Calling a Tcode IW51 and restrict user exit

Hi ,
A new validations are placed in IW51 tcode and it is woking fine.
When i am calling the IW51 by using call transaction method the previous User is calling .
If this TCODE IW51 is calling by using call trancaction method I should not exicute the user Exit.

Esh

If there is no event it is difficult to trigger an event. So in any case you have to create your own subtype of BUS2044 and define the event you want to create.
If there are no user exits (I assume you have also looked for user-exits of type BTE and BAdI, even substitutions) you are perhaps out of luck? Being out of luck in this context means you will have to resort to a modification.

  • Hi strong functional and technical,  user exit,   oss note

    HI
Transaction codes are J1INCHLN and J1INCERT.
for this TC, there is no user exit, but i have to use one of the fields as cheque no field i.e. in short i have to use one unused field for my purpose.
there is OSS note for this TC and in that user exit is there.
i want to know the OSS note for this TC.
    what is the solution.
    thanx
    rocky

    Hi,
    General Notes
You can execute the following commands in the transaction code (tcode) field with Enter. You will find some useful transaction codes below to work in tandem with the following commands:
To call a transaction - In the same session (window) Enter: /nxxxx (xxxx = transaction code). - In an additional session, Enter: /oxxxx (xxxx = transaction code).
If you enter this function before any of the tcodes below, you are able to break out of your current screen/business and begin a completely new session. Otherwise, the current business process has to be terminated, and return to the initial user screen (the main menu) has to be initiated before entering tcode spro). /o tcode saves you the effort of having to do this.
To end the current transaction Enter: /n. Caution: Unsaved changes are lost without warning
To delete the current session. Enter: /i.
To generate a session list Enter: /o.
To log off from the system Enter: /nend.
    From John O'Meara
OSS Note 0026171 has additional information on OKCodes in SAP, and is a very useful read

  • Restricting user exit ZXEDFU02 to one customer in WE20

I'm new to SAP. I've just written a code in user exit 002 (include zxedfu02) for the bill-to party invoice IDOC generation (FUNCTION IDOC_OUTPUT_INVOIC). My code is working perfectly. The only problem is I would like to restrict the use of this user exit to only one of my customers. From my understanding once I've programmed the user exit, every IDOC that is generated using IDOC_OUTPUT_INVOIC will perform my user exit, however I would like to be only executed for one partner. How do I do this?
If possible, please post a step by step solution to my problem, I would really appreciate your help.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Mrisad,
As per your input, your exit function module EXIT_SAPLVEDF_002 contains CONTROL_RECORD_OUT as the import parameter.
Within your include please check the value of the following(which are the reciver related values) in the debugging mode.On top of your current code you can add this check, and include ur current code within this check.

  • ME54 and ME55 user-exit

    Hi all,
    we are on R/3 4.6C. We need to insert a custom authority-check in ME54 and/or ME55.
This because we need that each user can release only PR created by him.
With user-exit MEREQ001 we were able to reach our goal in ME52N and ME53N. Unfortunately MEREQ001 is not working for old (not enjoy) tcodes (ME52 and ME53).
Since ME54 is an old tcode, probably it works as ME52 and ME53: MEREQ001 is not relevant for them. In 4.6C ME54N does not exist.
    Any idea for insert an authority-check in ME54 anr/or ME55 ?
    Thanks in advance

    Hey,
Did you find any solution to the problem? I am facing a similar situation in 4.6C and cannot find a user exit/BADi that gets triggered for ME54.

  • Currency Conversion for billing doc and after user exits in COPA

    Hello Friends,
Need your view on this issue:
    1. Company codes currency and Operating currency is different., Costing Based CO-PA.
    2. Value filed "Gross Sales" get posted via Billing doc. In case of correction billing or re-posting (after reversal of original one) of billing doc value
field "Gross sales" get posted based on exchange rate of original (very first) posted document because system is updating "Translation date"
in table BKPF from very first document posted and not taking current date as a translation date. SAP standard program is  reading "Translation date" from BKPF to chose exchange rate and valuating "Gross Sales" on that ex.rate.
    3. Some user exits in COPA valuation to populate some values for other value field (Example - Gross Sales value should populate in value field
"Sales ASP"). After valuation in exits, SAP standard program is re-valuating value fields value (program statement is : perform currency conversion for fields that were changed in exit ) and for this valuation system is taking posting date for exchange rate.
Due to above logic company code currency value is different in Gross Sales and Sales ASP.
Requirement is : Sales ASP value should be same as Gross Sales.
Can you please share your thought to find the solution.
    Thanks
    Ravi

Check if the currency key and the unit of measurement are filled in (these will be the reference fields specified in the field definition of the structure at the database level).

