Call to JDBCConnectionPoolRuntime MBean hangs

I have written a program to get hold of a number of MBeans and periodically
call their getXXX() methods.
All is working OK apart from I intermittently have my program hang on calls
to JDBCConnectionPoolRunTime. The call never returns and as such the
thread I am using to monitor that MBean hangs and needs to be killed.
Does anyone have any ideas why this may be happening or has anyone else
experienced this?

Some information I forgot:
The MBean for the pool then is completely unusable until WLS is bounced! I
presume that although I am killing my monitoring program, the call is still
held somewhere?
This is very frustrating as monitoring the JDBC pools was one of the reason
for writing the code.

Judging by all the posts on the forum, there seems to be an issue at Apple's end, although they have made no announcement on their status page. Unfortunately, we may have to wait until Apple is more forthcoming with information.

It pains me to hear about your experience with the Home Phone Connect.  This device usually works seamlessly and is a great alternative to a landline phone.  It sounds like we've done our fair share of work on your account here.  I'm going to go ahead and send you a Private Message so that we can access your account and review any open tickets for you.  I look forward to speaking with you.

  • Reconnect with lost conference calls without having to hang up and redial.

I'm having a problem with conference calls on my iPhone 5.  If while on a conference call, I lose one of the other callers, I cannot get that caller back unless I hang up and start the whole call over.  Does anyone know how to avoid this?

    Here's the trick.
    turn on the headphones.
It will connect to the device it last connected to ...assuming that its' on.
go to the bluetooth menu of your phone or ipad (if it's a computer you want to connect to I'll tell you that trick in a second.
and so now, hold down the S button on the headphones for about 4 or 5 seconds (the same button you use to turn on the headphones) ...the light goes from blue to blinking red....now you're in the pairing mode...which is good...now in the bluetooth menu simply select the mm100 and it will connect...
you won't have to type in the 0000 or tell it to forget the device..
but by holding down the button and putting it in pairing mode it frees it from being connected to the device it automatically connected to and lets it connect to the device you choose. this is true of any bluetooth headset.
if you want to connect to your computer, again...hold down that button on the headphones for 4 or 5 seconds till it enters pairing mode, then on your computer if you have a speaker icon in the menu bar, hold down the option key while selecting the speaker icon...you'll see a list of devices ...select the mm100 and your good to go.
if you don't have the speaker icon there..go to system prefences and choose the mm100's there.

  • Help. new ios7 has made my iphone 4 a slug.Intermittent text and call usage, can't hang up from calls, dead screen, etc.  Mistake to upgrade.

Ever since I upgraded my iphone 4 to the new ios7, I have intermittent use of my texts...cannot send or receive.  I cannot hang up phone calls...the screen is black and I don't have an END button.  I have deleted nearly everything fome my phone, about 8 gb free at the moment on a 16 gb phone. Can anything be done.  I should have never done the upgrade and now I can't go back.  Help.

Tried this about 20 times already. Can send about two-three texts and then can't receive or send. Even tried a reset to factory...still crap.

  • Emails sent via calls to MAPI sometimes hang in Outbox

We have a small API we've created that encapsulates calls to native MAPI operations, enabling us to send emails if a customer has Outlook installed (and they elect to do this in our system).
    We're seeing the following:
    1. Send email if Outlook 2013 (on Win 8.1) is running - works, emails get sent pretty much right away.
    2. Send email if Outlook 2013 (on Win 8.1) not running - works, email is sent as soon as Outlook is eventually started.
    3. Send email if Outlook 2010 (on Win 7) is running - works. emails get sent petty much right away.
    4. Send email if Outlook 2010 (on Win 7) not running - fails, when Outlook is started emails are stuck in Outbox and remain there no matter what we try to get them sent.
I'm unsure if the behavior is specific to some version (e.g. 2010) of Outlook or if its some random thing and we need to code better for this.
    Cap'n

If you look at the message in the Outbox folder, is it shown italicized?
Can it be sent if you open the message and click the Send button?

  • JNI_CreateJavaVM hangs in DLL called via Adobe plug-in

We have a plugin that works in Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader. The plugin is written in VS2008 VC++ and calls into a DLL that we have written.
The DLL in turn uses JNI and calls into some Java code. We've tested the DLL and calls into Java separately and that works OK.
But when it is called via the plugin in Acrobat it is failing. It seems to die immediately during the JNI initialization in that case. There is a method called JNI_CreateJavaVM where it hangs.
Do you have any idea why that might happen? Is there something protected that would not permit a dll within the scope of Acrobat to call into Java code?

    Hi Leonard,
Can you please let me know the URL and any other contact information for opening a formal case with Adobe developer support group that can help with this issue?
I appreciate your time and consideration.
    Thanks,

  • Client (Solaris) remote call hangs 225sec if Server (Window7) is down.

We are noticing the RMI Client remote call from Solaris machine hang of exactly 225 seconds if RMI Server on Windows7 machine is shutdown. RMI Server is shutdown for valid reasons. The expectation is, Client would throw a RemoteException immediately for futher processing. The Client hang for 225 minutes is causing performance issues. This has been consistently reproduced across multiple machines with Client on Solaris and Server on Windows 7. There are no 225 sec wait issues if server is on Windows XP or Solaris.
    Usecase (java version "1.6.0_14")
    1. Start RMI Server on Windows 7 machine
    2. Start RMI Client on Solaris machine
    3. Wait till client connects to the server and makes some remote call every 1sec.
    4. Shutdown RMI Server.
    5. Client waits 225 seconds before a time out error is thrown.
Has anyone seen this problem? Any solutions to get around this?
