Can I create a three way decision?

I have created multiple decision structures before using an enumerated data type.
I am attempting to try something different, though. I have this decision that involves two boolean values (If both are true, if both are false, and if only one is true). Is there an easier way to do this?
The two sequences not shown are the (If both are true, if both are false).

Unfortunately conference calls are not an application that Facetime supports. In my opinion, it would probably not work very well with personal Lan networks because it would require too much bandwidth, since streaming video does require quite a bit of it. So for now, it has to be one on one.

How can I create a pdf that displays three pages in a one page pdf?

I wasn't sure where to post this question since it involves different products, but maybe someone here has a solution...
I design three-panel product displays and it sure would be nice if I could present them in a pdf (I use Acrobat Pro 9) that shows all three panels side-by-side in a single page. I've been using ID CS4 for the individual panel layouts for the vendor then making a pdf for client review, with each panel on a separate page, however more than one client has requested a three-up electronic presentation. I could create all three as one page in ID then export to pdf, yet that seems kind of redundant and I'm trying to streamline this process as much as possible. Any ideas?

I do that a lot. It's the easiest way that I know of. Just create a new page that will fit all threee panels, use File>Place to place the panels, export as a PDF.

How can I view my photos in "Events" like in iPhoto? How can I create events? I have 55,000 photos and 1700 events so the only way I can possibly manage my photos is using events that are one slide in size.

I have 55,000 images organized into about 1700 events. The only reasonable way to view my library is using events in iPhoto where each event has one image That still leaves 1700 images to sort through but that is a lot easier than 55,000 images. In the side bar is a folder with "iPhoto Events" but those views still show all of the slides. How can I create events and view my photos as events as in iPhoto? Events are critical for large libraries and has been my primary way to sort images.

I had a problem a couple of months ago when iPhotos suddenly rearranged the order of my Events (Why won't iPhoto let me arrange my photos?) . I was told "Use albums not events - events are not a good way to organize - albums and folder are designed for organisation and are very flexible".
Haha! I should have paid attention and read between the lines! My iPhotos were highly organised groupings - not according to date but the way I wanted them - and it was so easy to do! I see now that if I had them all in albums, as per the Apple Apologist suggestion, I wouldn't have this unholy mess I have been left with just to make iPhone & iCloud users happy. I am now going through Photos and making Albums (of what used to be in my Events) ... maybe I'll get this finished before they do another non user friendly update!

Why do you think that? You can create printed Books in Aperture with similar themes as in iPhoto, and with more options to create custom themes on your own.

But if you prefer the iPhoto themes and layout, you can open your Aperture library in iPhoto, if you have both the current version of iPhoto and Aperture. Simply use the command "File > Open Library in iPhoto" and you can create your book in iPhoto.
And switch back to Aperture by using the command "File > Open Library in Aperture".

With the iPod connected to the computer go to the Music pane for the iPod in iTunes and check the box that says sync only checked songs. The check the songs you want synced and click on Sync. For more info see:

How can I create unique partnerships to deal with like EDI messages?

I have an EDI to Application partnership setup currently that deals with translating MEDRUC type EDIFACT messages to a mainframe format. The setup is
Sender = PARTNERA,
Receiver = PARTNERB
DocType = MEDRUC.
In the Input EDI tab the
Sender Qualifier ID = ZZ:PARTNERA
Receiver Qualifier ID = ZZ:PARTNERB
Standard = EDIFACT
Version = D
Release Number = 97B.
Use UNG to locate partnerships = No
EDIFACT messages contain all this information in their UNB and UNH segments which is where SunONE IS B2B looks to then match against the relevant partnership. My problem is this does not go to enough granularity for me to distinguish uniqueness for the second partnership I need to create.
The problem is the "Association assigned code" field in the UNH for EDIFACT messages is not catered for anywhere in the partnership details area. This means then that whilst my existing partnership deals with Simplified Billing Claim MEDRUC's which is Association assigned code = SBC20, I can't create an EDI to Application partnership for PARTNERA and PARTNER B to cater for Two Way Gap Claiming MEDRUC's which are Association assigned code = TWC10, ie the two messages are D97B MEDRUC type messages only distinguished from each other by this Association assigned code.
Any ideas how can I then create a unique EDI to Application partnership for this TWC10 MEDRUC message?
What I am thinking I will have to do is make this second partnership Application to Application and create a custom service to wrap the MEDRUC message with a HREC/TREC and use the parameters in the HREC to dictate the DocType rather than use the UNB/UNH segments in the MEDRUC?