  • DUN Bluetooth connection to PocketPC, Vista and restricted user rights

    Hallo,
I've successfully established a DUN connection to my Pocket WM5-based QTEK 9100 smartphone via Bluetooth and the Toshiba Stack, latest version. My notebook is a X200-21D with Vista Home Premium.
Everything works well as far as I don't change the Vista user to an user with restricted rights, for the user with Administrator rights the Bluetooth Utility created a new DUN connection and a new modem with a virtual COM port. The user with the restricted rights isn't allowed to setup a new connection but this is necessary to connect to the smartphone with the Bluetooth Utility. On the administrative account the radio button to allow the connection to be dialed from other users is disabled and greyed out, so there is now way to open it for other users.
How can I setup an Bluetooth DUN connection for a user with restricted rights ?
    Thank you in advance !

Should the Restricted user use the same DUN configuration like the Admin ?
If so, then you can use "Bluetooth Settings-> Custom Mode". This allows you to
select the "33600 Standard Modem" from the list which was configured before by
the Admin. So every DUN which was configured by the Admin can be used by the
Restricted user with this method. Restricted users can not install hardware, so
if the Admin has not installed a modem, then also the Restricted user can not use it.
The Admin can pre-install a modem with the Bluetooth stack installation.
This is useful if the restricted user should be able to configure a DUN connections
with advanced modem settings which are not used by the Admin.
This should be possible if the "as.ini" file has a line "MODEMINST = 1"

  • VA21 and VA22 User Exits

    Hi
I have built a user exit for VA21 and VA22 in RV61AFZB as an include
I need to modify the way conditions tab is displayed...
Its a very simple requirement where I need to sumup the records of XKOMV which have the same KSCHL (say VA000) into one record...
    KSCHL        KWERT  KMPRS
    VA00          5
    VA00          10
Now I need to show it as
    KSCHL        KWERT  KMPRS
    VA00          5
    VA00          10
    VA00          15           X
I have done the above successfully for the table XKOMV but the problem is the above summation runs in a kind of loop and the summation gets appended everytime because of some other standard SAP code
Has anyone faced the problem above... I have tried appending the values only for the last loop but it has other complications

    Hi,
    Here is my suggestion..
In the pricing procedure add a line after the condition type VA00...
Then assign a new formula for that line...
In the new condition value formula (VOFM)...sum up the value based on the entries in XKOMV and assign the value XKWERT...
It will display the value as per your requirement...
Hope this what you are looking for...
    Thanks,
    Naren

  • ACS 4.1 to differentiate and restrict users

    Hello all,
I've bee wrestling with this issue off and on for some time, but have had limited success. There is something I don't quite understand just yet. I hope someone here can help.
I want to set up AAA on ACS 4.1 for authenticating login sessions to my swtiches, ASA and access points. That part is easy, and it even works, but here's what I 'm having trouble with:
Our ACS server points to our Windows 2003 AD database. If I set up my switches with AAA, anyone in the AD database can login to the switch. I only need about 5 people to have admin access to my switches, not the 4000 others.
Also, I need to administer my access points. I am also a wireless user. Betty Sue in accounting is a wireless user, but has no need to administer the access point to which she associates. Same thing goes with our ASA and remote access VPN connections. How do I identify how a user connects to the device and set restrictions based on this?
    To put it another way:
User A is Admin, wireless user, VPN user. Needs full access to all these devices. This part is easy.
User B is accountant (or whatever), wireless user, VPN user. Should not have any access to administer the switch, AP, or ASA they are connecting to.
I hope that makes sense. I've been through the NAP documents. I think the solution is there, but I'm not bright enough or brave enough to figure it out, at least not on a live network:)
    Thanks for any help.
    Scott

    All,
I'm just now getting back to this. ACS is upgraded and the NAP is configured and almost working as I need it to be, with a big exception. Maybe someone can help?
When I use telnet to login to a device, I am asked for "Username". With a sniffer, I can see that the AV Pair used to identify VTY connections is being sent with the proper value, and the user I want to be denied is denied. Subsequent requests to login are all asking for "Username", and all send the correct AV Pair, and all are rejected. Nice.
Here's the issue. When I use SSH lo login to the same device, with the same credentials, I am asked to "Login as". The first time, the AV Pair I need is sent and the user is denied. When I am asked again, I'm not asked for user name or to "login as" again, I'm only asked for the password. If I enter the correct password, the user, any user, is allowed. Not good. With the sniffer, I see that the AV Pair is only sent with the first attempt, subsequent attempts don't send the AV Pair in question, so ACS can't act on this information, and so the user who should be denied, is not.
Any ideas for how to get around this? Can SSH be setup to present the username to the login session every time? Is there a way to force the sending of this AV Pair every time? Can I set up something to say that any user has only one attempt to login?
The AV Pair in question is [061]NAS-Port-Type=5
    Thanks for any help

