Can browse subfolders, but cannot map

We have a very strange issue that started last week while I was out of the office. We had a switch go down, and after replacing we are unable to map home directories to subfolders. I can map to the root folder, and browse into the subfolder, but attempting
to map with net use or AD brings up System Error 67 and/or 53, network path not found.
Names and IPs resolve fine.
We have MS support working on this, but after working for 2 days I do not have high hopes with them and am reaching out in hopes someone out here can assist.

As you have already worked with MS support for some time, the following steps may already be tried but I still need to confirm:
1. Make sure you do not have the policy configured in User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> User Profiles -> Connect home directory to root of the share.
2. Set the Group Policy setting under Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Logon -> Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon to Enabled.
If issue still exists, please help confirm:
1. You mentioned that you can map to the root folder and browse into the subfolder, could you map the subfolder after this? Or whether the system error 67/53 always occur in anytime trying to map the folder?
2. Is there any "space" between your folder path? If so please try:
net use "\\server\root\folder name" (with quotation marks)

Contribute can browse URL but cannot find it in Connection Wizard

Here is some supporting information:
1. I have a fully functional site on a development server
that can be browsed via a standalone browser or via Contribute's
internal browser.
2. I can successfully connect, browse, and ping the site
using the domain name or IP for the address.
3. There is one default file named "index.html".
4. There is no redirection occurring. In other words, the
default file is in the root directory of the site.
5. I have full rights to the server and network share where
the web files reside.
Here's what happens (on a fresh install of Contribute 3.11):
1. I open Contribute.
2. I successfully browse to this particular site.
3. I press the Create Connection button.
4. The Connection Wizard opens and I hit next to enter my
connection information manually.
5. The web address previously entered populates the address
of the Website Home Page screen of the Connection Wizard, so I hit
next.
Here's where the Connection Wizard bombs. It tells me that
Contribute cannot find the website and to make sure that I entered
it correctly or to contact the website administrator for
assistance. The action question is "Would you like to try to
connect to the website anyway?" Hitting "No" closes the wizard.
Hitting "Yes" takes me to the Connection Information screen of the
wizard. I connect via Local/Network and enter the network address
of the share and then hit Next. Contribute returns an error that it
cannot verify my connection information.
However, I can successfully create a connection if I use the
IP address of the site. Although this is possible, it is
undesirable.
Am I missing something here? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Some suggestions/guesses guys
kruss1971 - As the IP address works, but the domain name
doesn't, this is some sort of DNS problem, i.e. a domain name to IP
address conversion issue. I don't know why, but the domain to IP
conversion is working OK to show you the files of the website, but
at the point of verifying that connection the domain to IP
conversion is not working. So, there are two lookups:
1. Domain to IP - to show you the files of the website.
Works, because is done from your local machine.
2. Domain to IP - to verify the connection. Doesn't work -
I'm thinking that maybe this is somehow because the DNS lookup is
occurring from another location, i.e. external to your local
computer, that's the difference, and that's why it doesn't work.

I am wondering whether it's because virtual paths on the
server are involved, and these aren't matching up.
Contribute has to drop a file when it verfies the connection
and the address locations all have to match up and this is what
isn't happening.
2) Again I am thinking virtual paths issue here.

User can receive email but cannot send

Hi,
I'm migrating a domain in an organization to another new domain. Now, we are migrating the workstations to the new domain. Users are not migrated, they are completely new in the new domain.
So, the problem is that we have a workstation in the new domain and the user from new domain logged on on this machine. The user has successfully configured is old exchange account in Outlook (Exchange server is still in the old domain) and can receive email,
but cannot send.
Can someone help please to find what is wrong?

Where is email which was sent? “sent item” or “Draft”?
Which user mailbox use when you configure profile? New domain user or old domain user?
We could create a trust between new domain and old domain:

We could ping old domain successfully on the new domain.
If we have created mailbox for new domain user on old exchange, we could refer to the following link:

Press your home button, then scroll the home screen all the way over to the right. I found all my purchased apps were moved to a different home screen. Might be a similar issue.. let us know what you found out!!

Main viewer mode affects browser mode but cannot be switched in browser mod

The main viewer modes - specifically Multi and Stack change the selection and navigation operations of browser mode, but cannot be adjusted in browser mode.
For example, if the main viewer mode is Stack mode, then the stack pick is green, the motion left and right cursors do nothing (beep), and multi-selection is not possible. While this is useful if you want to do stack operations, it's annoying if you don't, and it's not possible to switch to multi-select off without either going to the main viewer and changing it, OR (oddly) double clicking on a non stacked image and that goes to the main viewer AND changes it.
Ideally you should be able to switch main viewer mode even when you are in browser mode.