Hmmm. It looks like way back when the decision was made on how specific the keys had to be, they didn't get quite specific enough for your case. I'm not super experienced with EDIFACT but I'll throw out some suggestions based on my HREC and X12 knowledge.
A. Could you handle both instnaces through the same partnership, but alter the map to create unique outputs based on the two different types? At least of the cards would need to be handled through Route, but you could have that picked up by a simple Outprep / Gateway Service list that put the data where you wanted it.
B. Before Parse, run a custom service that is capable of inspecting for which type of data it is, then modify one of the key fields in place to find the Second partnership. Really getting adventurous, maybe you could alter keys in the UNG to make the distinction. This assumes that you don't have both types of documents in the same interchange.
C. Your idea may be workable. Can you give some more detail on the make-up of the Service list and the destination/processing of the two differnt types of MEDRUC?

I think I made this recommendation in a previous post concerning this but this is exactly what reference operation sets are created for.
Create the reference operation set for the characteristics that are used for all the materials. You create this once.
When you create the sepcific plan for the individual materials, you include the reference operation as one of the operations, (probably the first one in your case). You don't have to add characteristics, modify or change it. All the characeristics and settings come from the reference operation. If you need to make a change you edit the reference operation and make the change once. The change is immediately seen in all newly created inspection lots.
In a second operation of the plan, you add the characteristics specific to the material.
You can add different workcenters to the operations if you want. That way you can set up security on the workcenters and control who can record results against which operations.
Aside from creating lots manually, you can't create two lots at the same time from the same GR.

1) You have to define the systems in the SMSY transaction there are three ways:
        a) Manually, so you have to create Server, Database, System Component and System.
        b) Get the data through TMS but the systems must be defined in the satellite domain controller     further more Solman's Domain Controller must be linked to Satellite's Domain Controller.
        c) Get the data from Solman's SLD but the systems must report their data to the SLD via RZ70.
2) You have to create a Logical Component based on the defined systems this is done in transaction SMSY
3) Go to Transation DSWP, Create button to this Solution you have to associate the Logical Component created in 2.

Three Way Shuttle

Hi all,
I am looking for ideas on how I can implment a three-way shuttle.
I want to start with a simple list of people (select person_id, name from per_person order by 1) and be able to shuttle from this list into one of two targets.
The easiest example I can think of is a list of people invited to a meeting. For each person I want to shuttle them into either the 'Attendee' list or the 'Apologies' list (or potentially a 'No Show' list with a four way shuttle), obviuosly each person can only appear in a one list at any one time.
We are using Version 3.1.

My first thought was: I wouldn't use a shuttle for that, because how does it know where the person needs to go to when you click on an icon?
So the three ideas that spring in my mind:
- You could use a DHTMLX Tree component to drag-drop from one list to another

- What if you create a list (div section) with your persons on the left and next to that 3 empty lists (div sections) with Attendee, Apologies and No Show. From your list of people you drag-drop to the other sections.
- What is wrong with just a tabular form with a select list next to all the persons with the 3 options? That would be the easiest solution of course, but maybe not the nicest, web 2.0...

Is there any way that I could create or import a three way selector control in my labview application. The three way selector is used to adjust the pressure level of my application. The three levels are low, normal and high. I tried using the knob control but was unable to change the tickmarks of the knob.