  • CWMS 2.0MR7 intermittent dead air on call-in and call-back for internal and external users

    Hello,
I have got a new install of CWMS 2.0MR7 800 users non HA system. During initial testing we noticed that when we call-in or call-back there was a dead air even though the call is connected we don't hear welcome to WebEx....when we hang up and call again it works fine and we hear welcome to WebEx so the issue is intermittent. CUCM version is 8.6
Can someone please advise how do we go about troubleshooting something like this when the issue is so intermittent?
    Thanks

    Hi,
    Please check the following:
    1. Please check if you are on supported hardware and that no co-resident VMs exist:
    http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_0/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide_chapter_01011.html#reference_249B138B71324D19B09141D3849EC058
    2. Check if you have any snapshots on any of the virtual machines for the system. If you have captured any snapshots before an upgrade, make sure that you delete them within 24 hours as they cause degradation of system performance and are known to cause audio quality issues.
    3. Please check your network bandwidth for these requirements:
    http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/1_5/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide_chapter_01.html#reference_267DB686BB224EB7A49DE4C783C912E6
If you still face the problem, please open a TAC case to troubleshoot the issue further. We will be able to get detailed logs and sniffers to find the cause of the issue.

  • Diff b/w "Customer exits" and "User-exit"

    Hi,
What is the difference b/w customer exits and user-exit and also please explain me what are the various types of customer and user-exits.
    Thanks in advance.
    Ramana

    Hi,
    Types of Exits
There are several different types of customer exits. Each of these exits acts as hooks where you can attach or "hang" your own add-ons.
    Menu Exits
Menu exits add items to the pulldown menus in standard SAP applications. You can use these menu items to call up your own screens or to trigger entire add-on applications.
SAP creates menu exits by defining special menu items in the Menu Painter. These special entries have function codes that begin with "+" (a plus sign). You specify the menu item’s text when activating the item in an add-on project.
    Screen Exits
Screen exits add fields to screens in R/3 applications. SAP creates screen exits by placing special subscreen areas on a standard R/3 screen and calling a customer subscreen from the standard screen’s flow logic.
    Function Module Exits
Function module exits add functions to R/3 applications. Function module exits play a role in both menu and screen exits. When you add a new menu item to a standard pulldown menu, you use a function module exit to define the actions that should take place once your menu is activated. Function module exits also control the data flow between standard programs and screen exit fields.
SAP application developers create function module exits by writing calls to customer functions into the source code of standard R/3 programs. These calls have the following syntax: CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION ‘001’.

  • Need help in finding tcode - in user exits

    hi experts
in user exits, i can find many exits name using <b>SPRO </b>or <b>SMOD</b>. and by this i can find the package also.
my question is how to know where these exits are exactly used, ie., in which transaction these exits are used.
is there any way to find out the tcode, if we know exit name.
    thanks
    akila

    Hi
User exits (Function module exits) are exits developed by SAP. The exit is implementerd as a call to a function module. The code for the function module is written by the developer. You are not writing the code directly in the function module, but in the include that is implemented in the function module.
The naming standard of function modules for functionmodule exits is:
    EXIT_<program name><3 digit suffix>
The call to a functionmodule exit is implemented as:
    CALL CUSTOMER.-FUNCTION <3 digit suffix>
    To find a Exit.
Goto Transaction -- Find The Package
SMOD >f4>Use the Package here to Find the Exits In the Package.
Else if you Want to search by Application Area wise ,
There is one more tab to find the Exits in the Respective Application Area.
Implementing the Exit-- CMOD Create ProjectsAssgn your Component .
Now Run ur Transaction to Check if it Triggers.
    Thats it..
Suppose you need to find out all the user exits related to a tcode.
    1. Execute the Tcode.
    2. Open the SAP program.
    3. Get the Development Class.
    4. Execute Tcode SE84.
    5. Open the Node 'Envir. -> Exit Techniques -> 'Customer Exits -> Enhancements'
    6. Enter the Development class and execute.
    Check out this thread..
The specified item was not found.
    1. Type the transaction : system->status-> <PROG. NAME>
2 open SE37 , type EXIT<PROG NAME> and press F4 to get the list of function exits available.
    3. Open CMOD utilities->SAP enhancements
    EDIT->All selections
4.type the function module name obtained in step 2, in fields 'component name' in 'additional selections' block. and execute.
    5. The displayed list contains the enhancements names for the transaction You were looking for.
    6. Create a project in CMOD and the code in default include->activate.
