Mail. I can find no way of adding Mail to the permitted applications. I also tried deleting my Mail accounts and adding them again to see if Mail would ask for permission.
Any ideas on how to get mail to see my contacts?

It's normal not to see photo stream photos on icloud.com as they cannot be viewed there.

Cannot see contacts from email address

When I setup an additional email I am unable to see contacts associated with that address.

Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is app and data safe!
OR
Delete the email address/contact and set it up afresh.

Cannot see Contacts

I've performed a backup via Backup Assistant. When I go to My Verizon, I see that I recently synced. I cannot, however, see any contacts to edit or otherwise. I've used IE, FF, and Chrome...no luck.

ds2014, I'd be happy to help you with your contacts. Let's get to the bottom of this. What phone do you have? Have you tried using the VZW cloud app that would be found in the Google Play store? Cannot See Gmail Contacts in Sync

hi,
I recently moved from Android to Iphone 4, i have my contacts sycned with my gmail account from my android phone, when i try to sync, i can only see Mail, caledner and Notes in the Account options, I cannot see Contacts.
How can i bring it to the Gmail account sync?
is there anyother way to sync contacts?

Set up your Gmail account as an Exchange account. This allows for full contact and calendar sync. Instructions can be found in the Gmail help pages on line.

I can see how you do that when using the 'normal' emailing system from my mailing box, but not when working from the contact application (the 'book' on the bottom icon bar with the @ on it)....

However, because I modified the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast and nothing changed, I redirected it to another feed and then I deleted this feed.
Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

My contacts cannot see me, I can see them.

My Contacts cannot see me. I can see them clearly, also can see myself. They get a message saying connection slow will resume video when connection improves.
These contacts are in various locations so seems highly unlikely they are all affected. This problem started yesterday.

This may be due to your internet connection not providing 128 Kbps upstream, as indicated by the message received.
A 128-Kbps or better upstream and downstream Internet connection. Performance may vary according to network throughput and usage.

Click the Bookmarks icon in the Safari toolbar.
On the right hover your cursor just above the line where you see Bookmark and Address. When you see the small white hand drag up or down as needed to reveal your Bookmarks.

Have synced iPhone to iMac but cannot see any Contacts on iMac

Am new to iMac. Have managed to sync iPhone to iMac. But when I then open iMac Contacts, cannot see any.

Thanks, but I don't and won't use the Cloud. When I bought the iMac I thought I could use it with the iPhone 4S. Now I find that I am expected to hand over a lot of confidential information to the Cloud, if I just want to copy my iPhone Contacts to my iMac Contacts.
Why does Apple want to put such a condition on what is a normal basic principle, of having a copy of my Contacts file ?

I'd start by making sure nothing is covering the front facing camer such as a case. Is this a problem with everyone you FaceTime or just one person. Does your front facing camera work otherwise?
