Can I desintall and re-install Adobe CC on one of my two computers (in my subscription I am supposed to be limited to 2 computers)?

I have a subscription that allows me to install Adobe CC on two computers. I currently have a problem with one of my computers and need to reformat it, so that wil desintall Adobe CC. Will I be authorized to re-install it afterwards or does it count as a third computer ? Thank you for your answers !

You can install and sign in on another (third) machine but that will normally sign you out on other machines. If you are able to sign out of the troubled machine then do so.

you probably have an incomplete/corrupt download.
to confirm check the file size against the expected file size.
then re-download perhaps with a different browser.

I am using Windows 7 and have installed Adobe Reader 4, in order to use a Kobo E-Reader. When I try to "Borrow" the book from the Library, I get a message that it cannot find the program to use to open it.
This problem started about 2 months ago. Up to that time everything worked well.
Hoping for a solution.
Any answers?

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

Downloaded from Adobe site (Download CS6 products). Downloaded both File 1 and 2 Design and Web, English version. Both files are on my desktop in the same folder. Do I just need to run the .exe (file 2) to install CS6 (just thought to ask/ maybe try that)? I have my serial number I can enter once it is downloaded.

The lack of response is deafening. Im guessing then that Firefoix has serious issues then?..well it'll be there loss if more, like me, opt for Internet Explorer and Google Chrome (both these browsers work fine with the latest Flash Player installed)

Sounds like something has been added into the Reader folder. I would recommend uninstalling, running http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, removing any left over parts of the Reader folder (this might have been the problem), reboot, and reinstall. Hopefully that solves the problem. For future question about Reader, you should consider asking in the Reader forum, this is not it.

When you register for iTunes account it asks for your Country to verify certain copy right laws, restrictions, etc. It may be disabled because of that but if the iPad itself is blocked because of the serial number registered as sold in the UAE or anywhere, it may not work.

Don't do that. The After Effects CC (12.0.1) patch was only a temporary solution before After Effects CC (12.1) was released:

That is telling you that whoever deployed your Adobe software as part of an enterprise software license agreement chose to disable updates. You'll need to talk with your IT people who set up and deployed your Adobe software to reverse this decision.

I have been on the phone with Adobe and Geek Squad and Intel trying to get the 3D in Photoshop to work. It used to work till the latest updates, although version 2014 has never worked. Is it feasible to uninstall Photoshop and then re-install it? Wish I would have thought to ask when I was on the phone with Adobe...but didn't think of this as perhaps something that might work. Is it possible? If so, how?

If you have the latest CC Desktop app installed, then you can click over to the Apps tab then hover over the Photoshop version you want to install and click the gear that appears, and that’ll give you an uninstall option. Once you uninstall PS CC 2014, you can reinstall it using the Install button next to Photoshop CC 2014 in the App tab further down.

Hi good day, did you download Adobe CS Premium from online or did u buy the original software in a box? I believe adobe blocked all the installation of the cs 1 versions....you'll have to use adobe cs2. I recently re installed the cs2 version on my windows 7 laptop and it works like a charm.
