Call list question

Hi,
I have "exported" a call list to interaction center web client. I have opened it and picked the first BP from the list, but when I "finish" the call the BP is not removed from the list. I have also set the staus for the interaction center record as finished. Could you please give me suggestion on how to fix this?

Hi Camilla,
What version of CRM are you using. You may find relevant OSS Notes based on the version of CRM you are having.
Some of the OSS Notes that could be useful to you are 750035, 1020524, 739314 or check related OSS notes for this. Apparently this is a program error and needs fixing by applying relevant OSS notes.

    How do I block all in coming calls that do not show on my caller Id. Phone says "no caller id" This particular call is from a place selling septic tank cleaner. They leave an automated voice mail. They are calling me over and over. I am on the national do not call list but that's no help. Because the caller id doesn't show anything I can't even report them.
    I remember in the past calling a number and before my call would go thru I would have to enter my phone number so the party I was calling knew who was calling them. That is what I want to do. I want to block all calls from "no caller id" "number unavailable" Just FYI my phone is an IPHONE 5 and I am on Verizon.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Call List and Creation of a Complaint as a follow-up document

    Hi Experts,
    I have a basic question in reference to the Call List Functionality of SAP CRM 7.0. We have to generate a list to measure the satisfaction of our customers. In this cases it is possible that the customer is very unsatisfied with the provided service and wants to open a complaint. Now my question is, if it is possible to open a complaint in the form of a follow-up document of the call list (so that the data of the customer is directly copied from the call list to the complaint - I am talking about data like Business Partner ID, etc.).
    Is that possible? What is the customizing I have to do to make this possible? What are the basic steps?

    Don't know if I understand correctly the question, but if it helps, here's my opinion.
    Normally, we create every call of a call list associated with a document...  a contact/interaction record.
    So, for your scenario, I would try to create 'complaint' as follow-up document of that contact.
    Then the agent makes the call and:
    - If the customer don't answer or don't want to complaint, just close the contact with the respective reason
    - If want to answer and have a complaint, the agent create a follow-up document of complaint type, and fill with the respective information.

  • Calling PCUI call list mgt screen from ICWC

    Hi,
    My business requirement is to have visibility on the status of the call lists in ICWC. 
    This cannot be done using standard ICWC screens, so I'm looking to PCUI application CRMD_CLMANAGEMENT to get it done.
    So I created the transaction launcher class with the wizard.  As transaction parameter I enetered the call list ID.  The purpose is to have the selected call list opened when the PCUI screen is opened. 
    However, seem to be facing issues passing over the correct parameters.
    When I select a call list and open the PCUI tx, I get the message:  Execution not possible; data flow errors
    When I select a bp and open the PCUI tx, the screen opens but there is no call list selected - you can't even search for it.  The only possible feature is the ability to (start to) create a call list.  (but PCUI could not complete this action either).
    My questions are as follows:
    what parameters do I need to pass over to CRMD_CLMANAGEMENT in PCUI?
    How do I pass over these parameters?  Can it be done via the wizard or do I need to do it via additional programming?
    How can I get the search function working on the PCUI screen?

    Hi Thirumala,
    Thx for you input, but this does not really tackle the problem.  The suggested line of coding only helps if you don't need to pass any compulsory parameters to the PCUI application.
    I want the PCUI application to open the call list that was selected in ICWC, or at least a list of call lists that are active for the user.  The goal is the end user being able to have some kind of call list mgt transaction.

  • It opens into my recent calls list rather than the home screen

    Every time I receive a call when my phone is 'asleep' the phone goes back to sleep state when the call is hung up. As it should.
    Weirdness is though…when I next wake the phone it always opens straight into my recent calls list, rather than the home screen.
    It only happens on incoming calls, and only when the call is received while the phone's asleep.
    I've done a restore (for something else) but it didn't remedy this.
    Anyone else seeing the same?

    Sure about what? That there is nothing wrong with your phone or that the OS works that way...the answer is yes to both questions. Works the same if you go into settings but let the phone go to sleep, next time you unlock your phone, you'll be in settings. If you don't want your phone to do that, hit the home button after a call.

    I need to generate a call list using campaigns and assign the call list to a number of agents.
    Does creating a campaign with communicaiton medium "telephone" generate a call list or a call list has to be generated manually using the target group created in the campaign? moreover, if the list was automatically generated using campaigns, who is authorized to access and distribute this call list? Is it the person who was made responsible for the campaign or the IC Manager?
    Second question, how is it possible to divide a generated call list and distribute it to different agents?

    1. The IC manager will be authorized for the generated call list through call list management.
    2. The generated call list has to be assigned to Organizational Structure, It will appear in the IC WebClient for the agent.
    The IC Manager or Manager assign a call list to the agents through portal.
    3. Agents can select the call list that they would like to work on.

    I´m working in a IC Win CLient 5.0 implementation and I need that once the bussines transaction is saved, the corresponding call list is updated ( set to complete ). I already follow al the call list and BT syncronization customizing but still is not working.
    Can anybody help me with this issue? There is something else that I have to check

    I have a couple of questions about call list:
    1- Is it possible to schedule calls from transaction BP à tab u201Ccontrolu201D à u201Cbusiness hoursu201D, instead of assigning BP to calls using CRMD_TM_CLDIST?
    2- Is it possible to show in web client done calls and pending calls?
    3- is there a way for scheduling BPs to call directly through web client without using GUI?

    Open the contact > Edit > select and copy the contact information you need.
    I wish the software allowed copying without entering the edit screen... perhaps that's come.

  • Call list: calling hours not taken into consideration

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a question. We are using CRM 7.0 EHP1, and especially marketing functionality.
    We are generating call lists from a marketing campaign. What we see is that the customer calling hours are not taken into consideration when creating the call list.
    However, if we create the call list the "old-fashioned" way (using CRMD_CALL_LIST), we have the option "scheduling... based on calling hours".
    How can I achieve that calling hours are also considered when creating the call list from the campaign?
    Is there a customizing setting, or do I need to activate a BAdi?

    Also, keep in mind that MRP calculates availability of inspection stock in two ways.
    Before an inspection lot is created, (i.e. a purchase order or production order is out there and planned already, MRP uses the expected GR date plus the Avg. GR days on the main QM view for the material to determine the availability date.
    Once the inspection lot is created however, MRP uses the end date of the inspection lot which is the lot creation date plus the avg insp. duration in the inspection type setup in the material master.  This can result in some minor differences if you aren't careful in setting your various fields in the material master.
    If a material is going to reside in QI for an extended time, the lab should use QA02 to modify the end date of the inspection lot.

    it can be done with the help of a system code 'sy-xcode'. it is initialised the time list is sorted so just keeping a check point, we can solve this problem.

  • IPhone 5s outgoing call list unknown random phone numbers

    I got a call from a friend yesterday, when I hung up it was a different phone number that what they had called me when I picked up the phone.  I checked my outgoing phone call list and there are a bunch of phone numbers from all over the country.  What is going on, the phone I got a week ago brand new from the local verizon store.

    Had same issue as other weak and dropped calls. Sent me new phone but there ** means I will need to go to the store which I dread. Cannot remove sim card with paper clip. Geez I have had it with this upgrade!

    The Recent call list will display the last 100 calls.
    You can scroll through the list to see from the beginning to end.
